Ending my year Merry and Bright in my new dream car. I can not begin to express my gratitude and appreciation for Gibson Auto Sales. As a first time buyer, I felt extremely comfortable throughout the buying experience. There s something to say about this local small business with a big person centered approach. The HUGEST shout out goes to Josh. His attention to detail and charismatic personality made the choice all but clear to me that I had found not only the right vehicle, but the right place to purchase. There is not enough space to say all of the nice things about my experience. I will leave you with, RUN don t walk to Gibson Auto Sales!

Hands down the best car dealership in town, Josh helped me with everything from understanding how credit works to financing a vehicle. This dealership looks out for the customers interest and works with that as much as they can. From bad credit, to good credit, and not even established credit they help! Amy also gives words of advice and helped me understand how financing a vehicle works. I have NEVER purchased my own vehicle through a dealership, facebook marketplace was my best friend. Until, I realized the cars I got there were absolutely terrible and not reliable at all. Josh helped me understand the importance of bank fees and interest rates, since I am only 19 years of age I didn t understand that until now. They walk step by step with you so you can get the car you dreamed of without the worry of being scammed or blindsided. I would 10000% purchase and finance another vehicle through Gibson, the cars are nice and clean and always go through an inspection with a mechanic. This family owned business is beyond amazing and I would recommend to ANYBODY in the market for a reliable and affordable vehicle.

Josh made the whole process easy and worked with us through the whole thing along with staying in touch. Appreciate the service they, were very kind and got us into a car we could afford and love. Thanks Amy and Josh at Gibson. Heck we even learned a little about financing and important things to know when working with any kind of credit + how to build it being me an my fiance are young. Definitely would recommend them to anyone looking for good used cars and good people to get them from.

I worked with Josh mainly while attempting to get a loan for the Rav4 that they had on the lot and he was more than understanding and helpful throughout the entire process. I can mostly appreciate how Josh is very down to earth when he is talking about the vehicles he has available. There is little to no overselling what a vehicle actually is, he likes to tell it how it is and I can most definitely work with that. No headaches throughout the process aside from my personal bank and everybody who works here is extremely easy to speak to and work with. Will be shopping here again, but hopefully not too soon if you catch my drift lol

I just bought my first car on my own at Gibson Auto Sales, and am so pleased with the car and the service I received! Josh worked hard to make it possible to get the car I was looking for, and to help me understand the financing process along the way! Josh and Amy are amazing. My lil sister in law went to Gibson today and bought her first car with a car loan. Josh did an awesome job and thoroughly explained her contract to her. He explained how the interest works and helped her get together all the paperwork she needed. I couldn't have asked for a better salesperson for her. Thank you Gibson Auto for a hassle free and full service car buying experience. You are a top notch car lot and that is very rare!!!!

Man I've bought a lot of cars in my life but when I walked into Gibson I felt like I was buying a car from a long time friend!!I've never met Josh till today, I instantly knew he was a up front honest guy.I would highly recommend Gibson for your next vehicle purchase.

Salesman was very nice and attentive without being pushy. He was very up front and honest about the vehicles we discussed and made the effort to help me feel comfortable about possibly purchasing from them. Sadly the car that I loved turned out to be too small for our needs. He offered to let me know if anything came in that we might be interested in and I would definitely return if anything does.

We just bought a 2005 D9dge Caravan TODAY!! It is in great shape and the entire purchase process was amazing. The salesman was very easy to feel comfortable around and talk to all around amazing service!!

Need a car? Go see Amy! She's the best! She was completely up front about the fact that the car I originally went in to look at had issues that she hadn't yet gotten resolved, and she wouldn't feel comfortable putting a customer in it. She showed me an even better car and was exceptionally easy to work with all through the process. I am happy as can be with my new car and will recommend her to anyone I know who needs wheels without hesitation.

Excellent excellent service!! Josh was very helpful and knowledgeable. I have purchased many cars and he is one salesman who knows his stuff. I was impressed. We were able to work out a game plan that even helped me with my current car. I would highly recommend Josh and Gibson auto sales.... you will not be disappointed.

All I got to say is A+ service. Josh was incredible and sets the bar high as in what customer service should be. He went far and beyond to accommodate my fiance and myself on our search for a vehicle. He helped us on getting our new to us suv. Very happy with the process and the experience and would most definitely recommend you go see Josh and Amy if you're looking to buy or sell a vehicle. Hes your guy. 5 stars all the way.

Went all around Terre haute looking at cars couldn t find nothing , my last stop to look was at Gibson & so happy I did, found the perfect car, Amy was big help love how nice & honest they was! & 100% would recommend!!

Josh Holt is the man to see if your looking for a new vehicle. Hes very thorough in everything. He will listen to what your needing and if he dosent have it on the lot he will find you what your looking for. Honest and just such wonderful customer service.

Josh was super helpful, very professional group of people. They answered all my questions promptly and with enough detail that I could understand. I m not a car person so they helped understand more and more about the car I bought and how the dmv works and what I ll need to register my car. Very friendly, highly recommended!
