This has been the absolute WORST experience. I bought a car and within 8 months I was arguing with this company about what they were responsible for (which in their opinion was absolutely nothing). After extensive amounts of documentation was provided (on the customer end, not the company) the warranty company came out to look at the car and it needed an entirely new motor, initially Jeep academy planned to have me pay $11,000 for a new motor on a car that I had only had for 8 months. After the warranty company became involved I thought things would go smoother, WRONG. These staff members seem to have absolutely no communication or documentation on what has been done or discussed with their customers. I have been told several different prices on my cars fixes from several different staff members, all for ONE man (an advisor) to come on the phone and tell me what that guy said was invalid and also that my bill would be an extra $185 more than I was just told prior. This company seems to show no integrity, no professionalism, no accountability, and no responsibility for anything they do. They are unbelievably untrustworthy as a whole, you never know what you re are going to get. They expect me to bring back the car for oil changes for the next 9 months WHY?! How can anyone trust them. I would not trust them to buy any new or used car at all. 0 stars

Brandon was amazing! He was able to get my fianc� and I BOTH in new cars and keep us with a price we are comfortable with. I ve bought many cars before and never experienced such a smooth process. Will forever recommend Brandon Long! we love our new vehicles! Thank you Brandon!

Had an excellent experience buying a 2024 Wrangler Rubicon X from Academy CDJR! Tony Enkhjargal was terrific to work with, and could not have been more responsive and helpful, especially buying from out of state. He was able to provide informative answers to all of our questions, and even recorded some custom videos touring the vehicle and its features. Tony was able to coordinate fast shipping of the car to Ohio, and made our purchasing experience very smooth!

Academy CDJR has figured it out when it comes to customer service. Anthony and Brandon in service were very knowledgeable and helpful. I did not feel like a customer, they made me feel like almost family. I spoke with the parts department as well while my Ram 5500 was being serviced. Again. Very knowledgeable and easy to speak with. Even a salesman name Brandon was extremely nice. This dealership hands down is my new home to service my Ram 5500 and my challenger. Thanks again Academy!

Absolutely had the best experience here... Tyler and Victor were a great help in getting me into a very nice jeep Cherokee. At first glance this car lot looks too expensive and snazzy for someone of my kind lol I don't have the best credit score. But I called to inquire one day, the next I was approved for a vehicle and they did everything to make it a smooth transaction. Definitely will be recommending this place !

Excellent service! We bought our Yukon over the phone and had it shipped to us. We were having issues with our shipper and Academy Jeep was amazing to work with and held it for us for a couple extra weeks until we were able to find another shipper. We were very pleased with the process. The communication was perfect and always fast to respond to any questions we had. Highly recommend. Also a big shout out to Anthony- he was our salesman and also did a video call and walk around before we purchasing. Great company to work with!

Great dealership experience to buy a vehicle from! JP and the rest of the sales staff will help you find exactly what your looking for with no pressure to buy. This staff makes sure you have all the information you feel you need to make a great choice on a vehicle purchase!! Would recommend to anyone looking to make a vehicle purchase!

Tyler T. was super helpful in finding my daughter a great vehicle! I called him about a certain car to verify they still had it in inventory and within minutes he sent me pics of the interior and exterior, and even ran it through the car wash before I arrived! Tyler went above and beyond throughout the experience, including getting my daughter a gift card to help her celebrate her 16th birthday!

Loving my Jeep. Jeron, Casey and Will were very friendly and respectful. Gary, the GM, pulled the deal together. No pressure. Great new building off SR 31 and 28. Hailey was wonderful in parts. Samantha was awesome in service. Refreshing pleasant car buying experience. Definitely recommend for sales, service and parts!

I had a great experience buying my car from here. Ask for Josue (JP)! He goes above and beyond for his customers and always helps as much as possible. The dealership is very clean and well staffed. I experienced a straightforward and easy process to buy my car. Definitely recommend!

I usually don't write reviews but with the service I got I have to. This place gave me and my wife the experience in purchasing a new vehicle. We were very comfortable and they really have us good vibes. We went there with a budget in mind and they met it with no issues. They didn't try to over sell the vehicle or you know sales talk yus into anything. Straight forward and very professional. They got quotes from multiple banks and they showed us and made sure we got the best deal! I would recommend Academy to anyone looking for a new vehicle! My salesman was Victor and I highly recommend you ask for him too! He was very straight forward and very informational thru out the purchasing process and made us feel really good about it. We will definitely be doing business there again in the future!

After a week of driving a rental my wife fell in love with the Grand Cherokee. So we looked on-line and found the the one she wanted at Academy CDJR. We live on the southside of Indianapolis, so travel was an issue in our busy schedules. We contacted JP. He was amazing. All of the sale was done through text, email, and over the phone. We did not need to test drive it since we had an exact rental for a week. The next snag was getting the car. Everything was done and finalized on a Monday but we could not pick up the Jeep until Saturday. JP came through again and delivered the car on Tuesday. We love it! Love the dealership. Bought a 2021 1500 RAM with no problems and everyone was very transparent and helped us tremendously. Shane got us all hooked up and made the process a breeze. Even thought we kept rerunning numbers he put up with our questions and concerns. Definitely appreciated the patience and help.

Walked in in a pinch and drove out in a ride perfect for me and my family. Tony was our salesman and did an amazing job taking care of us, the entire place is great about actually making you feel comfortable and not being overbearing with pushing a sale. Victor helped us with our financials and was very clear and concise. I've bought cars from two Chariot group facilities now and would absolutely recommend them over the competition, they know what they're doing and the right way to do it.

Had my wife's vehicle repaired in service. Great communication and customer satisfaction effort. This store is first class all the way. Very cool video presentation of the recommended service on her Jeep. This is the first dealership I have been to that does this.

We just bought a 2016 CHEVY Trax from here and if you go, PLEASE ask for Casey. He s absolutely amazing.. (so was Chris). He was so kind, laid back, and he didn t push or try to over sell us on anything. They really jumped hoops getting us approved for a vehicle.This place is honest and if I buy another vehicle, I forever will go to Casey at Academy Jeep (also, while we were switching the car seat from our old vehicle to our new vehicle, he played superhero s with our 5yr old son. He may have almost got taken out by my sons super powers but I m sure he s bounced back by now! Haha)

My husband and I recently purchased a Dodge Durango from here. We had the pleasure of working with Bryon R. and had an amazing experience! I had the opportunity to purchase a 2021 Grand Cherokee Limited from JP. Academy CDJR is a clean and well managed dealership. JP was a delight to work with from my initial contact via text to finalizing the paperwork at the dealership. He shows care and concern for his customer. It is evident that he wants the person sitting in front of him to not only love the vehicle they are purchasing but to enjoy the process as well. I would recommend this dealership and especially JP for future purchases.
