They dropped my bike off the lift. Repaired only some of the stuff but the three main things they did not fix and they didn't repair what they broke when they dropped the bike either.Update: They took my bike back and fixed the grips and all the parts they were suppose to and even detailed my bike for free and it looks great. Thank you Thompson's Mortorsports.

The staff is always friendly, helpful, and they all carry a good level of general knowledge about service, apparel, and riding. Sales staff have always been low pressure in all aspects of the store. Purchasing has always been hassle free and quick for me. If you need more time or advice, I ve seen staff spend lots of time with customers, and they never seem condescending, no matter the customer s level of experience.I ll be back.

We went in just to window shop, for my little boy. We walked out with a dirt bike, helmet, goggles, and boots. Sales staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. Also if buy a bike there you get a 15% discount on your accessories. Thank you Thompson Motorsports for making my little boy a happy boy!

My husband and I purchased a 2020 CF Moto 800ex from this place and the whole experience was absolutely amazing! We were kinda nervous because another motorsports dealership had screwed us over but we could not be happier with this experience! Everyone was super nice, and super fast on helping us out, and the place was huge!!! They even have a little play area for kiddos! 10/10 will be back again!!!

Had a great experience purchasing YZ85LW for my grandson. Brandon was the salesman. I talked to at least four other people there wish I had their names All good people. Got all my questions answered purchased everything I needed. Nothing had to be ordered everything in stock that I needed. It's a shame it's 250 miles from where I live but I will be back. My mistake was being too eager to get a Honda Pioneer 700-4. I openly admit that I did all of my comms over cell and showed up in a rush. I was buying from Angola, IN and had to drive to Terre Haute to pick it up. Thompson's gets 3 stars for their virtual sales and willingness to expedite my purchase and pick-up. The negative stars are for their service.The day after arriving home (at 2000 hrs after 8 hours of driving) I went to install a winch and noticed what I believe is a shipping scuff on the front bumper and a small amount of blue liquid under the chassis. Then another scuff on the passenger grab bar. The only tie downs I applied were the U-Haul front tire straps and two that I applied to the rear suspension.Still, it wasn't until I noticed the large amount of "smurf's blood" (coolant) under the machine after a one mile ride that I contacted Jarrod via messaging to relay my issues. There was no request or demand. No belligerence. I simply wanted them/him to know that my brand new machine was not only damaged on arrival, but dysfunctional.I contacted a local Honda dealer and will be without my machine until they repair it, anywhere between one and three weeks. Still no word from Thompsons.My initial dealings with Thompson's was great. Follow-on is lacking. 1.4 hours on a brand new machine. Down to bare metal scuffs and a faulty water pump with ZERO response from my salesman.

New back tire for my FXDWG, man those American Elite s by Dunlop are the best. Sure, I should not have put 17,385 miles on the last one. So I took a picture to remind me of what safe tread looks like. Thompson s was worthy of my 60 mile ride for it, put it on while I got a bite to eat at the buffet, and was out so fast I did not clock it. I ll admit the tire/install was only $11 more than what I paid at a different shop 2 years ago. I will be back for more priced right speedy service; thanks.

I consulted with Jarrod on the prices of new and used Can Am side by sides. He's a very knowledgeable and a very helpful salesman. When I am ready to buy a new one...I will definitely give him first shot at selling me one!!!

I purchased a used SXS and requested some accessories be installed. I was given a date it would be ready. I called before I drove there since I live 50 miles away and was told it wasn t ready due to personnel shortages. They said they would deliver it two days later and then it was one excuse after another and after a week I had to drive my own trailer up to pick it up. Happy with the equipment but disappointed with the service after the sale. I will not do business with them again.

I've been to Thompson's on multiple occasions to purchase riding gear and to look - druel is probably more accurate - at new motorcycles. My whole family at one point or another has bought gear from them but on this occasion I was there to purchase the used bike of my dreams. I had seen it a few weeks before online and had planned to come over just for that bike. A couple days before they took the bike off and I was considering cancelling the trip, but my daughter wanted to look at a bike for her and get a new jacket. She got the jacket and we found out the bike I wanted was still available. I had commented that I was ready to trade in my old one, but I didn't have the title in hand due to the removed online ad. The team there went ahead and ran me through the whole process and did not offer me what I was expecting - Kelly Blue Book - for my bike, but I decided to take it anyway. After going through the paperwork, they decided we could close the deal without the title in hand. At this point things fell apart and little attempt was made to work things out. I left frustrated and not like to consider them for future purchases.

I don t think they are accustomed to selling vehicles for out of state customers. We purchased a can am and we re told we could just transfer our current plate to the new motorcycle. We got pulled over when a cop ran our plates and it came up as the Harley we traded off for a can am. They should have given us a temporary plate until our title work arrived. I purchased many vehicles from the state of Indiana so i immediately thought it was weird they didn t give us a temporary plate. Anyway I they emailed me a temporary plate after I told them what happened and I thought everything was fine. Nope. I finally got the title work in the mail and got hit with a HUGE bill at the dmv. I was told by the finance guy that I d only owe $15. Not true. Also from start to finish it took us 3Days and a weekend to complete the purchase of the can am. I was repeatedly told they would call me. But never got a call or text. NOT ONCE. One guy even said you might as well leave because you won t hear back from the bank today. Also they don t take personal checks. So be prepared to bring a wad of cash with you. Overall wasn t happy with my experience and I won t purchase from them again.

I bought a Honda Africa Twin Adventure Sports from Thompson s Motorsports in late 2023. They were able to make the transaction happen in less than a week, which allowed me to enjoy the last months of the 2023 riding season. I found Thompson s Motorsports to be professional and timely every step of the way. I drove 200 miles to pick up the motorcycle and was blown away at how big the showroom was. If Thompson doesn t have the bike you want, I would be surprised.My salesman was Jake and I would definitely do business with Thompson s Motorsports again! 5 stars!

I spent hours calling alleged "Can Am Service Providers" with a 100 mile radius. I was on a road trip from Central New York to Central Texas and not one place would even see me. I called Thompsons Motorsports and they said that they would absolutely take a look. I limped my Ryker to their garage, and they dove right in. In a short manner, they found the electrical issue and resolved it. But in doing so, they also found an issue with my front left tire that could have been devastating on the next 1,000 miles I had to go. This issue was covered by warranty, so they were not trying to work me over, the fellas were literally concerned. I wish these guys would come to Austin, because I would bring my Ryker to them every time...shoot, I'd probably just go by and have a cup of coffee with with these guys so often, if I could.
