Had amazing customer service experience. We came in on a Sunday with a Go-Kart tire that the valve stem was knocked off by my daughter. Within 3 mins, they had it changed, and I was ready to go. The staff was nice and friendly, and the store was not busy at all on Sunday. I will be back.

This might have been a good business but like so many others today, it is absolutely worthless today. I put off leaving a bad review because I hate doing that to a company so I tried over and over to give them a chance to make things right... 6 times specifically. After my latest visit today I'm done. We spent $1300 on tires with road hazard and we also got new tire pressure sensors which was over $500. One of the sensors quit working 3 miles down the road we ca e back 6 times trying to get this expensive simple thing fixed but they simply are incapable of doing this. I waisted tons of gas and even more time for nothing. We will NEVER go back and want to tell everyone to do go anywhere other than there. If you can spend nearly $2000 one tires and accessories and be treated like this they don't need our business. Now I'm going to make another appointment at my local chevy dealership to get this one sensors fixed correctly. Absolutely Ridiculous!!!!

Referred a buddy because he needed tires. Up sold him tires $120, didn't give him road hazard like any other shop. Drove 6.5 miles sidewall blew out with no damage on the outside of the tire mind you and its his fault. Will not send anyone else down there ever agine. Used to be a good shop when logan was there. Less then walmart now in my opinion.

I popped my tire (they were getting bald) and needed new tires almost immediately as I was making the trip home from ISU later that week. The guys at Tire Barn were more than helpful and friendly throughout the process, delivering high-quality work and customer service at a competitive price! To the guys at Tire Barn, thank you so much! I would recommend this place to anyone, especially if you are in need of assistance in a short time frame!

I needed an alignment, I based my decision to go here off of high Google reviews. I tried calling, the phone just kept ringing. I noticed they had an online appointment system, but since I was close at that moment, I decided to bring it in. They said they could fit me in immediately. An issue was brought to my attention 5 minutes after they pulled the vehicle in. I had the issue taken care of that evening, although there's question as to if that was actually an issue or not, as there was no evidence of fault in the replaced part. I tried calling the next morning to get an appointment again. The phone kept ringing and never was answered. I made an appointment online which was confirmed 5 minutes after I got the initial email saying I'd get a confirmation email that the requested appt was confirmed. The vehicle was brought in at appt time and was told there was nobody there to perform an alignment that day, even though the appointment had been confirmed online, even though nobody answered the phone when I tried calling. Each time I was in the facility, the phone just rang and rang; maybe this is uncommon, but was the case for me each time I tried to call & each time I came in. When I did bring the vehicle in for the 3rd time, the alignment was done. But my trust level is severely diminished, and I'm not exactly sure that I got the service I was hoping for. My trust is greatly affected by all the prior issues, so here's to keeping my fingers crossed that I got a proper alignment!I'm hoping my experience was just off for them & not a true representation of their business, but based off of this, I would not recommend.

Called ahead and made an appointment over the phone for later the same day to have all four tires replaced, gave them my car make and model and tire size, they said they had all four in different brands, drove 45 min to the appointment and they said they didn't have my tires and that they'd have to order them. Blaimed it on their call center. Avoid businesses that operate this way, go local owned.

I can not say enough about Mr. Tionne Childs and the staff at Tire Barn in Terre Haute when I had some issues with my tires recently. I had somehow picked up some metal pieces in 2 of my tires causing them to leak. It took 3 attempts to get all the pieces out but Tionne was not going to be satisfied until he got it right. Tionne and the staff were friendly, courteous, communicative, and made sure everything was fixed right. I have been a Tire Barn customer for many years and no doubt I will continue to be. Thank you Tionne and staff at Tire Barn in Terre Haute!

They did not rotate my tires or air them up. It was supposed to be part of my $104 oil change. I mentioned it to the manger , he told me that when I drove off the tires would show they had aired them up. I know my car and I know that's a lie. So I told him that was not true and the least they could do is air my tires up since they did not rotate them. The air in each tire was the same as when I dropped it off , which is how I knew they had not been rotated nor aired up. He obviously was irritated that I caught him in his lie and went and got a tech to air the tires up. I was getting on the highway to drive to Dayton, Ohio. He could've cared less about the safety of someone's car that he "managed" the service for. I bought the tires from Tire barn not to long ago. For me to have been a return customer the customer service was absolutely horrible.

