I don t even want to give this shop one star but there s not a no star option. Bought a car from them this year and I was excited about it. It s my first car and I didn t know much going into it as I still don t know much. Within the first month my check engine light came on, a tire blew, and now it just plain out won t start. May have to replace the fuel pump as well as other things. It s a nice car on the test drive, but other than that i didn t expect to have problems within such a small time frame. Also it should have been a red flag when I heard the owner arguing with people on the phone. 0/10 do not recommend buying any car from here unless you want to pay the money for the car and money to fix the car within the first year. I get that they re used cars, but if I was told or seen paperwork it says as is I would ve gone somewhere else because obviously something would ve been wrong with it to put as is. I didn t expect problems within the first 6 months let alone the first barely 3 months. Also yes I m using a throwaway account because I genuinely believe this guy would retaliate in some way.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! Purchased vehicle, 5 dash board lights came on 2 days after purchasing. Cracked head gasket, bad breaks, needed oil change, recall on car from inactive airbags, leaking oil, leaking power steering fluid, leaking radiator fluid. Leaking coolant and overheating. $4600 in damages. Drove the car less than 500 miles in a year and a half. Owner is beyond rude and uncompromising. Do not buy from here !

Well we went to today on the 3rd and my mom was desperate for a car it says buy here pay here on the side and they are two high-priced, they couldn't even help my mom. I don't get why people say how good these people are when nobody will help my mom out. It's not just Sebastian Auto, it's Longs, you weren't even there they were supposed to be open and wasn't even there, and the rest of the ones in Terre Haute with good reviews, I mean I have a junky car and I had to drive my mom around to help her find a car and she needed help and didn't get any help!!!! So I'm putting this on everybody's BUY /HERE PAY HERE SITE one!! it's horrible customer service.GOOD SERVICE is out the door I guess with everything else ,so disappointed.

I purchased a car from here in 2014, had it paid off before the end of that same year. (i think i paid off a $6,000 car in like 10 months maybe) i never had a issue with the owner or lady that worked the office. They were always friendly. and provided referrals if i needed/wanted extra work done such as window tenting or whatever. Never had a issue.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. Walt is a terrible man. Rude. Unreasonable. And sells overpriced lemons. in the trhee minths I have had this car he sold,me i have had to replace the alternator. The lower control arm was so rusted it snapoed and caused the axel to snap. And a tire,dry rotted and busted. Terrible cars at terrible prices. A 4000 dollar mistake that in three months has become an almost 6000 dollar mistake.

We did have bad luck with the cars we bought here. I do not blame the owner or management.Do research on the cars they ha e and look up the comman major issues with that make and model. Owner is honest about comman issues. I put miles on fast with my trucks. So trust your own research as much as his. Buy a car or truck that has history of lasting. Remember buy here pay here is a gamble no matter the company used means someone else was driving that car.Good cars easy payment option.

Bought a car last week and it has been in the shop 3 times. Took it back to Sebastian 2 times but being billed the last time for $140.00 for wheel bearings that fell out when they took the tire off. Now it's costing another $828.00 to get it safe just to drive on the road.

The owner of this location will actively rip you off, we set up to purchase a vehicle as we were leaving to go get the money he allowed another buyer to test drive the vehicle and the proceeded to sell it before we returned. a single star is more credit than this location is worth. they also own "Car Credit Auto Sales" and will provide the same treatment at that location. Trust me take your business elsewhere.

The owner is the fairest business person when it comes to buying a car in the Wabash Valley let alone the state of Indiana. I would trust him with my life . Great cars

This was great, I took my grandson out for the day and we stopped at Sebastian Auto after dropping off afew things. We didn't find what he was looking for but they do have a vary good selection at a fair prices.

If u are looking for a good quality used car i definitely recommend this place if u wanna be treated like a person instead of a potential transaction.

This place is a scam. Had the car a month and it had computer issues. I asked for mechanics they recommended to fix cars but they blamed/Scolded me instead of helping. All i asked for were resources.

Decent cars at decent prices. But the owner is one of the biggest pricks I have ever met. He cussed me on the phone for no reason. I have the recorded call to prove it.

sold a lemon and horrible attitude,claims we didn't pay off car is why we havent received title even though we have receipts to prove it. just all around bad deal.

We drove from Vincennes IN to look at a truck on your buy here pay here lot. We were told it was cash only. That's false advertising. Every one be aware!!!
