Cayden & Matthew were very helpful and knowledgeable yesterday when my daughter and I went into your north store for a battery and Cayden was great installing the battery for us...you are truly blessed having 2 great employees like these young men...And we will definitely be back to this O'Reilly for all of our automotive needs...thank you again for great customer service we really appreciate it

HORRIBLE customer service. I needed my Jeep put on a tester to determine if I had a bad fuse/other electrical issue, or if a part needed replaced. A gal was going to help us then went on to help someone else. I bought a $20 charger for my phone and was walking around waiting on this lady. The entire time my old man and I were being looked at and watched like we were thieves. The woman never did come back to us. We didn t see her the entire 15 minutes we waited on her and nobody else offered to go use the code reader on the Jeep for us. My guy has spent THOUSANDS of dollars in Oreileys. They lost a probably fairly significant sale today and they lost 2 customers. Never judge a book by its cover.

They were super fast about getting my parts in today! Very helpful the manager even went out his way to make sure I got rewards program for a gift card for the money I spent today! They are awesome!

Went to O'Reilly's today to get my headlight replaced asked the gentleman if he could put it in for me. When he popped the hood to get to the light he said, ma'am you don't need a headlight, yours popped out of the socket. I want to say Thank you Rickey for being so honest! That's why I only go to O'Reilly's on Ft Harrison they are always helpful!

Has a large variety of parts in stock at reasonable prices. Very clean store with a friendly and efficient staff.

Helpful staff. Free installation of new wiper blades. One clerk even installed a new battery in my car on a blustery, snowy, cold day. They never make me feel inferior because I do not speak the language of mechanics.

Poor customer service and parts are cheaper at other parts stores. Two times in a row they was suppose to get the part there from there other store and both times the failed to do so. So unless you feel like being there parts runner do not shop there.
