I recently had an excellent experience at Honey Creek Collision. Their service quality was exceptional my Cadillac looks as good as new. The staff were incredibly friendly and provided top-notch customer service throughout the entire process. I highly recommend if you re in need of service.

Honey Creek Collision did an excellent job on repairing and painting my truck after hitting a deer. Staff are all nice and helpful. I was provided constant updates on the repairs.

2/15/2022- Excellent service and delivery today. In and out in 25 minutes with constant communication of progress, ahead of appointment. They also came in 10+% less than estimate. Very pleased!2021- Great service! Had a few scratches and paint chipped, and got a reasonable estimate. They even applied preventive treatment to stop rust until I was ready to get the job done. Body work completed. Satisfied!

Brought in a 23 Accord for a couple of scratches to be fixed, no sheet metal damage. After more than a 1800 dollar estimate, they added an extra 130 dollars for fixing a code in the doors for blind spot sensor. Don't understand why that takes an hour labor, and what is more, the car does not have them like many 23 Accords because of the chip shortage. Tried to explain, but they were not interested. In fact, I was told "I can't believe an Accord would not have those sensors." They know so much more about cars than anyone else, even the owner who knows about cars and specifically their car. My guess is this is a tried and true method to make a little extra profit on each car. While the money itself is the not the end of the world, it is disappointing when people who are dedicated to customer service continue to take advantage of people.

Honey Creek Collision did a fantastic job on my truck. Jon was very professional and courteous with the explanation and arrangements for the repairs. Will never use this shop again or never will any of the many family and friends I have. Just because my husband questioned his bill he was accused of yelling and told to never come back again. NOT A PROBLEM!!!! In addition, there was wet paint on the door jam when he picked it up. There were 2 long scratches on the right side and our car was there over a week!!!!!! THIS PLACE HAS HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

I had my 2004 Viper have a major scuff fixed and interior trim piece paint matched. They knocked it out of the park. Great to work with and made my unique vehicle that much better.

No one wants to be involved in an accident and deal with repairs. I had to take my car to the body shop for repairs twice this year. I chose Honey Creek Collision for both repairs. They take care of everything. I just had my car towed there, gave them the insurance info, and was done with my part. Everyone is kind, professional and accessible. Their work is beautiful and I love their work ethic! I would trust them every time with our vehicles, but I hope I don't need to, Lol. They do a wonderful job!

We were driving back home from Missouri to Ontario, Canada, until we got into a accident with a wild animal on the highway. After much hassle with our insurance company, towing company, and enterprise telling us to wait till Tuesday, we found Honey Creek. John was the only one who genuinely wanted to help us and get us back on roads. Really appreciate his and the shops help!

Everyone at Honey Creek Collision was so kind and understanding. They fixed my car so it looks and runs as good as new! They do amazing work thier standards are high. They deal with the insurance and the rental car company so you don't have to. I have used Honey Creek Collision twice, and I will never go anywhere else. They are all kind, helpful, genuinely concerned, reliable, honest, etc. When I first went there a couple years ago, I got a handwritten thank you letter in the mail within a couple days. Today, I picked up my car, and they took the time to wash it, vacuum it, and it smelled so good inside. It was very nice, especially compared to the car dealership that leaves my car smelling like dirt and grease. They go above and beyond, because they truly care about their customers.

Wonderful service and a flawless job. Staff kept us updated on repair status and they completely detailed the entire vehicle upon delivery. I've been to several body shops in the area and even Indianapolis and Honey Creek Collision is by far the very best.

Had some minor damage due to striking deer on 10/07. Original repair completion date was 10/28. Then changed to 11/04. Then changed to 11/23. Then changed to 12/09. Was in a pretty serious car accident. This collision shop was very highly recommended by dozens of people and I can see why. Upon walking in I was greeted, I had my paperwork and that made the process easier, one of their mechanics was also kind enough to take a look at my car the dayI just came to schedule it to have work done. Overall I was impressed with their customer service and overall work done on my vehicle to get it back up and running! I'd recommend this collision shop to anyone

For the first time experience. These people are very professional and also do very quality work. The first vehicle belonged to my wife. I am a return customer will be taking a 2007 Dodge 3/4 ton truck. I guess you could say I was very well pleased.
