Our moving truck broke down in Sullivan, IN and I called Wabash to see if they could help. At first, he tried and no part was available. Even after that, he did extended searching for us and tracked down a part and brought it to us and fixed our truck super quick and got us back on the road. This whole process was made so easy, fast, and CHEAP! Thank you for helping us!

Highly recommend! The only company that would come out to me for a road call after my turbo studs broke. Impeccable customer service and top notch service. If I break down in the Terra haute area again I know who I m calling. I recommend anyone to give them your business you won t be let down. Thanks again wabash for making a bad day I to a good one!

This is my third time using their mobile service for my bus/rv. Incredible service. We re from Chicago and visit family periodically and nothing in Chicago compares to the service and prices we get from Wabash Valley Truck and Trailer Repair. I seriously cannot recommend this business enough. Thank you so much y all for being so accommodating, fast, and reasonably priced. We rave about y all back in Chicago to our friends. Jason, really did your driver a solid. My truck had been down over 24hrs, and I ran into him at the truck-stop today. A problem no other company could assist me with, Jason got it done in a matter of hours. I was back on the road the same day. By far one of best road service companies we've dealt with. Had a car run into my trailer axle and bent the axle. This man replaced the entire tandem and had me on the road in 9 hours while it was still snowing heavily. Thank you for what you do man. And keep up the good honest work. Appreciated everything.

I had issues with my 6.6 duramax when passing through town. Wabash was one of the only places still open and to take my call. I said what was wrong and he was there to meet me within 10-15 minutes. After a quick evaluation he determined he wouldn t be able to do the repair due to the complexity of the issue and my timeline to get to Texas. We talked for a bit and came up with a solution that could gently and safely get my vehicle home to do the proper repair. He gave me a ride to get the supplies I needed helped me with some of the work and sent me on my way without charging me anything. I m not writing this to suggest you are going to get a feee service but I am writing it to say that this is a good dude. You can just tell when someone cares and has a good heart. I managed to get my truck to Texas safely and on time thanks to this guy. I will 100% call again if I need help when I m in the area.

We were driving cross country, our rear wheel studs sheered, and we were stranded and after calling all the auto parts stores and couldn t get our hands on the part, this man took our call and found the parts within 2 minutes and said I make stuff happen and he sure did. He had to drive to 3 part stores to get all our parts, came out on a Sunday on a holiday weekend in the freezing and rain, CHANGED THE STUDS ON THE SIDE OF THE ROAD, checked the rest of the tires, and helped us a ton. He was the best mechanic we have ever dealt with and the most efficient, professional and experienced. I can not recommend and thank this guy enough.

Got to my location fast and did a fantastic job replacing a blown trailer air bag. Called me back immediately with the cost of the part and got my ok before purchasing it. I highly recommend Wabash Valley

One of biggest thieves in USA,totally inexperienced mechanics,They replace my truck differential completely with wrong ratio and took almost $5000. Now my truck broke again in Detroit MI and these guys not answering my phone.Don t pay them before , they willAlways make you pay before .

Reworked my car hauler trailer wiring and setup a slick tandem battery system for my winch. Did great work and all wiring looks neat and carefully placed. Quick response and fair price highly recommend.

Had a flat tire at 8pm on a Saturday night. I was from out of town and had two children with me. Contacted this shop and this kind man had me on the road within no time. Was scheduled to come repair brakes on a box truck. Called and explained that he was running behind on a job, and couldn t make it, but would come the following day. Waited all day again, then around 4:30 called again with the bad news again. Promised the following morning, and yet again, another no show. I called and spoke to him, and told him if he didn t show up the following Monday, then I was calling another company. He assured me he wouldn t fail me again. Monday came and went. No call, no show. Horrible way to do business. Wasted 4 days of my time.

Jason is an honest hard working man.I had trailer light problems and he showed up soon after we called. Quickly diagnosed and made repairs at a very affordable rate. I expected it to cost much more. He is fair honest and respectable. I will definitely call Wabash Valley truck & trailer repair in the future for repairs within an hour of Terre Haute, Indiana.Thank you again Jason.

Jason is a good guy he works hard and will do a fine job for you or steer you in the right way but for on the road calls he is fast to show up .give him a call next time for your big rigs .highly recommend him

Jason came out on i70 and fixed our truck. We were losing air and couldn't figure out where and he came found the leak and fixed it. I'm giving 5 stars for accuracy,experience and the price of it all. His hourly charge is reasonable. His service is a blessing for owners tired of paying big bucks to others for work and taking forever. He will have my business from here on out. Thanks Jason

I had an appointment with them to come look at my car and I got stood up and they finally responded hours later after I texted and called them to let me know they didn t have time. Then we rescheduled for the next day in the afternoon and got stood up again and have heard nothing back. Very unprofessional and uncalled for. Can t trust these people to come when they say they will.

Called them for a service call yesterday, emailed them the info they requested. He said they would meet our truck at Pilot in 2-3 hours.Never showed. We waited, and called, waited and called, never answered our calls and never showed up after waiting over 5 hours. We have 16 trucks and get service calls often, would not use this company.

If you are in town in anything fixed on your truck this is the place to call!! Called so many places to get my alternator belt changed, this is the only place came out and fixed my problem got me rolling back on my route!! Highly recommend these people reasonable prices and friendly mechanics!!

Gentleman I spoke to made it out to the scene within 10 minutes when my truck broke down. Turns out the AC compressor went out and nothing could be done on side of road. Usual call out fee with 2 hrs added is 170. He only charged me 100$. Hard to find good honest business out there and I appreciate what these guy did.

Horrible service,called and set up an Appointment the guy forgot about me when I called an hour later then told me he apologized for the delay and was on his way over,ya he never showed up and after trying to call him back it always went straight to a mailbox that was always full,real professional.Im not a competitor. I called for service and made a verbal agreement which you didn t up hold. Assuming I am a competitor trying to bring down your average is pouring salt in the wound as you are not willing to take responsibility for you behavior. I know and you know you failed to follow through on the agreement we made. Just for you frame of reference, you agreed on Monday 3/9/2020 to replace a bracket on my gas tank. Remember me now?

My husband and I are travelling from Maine to Oregon driving separate vehicles. After a particularly rough stretch of I70 I noticed that there was something hanging down under the boat trailer and then it started making sparks when the trailer went over some more bumps. We got off at the next exit which was for Terre Haute and pulled into a parking lot. Not knowing anything about the area, I checked on line and saw Wabash Valley Truck and Trailer Repair had excellent reviews. We called and Josh was there in under 30 minutes to assess the damage. He called his welder Josh and the two them spent over 5 hours in 21 degrees air (not counting the wind chill) and completed a wonderful repair of our boat trailer. The price was well under what we expected. Thank you Josh and Ryan.

Called out at 1:45 am to replace steer tire. Repair done at 2:45 am. Good response time. Paid $845 for new Bridgestone tire, which is too much. Total cost $1175.00...

Unbelievable respond time - very honest from the get go the end, Jason worked thru a blizzard to get me out the same day on Major Trailer work.. replaced Bogie
