The community is clean, yards are kept and neighbors are friendly. While I did have some initial concerns related to the conditions in my new home, Kim and Amy were more than willing to assist with resolving concerns quickly. The guys were quick, effective, cleaned up after they made repairs, and were super helpful with providing suggestions to resolve light preference modifications. Kim and Amy are quick to respond to messages, concerns, provide explanations/clarification when needed and follow though with their "promises". I have had to adjust and they have all been supportive, understanding and super helpful in this transition.

I ve been working with Amy and Kim for a couple years now as their floor salesman and can say they are some of the friendliest and best communicating clients I ve had in my short time in the field. You can tell they take great pride in all their properties! Highly recommend!

Visiting my mom who is renting to own a trailer so she shouldn t have the same rules as everyone else but everytime I visit my mom there s a problem from these racist people I don t live here the lease clearly state 14 days for a visitor is allowed but it s not a problem for anyone who s not of color to have people more then 14 days! And that 14 days shouldn t even apply to my mother when she renting to own she shouldn t even have to go by any of their rules period. I think this place needs better owners and management don t threaten me about removal on my car when I m visiting my mother because the outcome isn t going to be nice . Worse place ever, I ve listen to several other people who live out here say it s a joke how it s privately owned there is no cooperation they do that the owners so nobody can reach them !

The property managers were very kind and thorough regarding all the paperwork that was necessary to make this deal happen. They have truly updated the property and they care about the residents that are living here. I m very excited about having my new neighbors and my new home. The community is kind and there is something to be said about long-term residents. The playground equipment is new and the basketball court has been resurfaced. I was shown two home s and I chose the one that was affordable for me and it is a brand new home. It is super cute and I m looking forward to making it all my own. I would highly recommend this community to anyone who is looking to establish a home and relationships with friendly neighbors.

We were so grateful to call this our home here at whispering woods estate. The environment is peaceful everyone in the community are great people including management. My family and I are super grateful for being able to live in such a nice community. 10/10 would recommend close friends and family to live here at whispering woods estate!

Property Management are knowledgeable about every aspect of the Leasing/Buying process and will take as much time as you need to explain and answer questions. They go above and beyond to make you feel welcome from the follow up calls making sure you are transitioning easily with your move, to the welcome goodies in the fridge. The area is very quiet and they have made huge changes since taking over to ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment!

Whispering Woods is a great place! The staff, community and neighbors are fantastic! They recently started holding community events with fun for the whole family! Lots of neighborhood kids playing outside during the day so families will feel right at home here! My only complaint is that we were first time home buyers and didn't know the right questions to ask so we went into it without knowing everything I wish we had known. Staff was quick to respond to maintenance calls and very good at communicating. This is not your typical"trailer park" by any means. They work very hard to keep it up and looking nice. Streets are paved with street lights. Mowing service is available at an extra charge if you don't want to do your own yardwork or can't do it. Right now, some trailers get Sparklight cable and others get Frontier. Frontier is much better there! I heard that Spectrum is considering coming out though if they see enough interest. 9/10 would recommend!

Lovely park with wonderful new homes Very nice and clean. Many updates in park. Rome, Amy, and Jane have been wonderful people to work with. They go above to make you feel welcome. I am excited to be a part of Whispering Woods Estates Community.

We called to inquire about the property availability and was made to feel stupid in the inquiry and was treated rudely.We had the money to pay upfront a years worth of rent and money down but we will be taking our business elsewhere. Yes we didn't fit one qualification (amount of time employed) but the general attitude was so rude and snotty. Even when it does qualify, not going to even think about it.

Just signed the paperwork 12 hrs ago to purchase our new to us home. we are soooooo excited and very pleased with Rome and his wife. They are very sweet and patient with explaining ANYTHING you may have questions about without making you feel dumb for asking. I would recommend them to ANYONE who is looking to take this next step in their life.

Owner not very friendly over phone. For being a buy on contract with a massively huge rules on type of pet it was very concerning for families who have pet lizards or snake or even a bunny. The long list on dogs is show of lack of knowledge about dogs in general since any and all dog breeds can bite and can be deadly even a small breed dog. Really don t have much positive to say as all the homes I ve seen posted on Facebook has been sold for months .

We just bouht our first home through them. We never thought we would never own our own home. We have below average credit and they were beyond helpful. I would strongly reccomend them to any young family looking to own a home.

I've been working here for over a year and the transformation here is AMAZING. They have brought in over 20 new homes and what was once downtrodden is now a thriving community. I love the wind in the trees.

Would not recommend to anyone kicked me out for having my fiance at my house when property manager has someone at her house all the time and keeping the 30 grand I put down nothing but crooks

I had a wonderful experience speaking with a lady that posted a home for sale unfortunately it sold before we could get time to see it but the customer service was wonderful and I hope to look at any other homes for sale
