I drove up and see the compassion all the techs had trying to follow long live Louis a great manager whom they lost. Also the story they told was amazing. The tech were very informed me on the type of oil I needed for my vehicle they were very knowledgeable about the amount of oil I needed. They also informed me that the vehicle checklist they will perform and place on account and I was very pleased with the service the time they took to change the oil was at 15 min guarantee

Oil was charged quickly, but received no sweeping of cabin area, no check was completed on tire pressure as tires were at 29 and 30 when I returned to car then husband checked work when I returned home no top off of fluids. Oil all over engine..I was very unhappy with the whole experience and give them an F. I drove 15 miles out of my way to go to Grease Monkey for the extras that was mentioned on website for customer. I recvd none and DO NOT RECOMMEND!

I have been coming to grease monkey for a couple years and I have only great things to say about them. The service is always great and done in a timely manner. I had an issue with windshield washer fluid, spraying everywhere, and they actually detected what was going on with both of the tubes which is not in their job description to do but I felt that was very kind of them. I got it into my dealership and got it fixed and it was exactly what they thought it was

They changed my oil quickly, but parts if my car were falling off when I leftI go back and they say it happens. Can't fix it. There was no issues before coming here, but they say it was time that caused it. It was also a ridiculously expensive trip. I can go to the dealership and get my oil changed cheaper. I do not recommend going here

Grease Monkey was very quick and efficient when it came to getting an oil change and radiator flush done! The employees were very kind and helpful, and they added some additional coupons to help with the cost of the service. I will be back, 100%

Previous Owner of my vehicle stripped out the drain plug bolt to oil pan Grease monkey fixed it and put in a new plug was fast service with a new drain plug 10 min service thanks guys had my own 5 quart oil and filter so they helped me fastest oil change ever

Great place! Great people! I walked in expecting to make an appointment while I m in town for a short while to have my fog light fixed and they fixed it right then and there! Very pleased with my experience here!

There is only one person in front of me and they were unusually slow. It took about a half an hour for me to get my oil changed. They gave me my car like nothing was wrong. I drove down the road no more than three or four blocks and it was tapping and making noise. I brought it back immediately and the pit guys stated that he had lost one of the clips to the engine cover on the bottom of my engine. The wind was making it flap. Ultimately they couldn't find it and they zip tied it. Not happy.

This place is fantastic. We moved here from Florida and was having a difficulty finding someone we could trust to work on our car. We have found our trusted mechanics. The staff are well informed and are polite. We are coming here for all our automotive needs.

The service they performed took less than 10 mins. Very nice and reassuring staff, they had informed me that we might have a fuel pump or similar going bad due to bubbly oil. Little did they know, there had been some cleaning chemicals out in an hour or so beforehand.

Professional, courteous, knowledgeable staff. Quick service. Great quality at minimum cost. Everything is so high priced and this was not. Plus I had received a $25 coupon in the mail. Most businesses give $5 - 10. I appreciated the savings. I've tried other places but find I always go back to Grease Monkey. You can't beat them.$20 off 1st Wednesday of month for ladies.$10 off other Wednesdays for ladies.

I always go on a Wednesday because they offer a discount for Women on Wednesdays however, they were having computer issues and were closed. I returned on Thursday and the staff were all very nice, fast service, and still kindly honored the Wednesday discount!

Just realized when I got my oil changed again that they took my k&n permanent air filter and put in a stock one. Also took my tire rotation sticker off with my oil change sticker. Not sure if the air filter was on purpose or accident. Either way sucks to lose a $65 filter.

Absolutely love this place. I have taken my vehicles here for a long time. No other place i go. The Pit Crew is fantastic. Professional and Courteous. Very personable and friendly. Answer questions when i have them. Treat their customers like they are part of the crew. My wife loves them and we go nowhere else. The best part about them is there is no pressure about EXTRA work that may be need to be done. They tell you what it is and move on if you can't do it. Keep up the good work. Just wish there was more than five stars. LOL.

I love Grease Monkey. This is the only place I like to have my car serviced. I bring 2 cars here. I have been coming here for several years. The staff is always so nice, helpful and good at explaining my car problems.
