Scott s does a very professional job with their work. Friendly staff. They were considerate enough to park my car inside of their garage due to a busted windshield, so that rain would not get inside the vehicle before they worked on it. Very poor customer service. Did not even put my vehicle on lift as radiator was leaking from accident. They told me it was done. Drove 2 blocks and anti freeze was pouring out. I took it back and they wanted to charge me $484. They did not charge me the 1st time. I WOULD NOT recommend them. Very rude employees including the owner. Very sad.

Scott's Custom Colors is an excellent auto body repair shop! They are trustworthy and offer great communication. My daughter brought her car in for repairs. They did an excellent job. She just returned for an alignment issue and they treated her with respect and transparency. A local idiot ran a stop sign & broadsided me. Scott s repaired my beloved Subaru Forester so it looks like New! Professional & Courteous and meticulous in cleaning the SUV before returning it to me. Unlike other brands, Subaru parts were available & Scott s examined all received parts & rejected less than perfect replacement parts. I can't say enough about Scott's Custom Colors. All employees that I had contact with were friendly and knowledgeable. I was highly impressed with the work done on my vehicle. Very nice and professional. They were chosen by my insurance company for repairs to my SUV. After the estimate it was totalled. Didn't get to work with them any further.

Had someone back in to us. I knew where I wanted to take the car. From talking to Jess at the shop to set up the appointment and get the car in, to working with Scott when it was complete, the only wait time was on the other person's insurance. Scott's Custom Colors was great to work with and totally professional.Our car looks as good as it did when we pulled it off the car lot new!! Would happily recommend them to family and friends!!!

Scott and his crew are awesome! Some of the nicest people you will ever get to deal with. I take all of our company vehicle's the when they need body work. Have not had any complaints. Thank you so much for all your help.

Best auto body shop I have ever been to. The customer service on the phone was amazing, and everyone was very friendly. I hit a deer and the front bumper, driver side fender, and hood were damaged. They fixed absolutely everything in 7 days and when I got to the car lot and saw my car, it looked better than it did when I bought it off the lot. They detailed the inside and washed and waxed the outside!I would definitely recommend this place to anyone in need of an auto body shop.

Rip off artists!! Girlfriend's car was wrecked into on the right rear corner of the vehicle causing damage to the bumper, quarter panel, and tail light. Insurance company suggested Scott's for an estimate, so the girlfriend took it there. Without ever my girlfriend ever approving it, they took the vehicle apart. Girlfriend called to find out estimate and she was repeatedly asked what the insurance company quoted her, which was irrelevant. When she refused to give the insurance quote info, Scott told her it would be $5,000, trying to take advantage of a female by ripping her off, hoping she wouldn't know any better is my guess. She told him she wanted to pick up the vehicle to take it for other estimates and they wanted to charge her to put the vehicle back together when she never gave permission for them to take it apart to begin with. Estimates can be done without doing that. She took to 2 other shops locally, one quoted $2,100 & the other was Bryant Body shop at $1,800, but that shop said if she paid cash and they didn't have to deal with an insurance company, they'd do it for $1,500. That's where the girlfriend went. They were much more friendly than Scott's and did an excellent job on the repair. $5,000 vs $1,800? Come on!

I dropped my vehicle off @ Scott's (recommended by my ins) after hours, and by 9:30 the next morning I received a call they had completed the necessary inspection for my insurance. Fast service, super friendly service!!

Well my grandmother had a wreck over a month ago (was hit on passenger side doors) and the car was taken to Scott's for repair. Well long story short it took them over a month to get the car back to her. After a couple weeks she started calling them to find out what is happening on her car and Scott was never there. She called multiple times after that to get a hold of him, but never could and he never gave her a call back! Finally after 36 days my grandma received her car back, but now the air conditioning doesn't work on the side that was hit. Does it have anything to do with Scott's? I don't know, but back in December I had a wreck as well and took it to them which it only took 17 days but after that my shifting was messing up in my car (like it wouldn't shift into the last gear and would just ram up on the rpms)? Who knows if these little defects have anything to do with Scott's, but from what I can tell this crap started happening to our cars right after we got them back from Scott's. Customer service is not there at all and I will never recommend anyone to Scotts ever!

Took my car there after a wreck, They told me it will be done within a week. a week later i drove by and it was still outside. I called asking when work will be started on it. They was VERY rude. they said it'll be started the following Monday. So i drove back by.. still outside. So i called again. They got even more rude when i was just curious when itll be done. They once again said following Monday.. so i drove by again. And it was STILL outside. I got tired of messing with them so i went to another shop. They took my car from scotts the next day.. and had it all done that SAME week. Save your time and go somewhere else.

When we needed body work we took our car here. They did a fantastic job on the exterior and as an added bonus they cleaned out our car. You cannot tell that our car was ever in an accident.

Wouldn't take my vehicles to nobody else. Scotts custom colors will always get my business. Auto body repair and towing. I've never been disappointed.

Nice friendly staff only problem came with payment. Arrangements were made and when it came time to pick up my car it was not honored, otherwise everything is great work on a timely manner.

Such a great job. Only issue was when asking questions about me car repairs the lady that I spike to, which I asked her name and she said she is the owner's daughter was very rude.