This place rocks! The service team there have always been so helpful when I get a screw or nail in my tire. I wouldn't even think of going anywhere else, but here!

Tire Barn will no longer be receiving our buisness. Nore will we be recommending thier services to anyone.My wife and I stopped in to have a tire replaceddue to a broken belt and a bulge in the side wall. As well as have the other tires checked. The one tire was replaced and we where on our way. Unfortunately we where not informed of a second tire that obviously needed replaced due to extreme wear. If we would have been informed of the need to replace a second tire we would have gladly done so, and avoided the need to change a tire on the side of a highway.Funny thing though after inspecting the worn tire it didn't look like the tire we originally bought. Wierd.Needless to say we are very disappointed in Tire Barn for having let us leave without even mentioning the need to replace a tire for our safety.

The worst experience I have ever had with any tire shop. The employees are super unprofessional. At one point in a conversation I had with an employee he told me I knew nothing about tires and acted like I was ignorant. I did not appreciate that at all. For now on I will take my business to Belle or McCord.

Made an appointment online for a tire alignment two days prior to appointment. I showed up Saturday only to find out technician doesn t work on Saturdays. No call was made to inform me that their website has options that aren t truly available to customers.

I'll never go back, they charged me $30 to put a tire on a rim, which was already off the vehicle! They use to do it for free or next to nothing. I don't mind paying for someone's service but that is ridicule, 1 star is to much

Driving home from work I drove over a screw, went directly to Tire Barn. It was over 100 degrees today and they had multiple employees leave due to heat related illness but they worked me in for repairs. These guys are the best and I would never go anywhere else for Tire service. Truly the best in town!

We were headed to a soccer tournament from out of state when we got a flat. We pulled in with the hopes of getting it fixed and making it to our game on time. This crew got us in and out in less than 20 minutes and refused to take any money for patching the hole. In a world where we constantly see nothing but negative it is so nice to see great people are still out there. My only wish was I lived closer so I could buy all my tires from this establishment. You won't find better people anywhere!!!

I rarely leave negative feedback, but felt I needed to in this instance. I have always come to tirebarn for all of my vehicles, and my family's vehicles, and have had great service in the past. Recently I drove to tirebarn when they opened for service, but they only were taking people who had an appointment due to staffing issues. This was inconvenient, but understandable. I set up an appointment and went about my day. What was not ok though, was when I tried to call to re-schedule due to a work conflict, and got hung up on multiple times throughout the day. I called, would hear it ring, and then would hear someone pick up the phone then immediately hang up. I call a few more times just in case it was a fluke and it happened each time. I then called from my work phone, get asked to hold which is fine, but then after only a minute or so later they hang up again. I left a message, and never even got a call back. I don't really care if you're short staffed, and I'm willing to hold if you're busy. What I'm not ok with is being told service is appointment only, and then getting ignored in all attempts to work with you guys. I had an urgent service I needed taken care of for a trip out of town, and had to go elsewhere. I will most likely be going to that same place going forward for all future service and purchases, and will be encouraging all of my friends and family to do the same.

2000 mi away from home, get there to oil filter change. They set don't have oil, I was offer to bring the oil from store and pay for labor...they are regect me. What the shp ,what the city....

Just got a car the other night come to find out one of my valve stems was busted took it in to get it replaced with a cheap one and they didn't even charge me 10 out of 10 great people man definitely suggest

We were driving up 41 and stopped at my wife's grandparents grave in farmersburg and noticed we had a large screw in a tire we looked and found tire was open today on a Sunday. We walked in and they said we will pull it right in. They got us fixed up in a hurry and the guys were very nice. Jeremiah and the crew gave us a 5 star experience! Thank you!

Bunch of dirty low life crooks, first of all you can just tell it s nothing but a bunch of bums working in there, secondly good luck making it out of there without one of those bums forcing you to buy something you don t need by saying it necessary to complete the job you originally came in to have them do, thirdly their toilet doesn t work, fourthly they messed with the settings in my car without my permission, lastly all of the tires I got put on were completely different psi.

AWESOME SERVICE. I bought tires from Anderson IN Tire Barn and had a blowout and Terre Haute IN Tire Barn put my good tire and good rim together and put on my car for free and back on road for Labor Day weekend. Thanks much appreciated.
