We are from Vermont and were hunting in Terra Haute, the check engine light came on in our truck and it was going to go into Derate, we stopped by and told them our situation, they got us in the next day to diagnose the truck, they then overnighted the part and got us in the next morning and replaced the part, we were out of there by Noon, there were 4 of us that all needed to get back to Vermont for work and they made that possible even knowing they were not gaining a customer as we live over 1,000 miles away!! They offered to bring us wherever we needed to go, we even got to know some of the sales staff and they were also very nice to deal with! A special thanks to the service advisor Stephen (hope I spelled that correctly) as he went above and beyond to accommodate us, we would surely recommend anyone to go here as they are the real deal!!
