Very friendly and fast service. Able to get the U-Haul within hours of reservation. Quick to get us the vehicle and had it ready. The 15 truck with the EZ load ramp made moving a breeze with the appliance dolly added. I paid way less than quoted online, ran into an issue moving and got to keep the vehicle longer with no additional charges. These people know how to do customer service. Very satisfied will be returning!!

DISGUSTING place to store your items. We found dead mice MULTIPLE times. We had a storage unit on the bottom and had many issues with mildew/water seepage. To charge $160/mo is absolute robbery! Go ANYWHERE else but here

U-Haul has ZERO respect for truck drivers!!!I had to pick up one box at this facility and I called them a couple hours in advance to ask them if they can wait for me for 30 minutes after closing time to get the box because I still had plenty hours of driving left. They told me that somebody will wait BUT when I got there, 32 minutes after closing, NOBODY was there to help me.U-haul should be a little more flexible in regard to truck drivers. We are driving thousands of miles every week and we deal with a lot. It s very hard to get to these U-hauls, by minutes.How difficult it is to accommodate a hard working truck driver, every now and then?!At the end of the day we are serving U-haul customers. We should be on the same team not against each other.

We picked up a truck Sunday morning , the man that helped us was Assistant manager William. Was very friendly and helpful and didn't try to push us in to anything .Sunday evening we had a crisis that set us very far behind along with other complications . So we had to keep the truck over night . When I spoke to William and told we needed another day and why he said okay gave me a new time.When we arrived to drop the truck off that evening he was there and super friendly . He offered to work with us on everything. Though we had fully plan to take of things.Super friendly and nice. Good to see great people still in customer service. We will be back!

Twice I have been to this facility during normal business hours to get a propane tank filled and have been unable to do so. First trip in I was told the individual certified had gone home for the day. Not a problem so I returned the next morning during normal business hours and after waiting for someone to acknowledge my presence for at least 5 minutes (I was the only one in at the time), I was told by the gentleman that it would be a few minutes while he took a call. 10 minutes later another employee told me he's on a conference call and won't be available for a while. I finally left and won't be returning for a third time.

Terrible customer service I rented a 20' truck for the day at 1030 am, doing a little remodeling on the house so I thought initially I'd have it back by seven pm, while when I initially got the truck they gave me the option of keeps it till 1030 am the next day no extra charge, later I found out I would need the truck longer than expected so I called U-Haul and explained the situation and told them if they were gonna charge me again I'll just bring it by 7 pm like planned, they told me to go ahead and bring the truck back at 1030 am with no extra charge I brought the truck back at 9 am with more gas than It had when I got it and they charged me 130 dollars. When I contact them they are rude and act like there's nothing they can do,when all their calls are recorded needless to say customer service is absolutely terrible

Convenient for my purposes. Just moved to Terre Haute and needed short term storage. They offered a month free and they made everything easy. The only thing missing at the storage facility is a freight elevator. They have a ramp at the end of the building. It wasn t bad for what I was storing.

Staff are nice, but long wait. Seems they could use another person helping as 1 recent visit was over 30 minutes in line to reserve a truck and a few days later, pick up took almost an hour after waiting in line again. My drop off at another location about an hour away from Terre Haute took about 2 minutes in comparison, literal curbside service and off you go. Truck was nice and new, no complaints other than wait times.

Our experience was wonderful! On 06-08 we were hosting Relay For Life for the American Cancer Society and were found without a large truck to haul our tables another company had quoted a price and when we went to pick it up it was 100% higher than told. We called in a panic and were walked through the entire process. When we picked up the U-Haul, we were treated with great customer service and friendly staff! Thanks again for your support!!

They were next to impossible to get in contact with. I couldn't get in contact with them to cancel my storage unit, resulting in me getting charged for an extra month. They did wind up refunding that month, so they did make it right. The payment process was not good either. The unit itself was indoors and climate controlled which was nice. It seemed very secure. Pain in the butt to get in contact with though. No one is ever in the store front and they do not pick up the phone very often.

I came in 1 week ahead of time to schedule a U-Haul Truck rental. I showed up the day to pick up my rental truck and no one showed up until 2 hours after there opening time (Note: this was not a hot season of college move ins or outs nor holiday). Finally when someone showed up I waited about 45 min in line to get my truck, when I finally got up to the desk they told me my reservation was for 3 weeks ahead of that day. Crazy, I was fortunate enough they had a bigger truck there but I had to pay the extra amount for and then in the end with all their fees paying a some 15% more than I would anywhere else. Never Again.

