Purchased a new truck recently and very impressed with the sales staff, particularly Dustin. He did an outstanding job taking care of us. I also have had my 2014 F150 worked on there several times and they do a great job and in a timely manner. Thanks Mace!

Worst service department I have ever dealt with in my life. Towed a 2022 Bronco with 20k miles on 2/16/24 and they didn't get it out until 4/5/24 under warranty. They choose to operate on commission so your appointment is not first come, first serve. Your vehicle sits for the perfect day when the technicians schedule is clear enough for your problem.The advisors don't call and update you ever until after you badger them. The text message alerts don't work. They have excuse after excuse on why they're so slow. No loaners unless you buy from them, which I never will after this experience. Not really sure how they are in business. Ford motors obviously suck because they contract with enterprise rental cars on the daily and my vehicle needed a new motor at 20k miles.Won't give you a rental until vehicle is diagnosed but they took 4 weeks just to tell me it needed a motor. Then another 2 to get the motor finished. Motor sat in shop for a week waiting on the commissioned tech to clear his schedule. Receipt wasn't ready when we got the vehicle out of the shop. I could go on and on but it won't change anything. Good luck to anyone using their service department because you will need it!

Adding to my first review. As you can see below I purchased a brand new F150 from Mace Ford and the experience was fantastic. Well we just purchased another vehicle from them a few days ago and the experience was just the same .. fantastic! I can t recommend Mace Ford enough!I recently purchased a brand new F150 from Mace Ford and my experience was great. The customer service was excellent and the start to finish process of buying the truck was super simple and straight forward. Will definitely purchase future vehicles from them.

Dustin is very knowledgeable and was great to work with when looking at vehicles and deciding what we wanted. He was available via text or call if we had a question at anytime. Dustin and the other members of the team were professional and courteous during the buying process as well.

We purchased 2 vehicles from here less than 30 days ago. One brand new and the other used. The used we could tell something was wrong with the front end, and we asked them to check it before we signed anything. They said they aligned it and that it was good. We test drove it again and let them know it was infact not. They told us to come back if it got worse. We'll, it got worse. My husband told them exactly what the issue was, and it still took them 4 hours to figure it out. Both front wheel hubs need replaced! And they thought it just needed aligned? That's a pretty big issue! We will NEVER buy from this place again! They offered to cover half. But it should have been dealt with before it was put on the lot for sale. Bad business owner and service center! Especially considering they knew it was for a 16 year old as they took a picture of him standing with it. We only took it in good faith under the impression they would fix it if it got worse within the 30 days. Clearly, they can't stand by their word. Even the sales rep backed us up. She was amazing. None of this review is towards her. Just the service department and owner for allowing this vehicle to be placed on the lot for sale with this massive issue! Good thing my husband knows vehicles enough to know exactly what was wrong within 1 minute of driving it, and it took your service crew 4 hours. Again, they checked it, said it was good and told us to come back if it got worse, so we did. They told us it would be fixed as it was an issue prior to purchase!

Mace Ford has been very accommodating to me from start to finish. I bought my van at Mace from Dustin and he promised to go above and beyond for me if I never needed it and he meant it.My van ended up needing an update to the gps system shortly after purchase and Dustin made sure it was all taking care of and paid for in full and even made sure I had a car to drive until my van was fixed.He also helped me by keeping in contact with me everyday until the van was fixed and did everything he could to speed up the process.This van is beautiful and runs amazing. 10/10 would recommend Mace Ford and make sure you ask for Dustin!

Process was pretty easy. Only issue was I had to put gas in it after we bought it and the batteries were dead in one of the keys and low in the other right after we bought it.

I usually don t do reviews but this time I really think Mace team done a great Job finding-me a 2023 ford expedition Limited .I really appreciate my salesman Dustin Nees who drove 2 hour away to pickup my 2023 Ford expedition I am really liking this expedition .Dustin Nees thank you I will be sending some good customers your way .

