This place is great. Try them out with an oil change. I have a van and for $40 I got a full synthetic oil change. They also topped off fluids, did an inspection, and vacuumed for that price. Waiting room has everything you need while you wait, snacks, drinks, even a computer for your use. Great service and prices!

I had an outstanding experience with the entire team at Fuson Cadillac. They went through a lot of hard work, effort, and details to get the car that I wanted to purchase from their dealership. Hats off to Seth Biggs! He was very patient, knowledgeable, kind, and went out of his way to get the car of my dreams. Hats off to David, Mark, and Susie Fuson for having such a clean, state of the art dealership with well-trained and polite employees. I have always had an excellent experience with Carl and the service department. I highly recommend this dealership! I have been doing business with them for over 40 years and they are the premier dealership in the area!

Took advantage of the oil change and tire rotation deal and was very satisfied. For a dealership I was expecting a list of you need this or that but was out the door pleasantly surprised to hear they did a full inspection and found no issues, on a 2011 vehicle. Waiting area is nice and the employees were very accommodating. It costs me $30 to do it myself so an extra $20 for was more than worth it. Will for sure be a returning customer.

I rolled in on Saturday afternoon looking for a different vehicle and these guys made it happen in 4 hours!! Of course the SUV I wanted was a new trade in and hadn't been touched, but these guys rocked it out with a quick clean and some fast paperwork! Ladies, don't be intimidated to buy here on your own. I could not have had a better experience.Randall, thanks for the new ride! LOVE IT!

All I can say is wow! This is what all car dealerships should be. The service here was fantastic. Constant, helpful, and not pushy communication. Crystal was just great every step of the way. She was ready with the information I needed and supplied in depth pictures of the car I was interested in. I wasn't able to work with Travis but I was very impressed he moved around his schedule to accommodate me. In the end I wasn't able to purchase the vehicle I wanted but when the time comes I'll definitely consider shopping here and mind you I live in NC, that says something that I'm willing to drive 8 hours because I really like the way they do business at Fuson. I highly recommend them.

So I have worked with this dealership in the past (3/4 years ago) and had a great experience; however, it seems they have become so caught up in making a huge profit they forgot about customer service. When you have to lie and try to cheat customers you lose respect and that s exactly what this place has become. They will screw anyone over to make an extra buck.

Had the pleasure again of doing business with Dylan, whom is now the Finance Manager. Dealership was very clean, and all staff that we met were friendly. We will soon be back to make another deal. Glad to have a dealership like this so close to home!

Bought new Michelin tires in February 2020 from Fuson. Thinking if I bought good tires I wouldn't have any problems with them. Wrong I have been in Fuson every 2-3 months with low tires. I kept asking why the tires were going bad. No one has an answer. Those service people act like a bunch of trained monkeys, just look at the floor and tell me it happens. I'm taking my car elsewhere hopefully they can find the problem. Either Fuson sold me bad tires or something else is wrong.I will say Fuson has no use for women. They just don't like to be bothered with questions or concerns especially from women.

They have the WORST service department I have ever had to deal with. I took my van in for a routine oil change, by the time I got home my car had no oil and the dip stick was not even put in all of the way. When I called and told them they offered to tow it in and give me a loaner. Long story short, waited over an hour for the loaner to be given to me while they helped other customers, making me miss a very important appointment due to their carelessness and mistakes. DO NOT get any services done here.

I had interior detailing done on my Cadillac Escalade and I m expecting a thorough job, considering this is a Cadillac place but I m disappointed to see that the inside console was not even touched and underneath the steering wheel is full of dust. I called the office but all they offered is for me to take the car back to their shop again. Car owners are busy people, we work too . I can t be driving my car back and wait and waste my time again.

Accompanied my friend to Fuson today to purchase a 2020 Canyon Denali. Adam Pair was very knowledgeable with answers to all our questions. Got a great deal and will definitely return. My friend is very happy .
