Best service I have seen in my 40 years of being a mechanic.Jim spent a lot of time searching the inventory to Match a part that was on national back order from International.Unfortunately after all his efforts the used part was defective.It was certainly worth a try to get my truck back in service.I was refunded my money and was grateful for their incredible service

I drove 3 hours to get there. They told me they had the right part. They were not even close. The moral to the story, make sure they've got what you want before you drive 3 hours! Definitely would not recommend this place!

We drove here to get an alternator because they said they had one when we called. Get there, wait almost 30 minutes and then they tell us we're sorry, we don't have the one you need! This has happened to us before except the wait wasn't as long.

Very nice people at Illiana. Incredible inventory of gas and diesel engines from 4 cylinder to 15 liter semi truck engines. Same can be said about their inventory of truck parts from pickups to semi. I've had drive shafts built there too. I like to make it a Saturday morning exercise routine of walking their engine core room and then their yard for anything that catches my eye! They roll out the red carpet for me. Highly recommend.

drove 110 miles one way to pick part that confirmed the day earlier to be in the back room, arrived at 8:30 am counter had no clue where the wheel was, another counter man sent us to the yard, found one on a truck, same truck as mine, but large counter man said it would not fit, never got off his stool to help, 4.5 hours wasted , yard man gary was very helpful tho,The owner must have not been there because an owner knows the customer pays the bills, and does not let them walk out the door empty handed, I once hear a comment from a counter man to another not to sell any parts because they did not have a parts puller, they day
