Very disappointed. I bought a 2020 GMC Terrain. Took it on a test drive for about 5 minutes and everything seemed okay. I purchased the vehicle and a week later, the sunroof was leaking. I had to take it to a local dealer to have it fixed due to living 2 hours away from this dealer. A few weeks later, as I was going down a busy highway, the "service transmission" light came on and it slowed down and would not accelerate. I called Fuson to see if they will take a look at it and asked if they had a loaner I could use. Of course, they could look at it but they could not give me a loaner car so I had it towed to a local dealer. They replaced an axle and solenoid valve. A month later after picking up my car from the shop, it was going back in the shop for the same issue-"service transmission". This time it was a computer issue. A few weeks later after getting my car back, I was coming to a stop at a stop light and the car shut off and went into neutral. I thought it was just a fluke so I continued to drive it. A couple days later, it did the same thing. I feel like ever since I purchased this vehicle, it has been in the shop more than I have drove it. It only has 33,000 miles on it. It shouldn't be having these issues. I was told that the mechanic used this car and drove it for awhile. I am beginning to wonder why?!?! Did they know something was wrong with it? I just find it completely frustrating that I go purchase a car and immediately have issues with it and felt Fuson did not want to help in any way. I understand I am 2 hours away but I drove 2 hours to shop at this dealer, plus I was going to spend whatever it cost to have it towed there only for them to say , I'm sorry. I'm sorry we can't give you a loaner to use. I'm sorry. I feel this wasn't very good customer service. I debated on even writing a review but as I sit here wishing I was driving my car I am paying for, I am a bit frustrated. Just be careful when purchasing from here or any dealer for that matter. Luckily, everything has been under warranty but who knows what's next.

Awesome service. Check out the waiting area. Charge your personal items, do some work on the computer. Great selection of coffee pods, including Folgers. Ice cold water. Cleanest bathrooms I've ever seen. Snacks and TV included. Full synthetic oil change for $40.

If I could give a ZERO star, I would. Awful experience. The mechanics cracked the oil pan that will now cost around $3500. They can t even fix it themselves it has to go somewhere else to be fixed! They refuse to accept any responsibility! We offered to pay for the part if they were willing to pay for the labor and they refused! They will not do anything to help remedy this issue. Will never take our cars there again!

Had my car in for an oil change and tire rotation and it was the best service experience I ve ever had! Everyone was so nice and courteous, got me in and out quickly, and even vacuumed my car for me!

Had oil change, went fine. Service advisor said cabin air filter needed replaced. Which was completed. My low rating is because the Fusion web site has a 10 dollar rebate. I was not advised by my service advisor about the rebate.

Sale was very smooth and had a great sales guy. They gave me a great trade-in value for my old car. Then they lost my car title for the trade-in and asked me to come in to sign paperwork for them to get a new one. Once I came in they said it ll also be $100. I ended up being able to order it myself for $40 (it would have been $15 if I could have just ordered a regular title-not a speedy title ). They definitely assume I just didn t bring the title to them, which is why they never apologized for losing it and also making me pay $40 for their own mistake. I imagine this place is great unless you re the unlucky customer who has an employee make a mistake on the sale.

The Fuson team made it a pleasant car buying experience. They were friendly, not pushy, and I got a good deal. I was treated very well! I was expecting a 3 hour car buying, financing, & trade-in experience, but they were efficient. I was in & out in 90 minutes! Thanks to Garrett Brown for helping me buy a newer car.

So very pricey for anything. Staff was nice talking and answering questions. Much of what GM does is out of their control as far as the issue I brought to them. But I wish there was more negotiable ability to things that are unreasonable. Follow-up visit later had similar experience. Very nice staff, pricey and not flexible on their service. Hoping for good work for the upcoming repair.

I was lied to for the last time!! I was told I had an oil leak in the upper oil pan. Was told it would cost 2300.00 to fix. I took car in for a second opinion, like I suspected they had lied to me. There is no leak.

The issue is still not resolved. The front-end collision does not work.This is my 3rd attempt. A car cut in front of me this morning going55 MPH and nothing happened.