I would never EVER recommend using this facility for storage purposes. I had an apartments worth of items in the ground floor unit for a little under three months and when I returned from the summer away, there was mold on most of my things. I ended up having to throw away my mattress, couch, and several other items. The staff was always nice and quick to assist and their trucks were always reliable and clean, but I would highly recommend going elsewhere for storage purposes.

Do not use this location. I dropped off my rental on time and they charged me an extra $90 saying it was a day late. I only rent for one day and returned it the next day ahead of my scheduled time. They billed me without even notifying me or getting my authorization! I called to point out their mistake and they wouldn't answer the phone. The central office said they couldn't do anything and that I would have to contact this location. They said they would have them call me within 48 hours. It's now been 5 days and I still haven't heard anything. They still won't answer their phones and uhaul still says they can't help. Avoid the hassle and go somewhere else.

Prepaid for hitch install at 11:30 am. Told to come back at 3:00, still waiting. Worst experience I ever had. Will never go back to this place. Most likely any other. Service was awful , unorganized, 1 man band. Go anywhere but here or uhaul. Big-O tire is better and on time.

I've seen a lot of complaints about them being on phones. Oddly enough, every time I've been inside to actually deal with the employees, the only time I've seen them on the phone was for business related stuff. They use them to figure mileage into dollar amount, make sure you refilled the tank, and check in/out trucks or trailers. The only reason my rating is 3 and not 4 is due to their storage prices in relation to size. And that sometimes you have to track someone down outside, rather than just wait by the bell.

Quite poor service. Employees couldn't be bothered to get off their phones. I've been here several times and it always seems I'm "bothering" them by renting or retuning trucks. This last time, 6 vehicles were in return lanes waiting to be cleaned and checked in (no space left for us) and when we went inside, after ringing the bell several times, one employee was on an obviously personal call while the other one played on their phone.

Literally the worst business I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. The manager is a piece of work that always thinks he is right and he is extremely rude. Also all the stuff in my friends storage unit was covered in mold in 2 months and they don't understand basic towing wiring harnesses.

Absolutely horrible had to wait 2 hours to find out a trailer I reserved online wasn't even if! If I could rate this any lower then 1 star I would. After finding out they don't have the trailer I have to drive to linton to get it and then to only find out this store on Wabash didn't even check everything! Our lights for the trailer are out I'm not usually one to criticize for small things but this is not a small thing it's not hard to do a check on the vehicles you rent out.

Made a reservation for 10 am on Saturday May 22nd two weeks before I needed a truck to move and got a call at 8 pm the Friday night before telling me they don t have a truck available. I had family coming out of town to help and that blew those plans up. Why even have reservations if you can t give your customers what you say you ll give them? Go somewhere else.

Thank you so much for your help!!!!!The hitch ball size we got from the U-Haul in Pittsburgh, PA is completely wrong, which cause the connection between the hitch and our trailer become loose. That s could be life-threatening issue, thank you for help us found out where the problem is and help us to find the right size for the hitch ball.

I had to rent a truck to move to Urbana-Champaign. I was treated to great customer service, and when they didn't have any 1-way rentals, they gave me a discounted in-town rental to keep the price down. Also, when I returned the truck with extra fuel, they took some off of the bill. Great place!

Had a hitch installed, got home and checked it out, none of the bolts were tight i used my hand and unscrewed them had to tighten them down myself if i would have hooked a trailer up to it who knows what would have happened, took 4 hours for the install that was supposed to take 2, couldn't even fond my parts when i arrived for install took them 30 minuets to find. Pathetic.

Horrible customer service, wasted $20 on an uber to get there just to wait 15 minutes for the rep to quit playing on the phone so he can tell me they won't accept my debit card. Don't go to this facility it's horrible.

2 storage areas upstairs were fine ... goods molded in lower unit .... water was on top of goods when we entered ... they said they had no liability ... Todd and others appeared friendly ... and said goods would be thrown out for us as people we hired would not move them because of allergies to mold ... however, we then were billed for another month although we were told there would be no more bills ... then we received a late bill for not paying that month even though we were out of the room ... then my wife stopped and asked to put in writing from Todd that there should be no more payments to be made ...he told her he would send an email to her verifying that and it would be there yesterday afternoon ... it did not come ... not a way to run a business!!!!!!As an aside I teach quality management as part of my MIS course ... I also am a member of the American Society for Quality (ASQ) and will be making a presentation to the Wabash Valley Chapter with a topic of Quality in Everyday Life and will include this U-Haul example!!!!!