It s 2021 and there s a new car shortage due to a shortage with microchips car shopping is almost impossible and you re forced to do it all virtually or drive pretty far to find something. I was in the market, but not completely ready to buy . I had a few vehicles in mind. However, looking online I saw my local Ford dealer had a New 2021 Ford Bronco Sport for sale. I drove by the lot Sunday on my way home for work to see it and my fianc� and I decided to go 9am Monday morning to drive it. I spent the entire night before watching videos on what to do and what not to say when buying a car. I didn t want to be taken advantage of like car dealers have a reputation of doing. However, I was welcomed by Laurie right away. She was so sweet and personable. (like any salesman should be) .. I was not pressured into anything, and she was so motherly really cared that I got the best deal I could get. With this shortage, a dealership could jack up the prices of these new cars and people would still buy them but I paid the price of the window sticker and I m so incredibly thankful for that. I can t thank Mace and Laurie enough for the hospitality and giving me an honest deal. I will recommend Mace to everyone I know and I ll be back to service my Bronco Sport for years to come!

We had a great experience at Mace. No high pressure, no games, just genuinely nice people. Laura was exceptionally nice and easy to work with. This dealership has definitely won our business, it's nice in this day and age to find a dealership that treats you like a person and with respect.

My service rep Jason W. Made this experience amazing. Got me right in same day. Immediately tackled the problem and provided me a car until fixed. Thinking it might take a few days I was amazed when he called next day and it was done. I was thrilled with the outcome and the problem was fixed. When I have to have more service done I will be contacting Jason. Thanks for the great experience. 100% difference from my first experience back in July 2022.

HORRENDOUS customer service in the service department!!! How do you withhold a truck for 44 days now for a warranty fix and STILL don't have it done and WILL NOT keep anyone in the loop of what's going?! Excuse after excuse!! Avoid this place!!!

I had a terrible experience at Mace Ford. My new vehicle was there for over a week with no communication from the company. After voicing several concerns, I received a confirmation saying my service was completed for 0.00 dollars after the matter was not resolved. I highly advise future customers to take your business to a company who takes pride in their work and customer satisfaction.

Having worked in the automotive industry for 16 years (sales) I know first hand how important the service center is to the dealership and it's customer base. We just moved back to the area after 33 years and both of my visits were timely and the staff was awesome. Well done!

Amazing to deal with, hands down will return to shop again with Mace Ford. Laurie was an awesome sales person that let me test drive a few vehicles several times to make sure I got the right decision. The sales manager made sure to make us feel welcome, he was very knowledgeable and helpful. This was my easiest and most friendly car buying experience hands down. Thanks again Laurie and Chuck!

Had a 36,000 mile inspection, oil change, and recall notice replacement. Mace Ford did a great job while we waited and everyone we interacted with to schedule the appointment and service the car were friendly and professional. Would definitely recommend Mace Ford!

We have been very happy with our 2020 Ford Edge. We have had it for over two years and have had no problems with it. We are also very happy with the service department. They have always been prompt and have given the best service possible.

My 84 year old mother does business with Mace. I'm out of state and my mother called me all shook up. She went in for a oil change. The tech told her her transmission was leaking. Said it left a trail into the shop. Transmission has never had a leak. The tech told her they'd have to order the part she needs. Told her, that her steering might make noises when the transmission is low on oil.Was suppose to do a tire rotation; but they didn't even do that!!HOW CAN THESE FRAUDS TAKE ADVANTAGE OF ELDERLY PEOPLE.My cousin checked her power steering fluid, and it was about empty.How can Mace Ford allow a tech to tell a elderly woman her transmission being low can cause her steering to make noises and be jerky??The car is a Mercury Grand Marquis.REAR WHEEL DRIVE VEHICLE!!!I ADVISED MY MOTHER NOT TO DO BUSINESS WITH A FRAUDULENT DEALERSHIP SERVICE DEPARTMENT!!

I didn't buy my car for this dealership but I had a recall on a part and I called up Ford and they was more than happy to put the car on for me. I was in-and-out there no time they were very nice and polite. Said mine was the easiest one just put on yet.