I came in for an oil change and the service center suggested that I have my tires rotated as well. I agreed to the tire rotation and it didn't take them very long to perform this task.They also suggested that I get my windshield wipers changed as one of them was torn which I also agreed to because I had forgotten to tell them to do it originally and I really appreciated the reminder before I left the facility.Personnel are always friendly and knowledgeable which is always appreciated.

I arrived at the appointed time and was met by a very nice lady who took my keys and directed me where I needed to go. The next person I met was also very nice and efficient. She told me approximately how long it would take. I then went to the waiting room. I was sent a text regarding the cars inspection. I thought the text was great. They told me what I needed and asked for approval. Very satisfied with the service. Great employees.

Our salesperson worked quickly to find more than we wanted! He not only met what we wanted, but found a Terrain with more than we could ask for and got it to us within two business days!! Excellent service! The sales person also treated us with respect and no pressure! He made us feel very comfortable, like a good friend or family!

Mostly interested in up selling anything they could drum up. Cabin filter, air filter, even as far as stating that there is an oil leak. Even though the car is parked inside a garage with a painted and textured floor and no oil stains.Over an hour for a simple oil change and tire rotation.

Took a truck there and they fixed the problem only to have it go bad again. Took it back in and it sat for almost a year. They kept saying oh it s next it s next. Then they say oh well we didn t know you wanted us to do this or that. Told us it was next again and months later they call and ask what the plan is for it and that now they require so much down to fix the problem they already supposedly fix before. Then few weeks later tell us we need to come get it or they re going to put a mechanics lein on it if we aren t having them fix it. They call back the following week and say now they re not working on it and they will tow it on their dime where we want. It s ridiculous what they did and we will not be back as well as anyone we know. They let our vehicle sit almost a year and never did anything to it. They have poor communication and 0 customer service

Couldn t ask for a nicer staff . From the first call to see if they had the truck we wanted , to the last paper we signed . Very accommodating and helpful . Took great care of us and our new 2022 Sierra . We highly recommend the Fuson family for your next vehicle purchase

Bought a 2021 encore gx. It s been there 3 times all taking to long to complete. This last time it cost me $780 because your vehicle was leaking gas. I ll never do business there again I ll never buy another Buick and I will tell everyone that will listen how terrible my experience was there. When I asked to speak to the owner about this the service guy just said" W hy he didn't build the car. My name is John pilkin you have my information if you want to discuss this.

I purchased a car 5 months ago from Fuson. Everything went great. The car had locking lug nuts and the key was removed from the vehicle. When I ran into this problem, we contacted Fuson. Fuson refused to assist us due to it being past 30 days.I will not being going back to Fuson and I do not recommend it at this point.

Went in for alignment and didn t need it. Had shaking in my steering wheel. They said the tires could need balanced. So got the tires balanced. On the invoice it also said they aired my tires to the proper pressure. Got in the car and looked at tire reading and tires did not have the same air pressure. Went in and talked to the service manager questioning whether it had been done. He called for the service tech. The service tech drove my car back around to the shop. The service manager then talked to him and the service tech said when he drove it around the tires then read all the same. This was questionable but didn t want to prolong my stay. I just wanted to make sure that everything that was paid for was completed properly. The service manager was very professional and attentive.

I have had nothing but great experiences with Sales Dept.The service department has been the worst! 1. Sometime during my two oil changes, someone has switched my chrome wheel to a pewter(?) dull wheel. I have never taken my car anywhere else for my chrome wheel to suddenly change. 2. When requesting coolant flush and injector clean, told it would take 3 hours service.... 7 hours later, I had to call THEM to find out why my car was still being serviced and why I had never been reached out to. Response by service manager .... "well, we have to take a lunch. Seriously? How long do you take lunches and if I would have waited in the office, would I have had to wait that long? My ENTIRE DAY was ruined because I was put off as not important customer. I will never do service with Fuson again. 3. When I finally checked out at 3:42 (my card was dropped at 7:40am).... I had to REMIND them that oil and rotate were free with the purchase. This should automatically come up with my name! Then I had to wait for the new bill to be created.... which I was STILL overcharged by nearly $25.00. At this point, I have nothing good to say. I will eat the $25.00 just to NEVER deal with Fusion Service Dept in Terre Haute again.
