It s never good to crack a windshield. However the service was quick and excellent. The waiting area is excellent. Clean and chalked with amenities. I d recommend just coming in with an appointment

Awesome group of guys, truck was too tall so they came out no charge. New wipers and windshield went better than expected. Those guys truly try to do their best job. Thanks.

We have had bad luck with windshield damage the last month, and have had to take multiple cars there. Each time the customer service was great, the quality of work was high, timeliness was quick, and drop off/pick up was convenient. The last time in particular though, safelite went above and beyond. We were having troubles with our insurance company and instead of holding our car, safelite offered to give us our car until we figured out what was going on but also offered to help solve the situation, in which they did. Our insurance company was trying to charge us almost $400 and safelite was able to do the repair for $100. I ll continue to take our cars there in the future.

They can not provide the service as advertised. The only repair that they will do is if you come to them. If I knew beforehand, I would have called someplace else. I also feel the quality of the repair is not as good as previous repairs that I have had.

To make an appointment, I couldn't talk to a living breathing person, it had to be done online. My generation would drother speak to a person, I won't be calling back.

One of our vehicles needed a complete windshield replacement. Scheduled it yesterday, got an appointment the next day and found a $80 discount online! The process was smooth as could be. The staff here are very knowledgeable and friendly. Took about an hour and they try to make you feel as comfortable as possible while you want. Recommend this location! Thanks Safelite!

I needed a new windshield for my car and the guys at Terre Haute Safelite were professional, provided excellent customer service, and drop off and pick up was a breeze! I highly recommend this location and the staff for any glass repair needs!

Called Safelite while on the road into Terre Haute regarding the possibility/necessity of getting a just-cracked window repaired. Staff were knowledgeable about my make and model, and the sensor systems that came with it, and were able to advise me regarding the recalibration requirements needed and to determine whether it was still safe to drive my car with said crack, since I was en route to a further destination.Thank you for your advice, Safelite. It made a troubled trip much less anxious.

Troy the technician did a wonderful job on a rock chip repair on my FJ.We were on a road trip driving though and called the 1800 safelite number and file the claim over the phone before you come into the store.Most windshield rock chips less than 1 inch can be repaired and now my windshield is saved potentially saving me hundreds of dollars on replacement.

We were in town for a weekend in a rental. We got a small rock ding in the windshield and needed to get it repaired. Safelite repaired it so quick and didn't even charge us anything!!! We asked to file through insurance but the gentleman who helped us said it was on the house! We were so impressed with his quick service and customer focus. Thank you for making our weekend trip wonderful!!

The technician was very up-front about the risks involved in trying to repair a chip, said the chip would still be visible when the work was done but if the process was successful it wad be less likely to splinter off, but if it does part of their guarantee is that $ money I put into repairing the chip will go toward the total cost of a new windshield later if needed. This is the 2nd time I have used this company and I will continue use them for any future automotive glass repair needs my family me encounter

This company rivals AT&t is having the worst phone customer service around! They never showed up for a windshield repair appointment, never contacted us, nothing. When I called their customer service to find out why they didn't show up ...all she did was connect me with my insurance company and abandoned the phone. I will never use them again.

Your phone answering robot sucks!! Your glass you installed for me has streaks inbeded in the glass that won't come out! No phone real person just a ding robot.im pissed!

Terre Haute IN. I went there today with a small spot where a rock had flew up into my window. The guy said he would need to take it back in the garage to look at it. A few minutes later he came back and said while he was getting his tools the Crack spread then said "Sorry darling you are gonna need a whole new windshield" He said the temperature in the cool garage caused it. I don't believe thar for one minute. If the garage was 30 degrees maybe. When I do go get a new windshield it will not be from here that's for sure. Sketchy oeople-!

All of the staff at this location are respectful, friendly, knowledgable, and professional. That alone I would give 5 stars. Most places you only have a select few people who really know how to take care of things with a lot of unprofessional tendencies, but at this location it was nothing short of a 5 star rating. Troy was my technician and immediately made me feel at home even in a public business. He was personable, friendly, relatable, professional and respectful. He did a wonderful job on keeping me updated and checking in with me while I waited on the service as I had to wait inside the building. Absolutely no complications, no misunderstandings, and the estimates I was given previous to me scheduling an appointment was exactly what I paid. Everything was done in a timely manner. Post service included after care instructions with a brochure and a business card in case of any defects. Scheduling online was easy, and breezy. My insurance recommended to go here for windshield replacement so I booked an appointment. I was given a drop off window of between 7:30 to 10 a.m., when I showed up around 9 I was told they couldn't work on it because I was supposed to be there by 8 a.m. That's not what I was given in my email when setting the appointment online. Called another glass company and they were able to do the windshield replacement for $150 less than Safelite wanted anyways. Save your money and go elsewhere, they charge way over average.

I just got my windshield replaced and recalibrated by Safelite in Terre Haute. I was pleasantly surprised by the entire crew. I had a appointment with another glass shop and they refused the job. So I was frustrated and skeptical of the whole process. There were some recalibration issues but Troy got it all taken care of and I appreciate the excellent customer service. Thanks so much!!!!!

Extremely poor customer service. Did not show up and did not call to let me know they did not have the glass. They had the wrong phone # but did not communicate with the ins to see if they had it wrong. Was promised a return call that day and did not get. Would never recommend to anyone at this point in time. Right had does not know what the left hand is doing.Just an addition to their incompetency-after them not showing up or calling me to let me know and my going to American Eagle(which I got wonderful service) Safelite showed up at my home 12 days after the windshield was installed. As I said previously, the right hand does not know what the left hand is doing. Showing up at my home, when they were originally scheduled to come to my workplace. Would definitely not recommend.

They were able to get me in the same day my windshield was chipped. I was told ahead of time the repair would be visible, which I expected, but appreciated the candidness. Additionally, the chip is repaired to restore the integrity of my windshield, but it wasn't as 'pretty' as Troy wanted and he made sure that I was okay with the results before I left.

Good quick service that's covered by insurance.I just don't like that they added and tried to charge me for windshield wipers without verbally asking.There was an invoice via email for the amount of $38, but it wasn't brought up until it was time to go.Keep in mind, you're not obligated to pay for the wipers and they will take them off if you ask.

My windows got busted out on 9/13 they were able to get me in 9/14 I dropped my car off around 6:40am and they were done with my windows at 8:51am . I didn t have an appointment I was just a drop off vehicle and they fixed my windows quickly because they knew I was supposed to be in Indy ! Dave was so wonderful and very sweet !! I appreciate all his help with my car and being so caring . If I need anything I will definitely return here .

I had a crack in my windshield that creeped from a rock chip. I put off repair expecting a long wait and large bill. I went by the office late in the day. To my surprise, I was scheduled the next day and the charge was less than expected!! Even better was the wonderful service, friendly technician, and extra bonus of having all the windows cleaned --and a vacuum too! I also appreciated the extra time the technician spent explaining the repair--next time I will go in before the chip turns into a crack.
