You would think the drivers would act with a little kindness or consideration after some one has experienced a traumatic accident. Also you would think they would have enough knowledge to know you can't drive a vehicle onto a flatbed with a broken front axel.

Was in an accident and towing was called. Mike s had my vehicle and said it would be $250 to tow it less than a mile to my home but said it wouldn t cost anything to be towed to their yard. Lowing I d have to pay storage fees I chose that route and would get it in a few days when I could. They charged a tow fee anyway along with the storage and when confronted the driver backpedaled and claimed he did not tell me that. They pulled one over and got an extra $120 in storage fees.

Reprices suck by as bad as Paul Schaeffers pick up parts they pull their own parts which is nice, but if you don t stay detailed on what and how the guy are bringing it back just a pigtail of your wire instead of the wire so be careful

I talked to a lady said they closed at 4:15pm online says 5pm they shut the gate early on me recommend not going here to your stuff else where

These were the most awful employees I have possibly ever met. I made 8 trips to Mike's before giving up and just letting them have my title in order to jus get my purse back out of it. The last trip there was a kind of older lady there who was helpful, but that was the only person on that place that was even the least but respectful. They absolutely did everything in their power to ensure that I was not able to get my vehicle back from them.

Always there to help out, very knowledgeable staff, never had a bad experience, and I go at least twice a week

Charged $250 for towing a car 3 blocks and $50 for "other fees". Not to mention dragging their feet to notify us while charging $30 a day storage. I believe they do this to discourage people so they may release vehicles to them for almost nothing. Will not be taking scrap or do business with Mike's anymore. They shouldn't be taking advantage of the very people that helped them grow their company. Let alone in times like this!

These guys are bunch of crooks! They take advantage of people, especially when they think the customer has no choice but you go through them. I will NEVER go there again and I will recommend no one else does either. I was charged for 3 days storage when my car was there for less than 48 hours then on top of that they charged me a $40 paperwork fee. When asked to explain they fee they told me it was for them writing me a bill and keeping track of the key for it!

Taking scrap to them, super easy and really had help. When I need alot of parts and want to spend money there then I get attitude that they don't time time for my parts. Last time I went I was looking to spend 500.00 in parts and when he told me they were to busy to even sell me anything I told them will take my part business elsewhere. And I did I recommend Paul's. Paul's is super friendly and helpful.

Tried to buy a hood release latch for 2005 Chevrolet Equinox. Girl behind the counter didn't have a clue. She had to call someone. They wanted $30.00. Told her I could order a new part for $23.00. Went up the street to pick a part and paid $10.00.

Really happy I bought my car from here. Yuri was a huge help! He went above and beyond to get me into my dream car and help me with my lease turn in. I would definitely recommend working with Yuri!

Terrible, Terrible. Bunch of liars. Slow... Please save your time and money and go else where. My experiences with these people are horrible. I've had them tow a few cars for me before, there slow coming, there NOT careful with your car at all. I've bought parts off of them too. They do not actually warranty there parts, and prices are way too high, Please please stay away.

Was stranded on the back roads by bridgeton on a Saturday evening. They managed to find us and get us home. After calling multiple tow services and being turned down they took the job. They were curtious and quick! Highly recommended!

called and told them i needing a alternator for a 2001 Chevy tracker 4 cylinder and they said they had the part. after driving 45 mins to the shop i was told that they only have v6 models on their lot. even though i specified that i was needing it for a 4 cylinder

$250 for a tow that didn't make it to the right place? Ridiculous! I couldn't use any other tow company because it was the result of a car accident. So maybe this is more on the City of Terre Haute than mikes. They weren't very nicd though.

The owner is really rude is short tempered. Rediculous towing prices! If you are going to work in the general public or with any person in general you HAVE to have general people skills!

My friend had his car towed by this company while I watched. The older male employee that towed the car threatened to attack my friend because my friend's car wasn't fully cleaned out yet.

i was quoted two hundred fifty dollars for a car i was junking.the next day i was told two hundred was what they paidi run with the vintage car guys in town and made sure to pass this along
