My wife and I have bought 2 Jeeps and a truck from Bill and couldn't be happier. Their inventory is a little higher mileage, but definitely not junk. Also, our credit is very much less than stellar and they were able to find financing for us as well. Definitely would buy from them again and would very much recommend them.

Stopped in to look at their selection of Bintelli LSV s. Nice inventory to choose from. Picked the one I wanted and purchase paperwork was easily done. They delivered promptly and also gave a reasonable offer on my trade in. I was very pleased with my entire experience with Terre Haute Auto.

I give them 0 stars. My friend bought a 2011 jeep from them with high mileage for $13,000. Had it.less than a month and now has to spend $7,000 to put a new engine in it. My friend is on a fixed income and is an older gentleman. They refused to do anything about it.

First off, customer service was a joke. The man in charge was rude and more concerned with his cigarette and a buddy than he was the customer. After driving the vehicle, I expressed my concern of the condition of the brakes. He assured me they had been looked at, and were 100% good to go. I bought the vehicle knowing that a brake job wouldn t be the end of the world. So I get it home, and sure enough, pads and rotors are shot. Again, for the price, that wouldn t hurt my feelings at all. It s the fact that he lied point blank about it. I ended up with a good truck, but I m confident in saying that they don t look over all of their vehicles. That or they don t care when there IS an issue. Long story short, BUYERS BEWARE!

These people were great. I had a roll over on my car 2 days ago and they gave me a month to come up with my down payment. Found me a car with a warranty and low mileage. They were friendly and got me financing through a lender. I would recommend them to anyone.

Thanks, Bill, Greg and Courtney. 2003 Dodge Dakota is running fine after 2 weeks, never know with a used vehicle. We were a couple hundred apart, they worked with us. Worth checking out.Troy

We were not impressed. The car we went to see wasn t there. He said they sold it weeks ago. When we told him our price, he told us this beautiful vehicle was $13,900(our price). When we got back from our test drive, he said he had made a mistake and the price is now $16,900. Many of the cars looked run down and the whole experience felt very suspect. We won t be back.

We got a Buick Rendezvous... In 2015 still love it!!! Beautiful still drives great... I recommend them highly! Thank you guys your customer service is the best... You totally did everything to make our experience great... We are definitely looking to get a second vehicle through you!!!!!

We went in January of 2017 to purchase a 2004 Mercury Sable. We needed a dependable second vehicle to get my husband to and from work. It had low mileage, looked clean, and was a reasonable price. No sooner had we crossed the state line back into Illinois, the check engine light came on. We should have turned back then but we hoped that maybe it was something small. It took them a month to take care of the paperwork, when the lady in the office said it would be taken care of in a week. Paperwork aside, this car will not start. When it drives, the engine knocks and jerks. Our mechanic took one look at the car and told use we got conned. Most of the wires under the hood are being held on with electrical tape. We went today to pick up the spare key that they never gave us, and it turns out that they have had the original key this whole time and we have been using a copy. Unfortunately, even with original key, the car still won't start. We are inexperienced buyers, and this whole experience has been a lesson in what we should be leery of next time. We will not use this dealer again, and I wouldn't recommend sending anyone there to purchase a car unless they have their mechanic with them, or at least someone who knows a great deal about how dealerships like these cheat.

Nice friendly place. Greg makes you feel like family. He wasn't pushy and made sure I got the truck I wanted. When I need to purchase my next vehicle I will definitely shop here, and advise you to as well.

Looked at a couple SUV's here. They had a decent selection, price was ok "only reason for 3 stars". Would have been more stars if it wasn't for the salesman.My only issue was that I told the salesman I was only looking for a possible future purchase, was not going to purchase that day. He was pushy towards getting a credit check run. He ask several times if we would like to take the car home and try it out for the day. Look when I'm ready to buy, I'll buy. Pushy basically pushed me right out the lot.

Probably the best car buying experience I've ever had. Greg sold me the car I wanted at a great price. He was super helpful and not full of bs like every other dealership I've been to. Would definitely recommend buying here.

I purchased a truck from these guys a little over a year ago. When I bought it I check the car fax and nothing was wrong, no accidents, no damage, nothing. Now a little over a year later I go to try to trade it in and they pull my car fax and it turns out that it has had major frame damage that showed up on the car fax weeks after I bought it. I was told that they had to have known before, fixed it, and flipped it before the damage report was updated to the car fax. I will never purchase another vehicle from these guys and will never recommend them to anyone ever.

I have purchased multiple vehicles from these guys and have loved everyone!!! Helpful, friendly staff who listen to what you are looking for and how much you want to spend! They got us financed on our first purchase there when no one else would! I will never shop anywhere else!!

Do NOT buy from this place! My brother-in -law purchased a truck from them about six months ago. He was having issues the first day with power steering pump. They wouldn't cover it. Now since it has gotten cooler he found it has no heat. We changed the thermostat which was janked up with a nut and bolt to hold it onand the other bolt was so rounded off it took some engineering to remove it. He also told me it has something loose underneath as it makes a terrible noise when he hits a bump. After investigating we found ZERO bolts holding down the bed. ZERO!! This bed could have came off and killed someone. Any place that would not thoroughly inspect a vehicle before selling and unsafe vehicle to the public should be closed down. Stay AWAY from this place.

I actually called them and told them my story already gave a vehical i make payments on just wish i had a truck. My credit wasnt the greatest however they worked me. I was in and out in 20 mins with a set or keys and wonderful truck thanks bill for amazing service and help

Great people to work with. Easy to apply for a loan. No difficult continual asking for more information for credit. Know something within 24 hrs if ur approved or not!

Couldnt beat the conversation while waiting on paper work. Good lot full of nice vehicles just picked up my nice new 04 cummins greg and jack was kind enough to stay late an help us through all the papers!

A family member of mine bought a suv from there an didn't have it 3 weeks an had mechanical problem's with it an contacted this place an told them there was problems with it an the guy he talked to said he had it all checked out an it shouldn't have any problems an wasn't gonna pay for it to get fixed .but when told a review would have been posted about he changed his tune an said he would pay half of the costs .but now he is onley gonna pay for half the labor And my family member has to buy all parts out of pocket an which the parts aren't cheap so beware of buying make sure you take a mechanic with you before buying from this place isn't nothing but a bunch of lemons that aren't cheap like the commercial says that's for sure
