Definitely the best kw shop I've been to by far. Had an answer for whatever question I had and if they didn't have an answer for me they quickly got one. The only reason I didn't get fixed same day was because they didn't have the specific year sensor I needed however the very next morning I was in and out of the shop in less than 30 minutes. Would definitely come here again. Thanks guys for the fast, friendly and amazing work

DEF system defrayed my truck yesterday badly. They guy here got my truck in and fixed quickly. Did have to spend two nights in a hotel but the parts guy gave me a ride to and from the hotel. He even stopped by Walmart and McDonalds too.

Broke down yesterday and my company sent me here to get my truck fixed they didn't have the part instock but they ordered it and got it this morning and got it put on now just waiting on them to finish it up then I should be back on the road, they do have a driver's lounge to wait in they are very nice and outgoing people that work here

Been in their shop several times. Always had excellent service with experienced mechanics. I have always been charged a very fair price for work done. Highly recommend.

Great place, I was taking in at the moment of calling when the other places told me the first available appointment would be on next week. Very helpful especially when AC doesn't work at the middle of the summer.Amazing staff and top level of work!

This has most definitely be the best experience at any kenworth dealership I ve ever encountered. Service clerk was no only virtuous and professional, he made sure all my doubts were answered before hand. The payment clerk was also curious as well. And last but not least , the mechanic tech was prompt y assessing/find my root cause for my visit. All in all I d give this place a 10.5 on a scale from 1 to 10.

These people are awesome. I called after I was stranded, they took me first thing in the morning and fixed my truck and had me going in a short time. Friendly people, quality work at a great price.

Palmer is one of the better dealerships to deal with. Parts staff was helpful and gave me some good tips for fixing my issue myself. Would reccomend this location or effingham. I had a major rebuild at Effingham location and they did a great job fixing MHCs' shotty work.

Terrible service gentleman did not even want to take the time to help me look up a part for my dump truck took forever for somebody to answer the phone pretty much like a ghost town over there I've had great experiences all the other Kenworth branches in Indianapolis that will be the place I go Terre Haute Kenworth should be Under New Management

Called in to find parts for wiper assembly and the parts people didn't have it in stock BUT he found a dealer that had them in stock and he made sure it was on my way. Friendly and very helpful over the phone. Thanks

Hours of operation need updating on google and website. Saturday hours are listed on both as 8am-7pm, but actual posting on door is 8:00- 3:30 pm. Arrived at 6pm for a part to a closed door. Will update rating if times are updated.

Small dealer out in the country. Very busy not equipped to get you in and out in a hurry. Had to move to another shop to get repairs done. People were friendly but shop closes at 7pm daily.
