Went in to get two new tires and a tire repair. Purchased the tires the gentleman at the desk said they couldn't pull the screw out of my tire because my tire was corroded. But then I took it to another tire place and I took the screw out and plug the tire with no issues. So I'm not sure if they just didn't want to mess with it that day or if it's Walmart's policy not to do tire repairs

Normally I don't leave poor reviews like this, but please just be honest to your customers. Don't tell them it'll only take 30 minutes and I'm "the next car in line" just for two other cars to take priority... what makes it worse is they let one of the cars in front of me skip mine, why I don't know also the staff don't seem as if they actually want to help you or are selective in who they would like to help, guess this location is out of the question.

Have to have an appointment. This is Wal-Mart. Should be first come first serve. That's like needing reservations at McDonald's.

The people here actually took the time to look up my account and see I had roadside hazard protection.They have such great customer service compared to the ones I've been to before.Will continue to use this place

Very friendly staff changed our broken windshield wipers quickly - we're pleased with the cost. We were back on the road within 30 minutes (traveling I-70 to Indianapolis, the store was just off the interstate.)

I came in to have a tire fixed on the my truck. I was told by the manager that I needed two tires. She also recommended that I put the new ones on the front and the best of the front n the rear passenger which was the one I was there for. When it was done I drove home. After getting home I noticed that they didn't take care of the tire I came in to have fixed. I called and they had closed for the evening. I called back in the morning and was told that they couldn't put those tires on the one that need fixed. I went back after working all day. I was told that I would need two rear tires. So I told them I wanted the same as the front ones that I purchased the day before. I'm in the store waiting about a half an hour later they call to tell me they can o my find one of the two tires in stock and that they would either use the spare or put one of the old ones back on. So now I have to come back a third time to get the other tire. Needless to say I am not happy with their service and would not recommend them for anything.Service: Tires

I usually always come here to get my tires replaced or repaired although I understand that my tires are a little older so therefore they cannot be repaired they have to be replaced. I did make the decision to pay for the more expensive tire because I was desperate and needed one even though I did not have the money. But I had previously issues with a cracked rim which would leak the air out of my tires which is highly dangerous when I have to drive the car to work out of state. So I asked them to check the rim carefully and I went ahead and got a new tire so obviously I take it as my rim is OK. Usually when they re done changing your tires they reset your gauges however, mine had not been changed it s still said I had low tire mine tells me each tire because I have sensors on each rim. So my husband went in and ask them if they would reset it the man inside told him that you just need to drive around for about 20 minutes which I thought sounded kind of silly but I headed home. Here it is couple weeks or so later and it s still not reading correctly so they have broken my sensor on my rim and of course nobody will take responsibility for it so now it s gonna cost me a lot of money to replace the sensor that they were not careful with not to mention I had to pay extra for a tire because I was desperate to get one that they had in stock so I m out more money. It just seems nobody cared to even look at it to make sure that it was OK or did they know that they messed it up and then didn t want to own up to it.Service: Tires

I waited over 2 hours for an oil change.... After an hour I asked if I could go ahead and pay for it. The guy told me I couldn't pay until it was done. So I sat for another hour as my groceries were thawing out and finally went up and asked how much longer it would be that I had been there for 2 hours and the guy was like what's your name even though I had just told him an hour before. Come to find out it had been done for who-knows-how-long. But I always have to wait when I go here I'm done going there for car service

Made the mistake of going the faster route and getting an oil change here instead of the dealer. First, the car has 13k miles and they ended up saying it has 114k on the service order. Next, they end up not attaching the engine cover under the car correctly, and it comes off while my wife was driving.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

The worset walmart car care center I have been to.the assistance manager is so rude and ill mannered.Spitting all over the place his attitude towards customers are not welcoming.Two times in a row I get the same guy and he had lied to me the first time about how long it was going to take for my car to be serviced, he said that many cars were ahead of me while there was only one car and again for the 2nd time he said the same thing but I decided to wait in the service area to actually count how many cars are going to go in front of me after I had him point out the cars that are infront of meWe will see and update my review. My car just got pulled out from infront of the service bay area where it had no cars ahead of it after a new customer just arrived and asked for an oil change and service for his fuel injection, again, the same service guy told him one hour instead of being after me he is actually moved up in time ahead of me.Never will I go back to the same Walmart again..

I went there to get my headlights replaced and they didn't fully put them in place and they're not facing forward, I've taken it back to be fixed and they literally said that they don't have anyone experienced enough to do it right.

Waited 10 minutes for someone to take my order for an oil change. Nobody came up to me. This isn't the first time I've had this issue at this Walmart or another one. Either you want to provide service or you don't. I'll take my personal and company vehicles elsewhere from now on.

Went in to get new tires, some windshield wipers, and to check my fluids, only received the tire change, I can't really complain because that's all they charged me for, what I can complain about however is that I was told my fluids were checked and "topped off" only for my engine to be completely out of oil to the point my car had died and the engine locked up, that could have been potentially very dangerous, and if they didn't want to fill my oil they could've at least told me it was dangerously low and I would have bought oil in the store instead I had to just hope that I could make it to O'rileys to get some oil to make it home.

This store was incredibly nice compared to most Walmarts I usually go to. The store looked brand new immaculate everything's was well put together. I was truly impressed with the way the store experience overall was. I definitely have a new favorite Walmart

I was worried needed 2 tires . These guys were great ..when I went to pay 299$he said hey are still under warranty. But it took 3 hours may appt next time

Very friendly staff and they are always very quick at getting the oil or tires changed. If you are going to use Walmart to service your vehicle in town you should use this location and not the South one

There's always a 2 hour wait even if you get there at 8:00 a.m. in the morning. I haven't been able to get in the last four times that I've been there. They won't even take a reservation. It's ridiculous

I live right down the road from this Wal-Mart. I use their deli all of the time for fruit, veggie, and meat trays as well as cakes for work. They are cheaper and larger than some of the other places I have ordered trays from and come in second to only Baeslers in quality.I have had issues getting someone to come to the jewerly counter. I have found that you need to go find a cashier or cashier supervisor to get someone there. This is the ONLY issue I have ever had.Unlike other Wal-Marts, I haven't had an issue with their inventory changing every other time I go in to shop. I hate falling in love with a product and not be able to find it when I go in the next time to get it! There have been some things that they have been out of but they either order it or I get it online and have it shipped site to store.They do need to fix all of the baby changing stations in the store!

Don't tell customers you can get a service and have them drive 40 miles just to tell them when they get there that they can't do a service.

They said 45-50min no problem for the 2 tire replacements. Took 2 and a half hours with only me in line and that kinda was upsetting as well as inconvenient.