The experience buying the vehicle, was awesome. Everyone involved was very nice. ISSUES, less then 2 week's later, it doesn't run. I have spent several hours, of my time, getting it set up to be fixed. WARNING, if you buy a non Ford vehicle from them, and with a warranty that they offer on the vehicle, they will do their best not to do the work. Reason being that don't have the equipment, or staff with the knowledge to do it. As of now, it gets towed tomorrow, to there service department, to be looked at. If they can't fix it, it will have to go to Terre Haute Chevy. SIDE NOTE, the towing had to be payed by me.You sold us a pile of junk. We have had it less then 3 months. It has spent, more time at your so called repair shop, then sitting in our driveway. We have had, it back less then 2 weeks, after you had it for 2 weeks,and once again the check engine light is on.Last time we bought it in, we were told by the tall guy that sold us the vehicle, that we would be contacted about getting a different vehicle. No contact was never made.We were assured, by the tall guy, the finance manager, and the shop manager that the vehicle would be fixed, and fixed correctly.When we picked it up, none the your management team, would even speak to us. Once again we were assured that, the shop manager would contact us the next day. That never happened.So far we have be told lies after lies after lies.Now for the 3rd time in less then 3 months, it will be coming back to be fixed, fixed is probably not the correct word, for you to tinker with again.

The people were nice , just over constant fail and telling me somethings fixed when it s not!After they replaced my fuel pump the check engine light came on, my fuel gauge did not work , and everything on my dashboard started flickering. Took it back twice & was told it was fixed . Pulled out both times with a check engine light STILL on and have had nothing but problems since being in this shop. Was told they had nothing to do with the check engine light but had never had any problems before & took it back the next 2 days after. Will never take anything for work here again, I pulled my car and took it to the mace in Clinton.

For the past 2 years I have taken my truck to be fixed at two local auto repair shops 3 times for the same problem. After wasting hundreds of dollars on supposedly repairs, I decided to have Mace Ford take a look at it. They called me a couple hours later and said they had found the problem. Relay switch. A $12 part! Makes me sick to think of all the hundreds of dollars I spent on parts I didn't need. I will never go to any repair shop again unless it's Mace Ford! Thank you Mace for getting my truck on the road again! One happy customer here!

Dusty and Landis went above and beyond in my visit to Mace Ford in Terre Haute. I m a first time buyer and everything was new to me. Dusty not only talked to me on the floor for what seemed like the whole day while attending to other customers, but also walked me around outside and let me look in/drive 3/4 different F150s. My title work had to be reworked the following week and my bed liner be put in. When I showed up, the man that usually does the work was not there yet, and they made it possible for me to go home with my truck with the bed liner in. They were certainly made for the vehicle industry. They are very professional, polite, and all around just good guys. I don t think I will ever go to another dealership as long as they are around. Thank you so much Dusty and Landis.

Had my truck towed to Mace Ford on Dec 8. Told them what to check, they told me they couldn t get to it till the 15th which I said ok but please don t wait any longer my husband was being transferred to Tx Jan 14. They lied to me more than once said they had it in to look but the guy was out sick. They said it needed a new battery and a new engine. They must have a crystal ball because the truck was not moved. They also tried to charge me $125 for who know what. Told them to check the gas because we thought it was contaminated they did not. So before we left for Christmas we had it towed to a great repair shop that listened to us and that was the problem we did not need a battery or new engine. The only reason I gave them 1star is they pushed another dead vehicle out of the way so the tow truck could get to our truck. My opinion is the repair shop at this dealer can not be trusted. They lied more than once and tried to charge for it sitting in the lot because one of them admitted it was not moved.Well I would rate them minus 1 star now. Do not believe that rebuttal from them. They make it sound so sweet but I tryed to call left messages but nothing. No answer and no return phone call so they are not to worried about my review. Or my opinion of their terrible staff.

We were looking at adding bed covers to our pickups. Landis was very helpful in getting them ordered and shipped to the dealership for us. As soon as they came in, the service dept contacted me and scheduled us for the next week to be installed. Service dept was very helpful and they had them installed quickly!

I was driving past the dealership on a Saturday and noticed my tire light on so I turned around and stopped at the service department. They pulled my truck in and caught the issue. I had a sidewall split on my original tires with 82,000 miles on them. I knew I should have replaced the tires a while back but had neglected it. I asked them to go ahead and order the new tires and they received them just 2 days later. Monday I went in and had the new tires put on and while it was in there they did an alignment check just to make sure everything was perfect. The customer service was excellent and the mechanics were very informative and knowledgeable. I definitely recommend Mace Ford.

Had to have my car towed there on 3/31/22. They had it for twelve days. My original appointment was scheduled for 4/11/22. They never contacted me. I had to reach out myself. The service manager told me they didn't pull my car in the shop until 4/12/22 and didn't even look the car over for an hour. They didn't do/fix a single thing. It was all a big waste of time!
