They have nice professionals and techs but the price they keep is laughable. They changed a key fob battery (CR2032 which are less than 10$- even the highest ones), the tech/labor cost of that is 167$ Try to avoid this dealer

Very friendly and professional staff. They make the process very easy and stress free. This is the first time in my life I have ever been able to walk into a car lot and purchase a vehicle. They treated me like I was their only customer and they made sure we got exactly what we needed. I would recommend Dorsett to anyone . Their service department is fantastic. I was always told like most everyone that you never take your vehicle into the dealership to get fixed or serviced. Dorsett defies that rule due to their experience and professionalism as well as their cost. You get the best possible service on your vehicle (new or used) and it won't break the bank. The satisfaction of knowing they fixed your vehicle gives you peace of mind .

PSA: if you need Nissan service, text them. You will be put in the front of queue.I scheduled the service appointment a week ahead for 9am. I arrived by 8:55 and was told that they cannot service my car because they received "text messages" for service. They de-prioritized my service appointment until 2pm. So, the lesson learned was, don't call, don't make appointment. Instead, text them, request service on the day of, so I would get ahead of their schedule.

Exceptional service that is the gold standard By which I ll rate other services. From first greeting to out the door the staff is way better than others I have experienced. Fast in processing; very good waiting room; status reports were texted as well as in person before maintenance was performed. Check out was just as smooth; Melissa made sure I understood any/all changes before I accepted them. And we had a pleasant conversation while doing so. Overall GREAT service, I look forward to working with them again.

Shop was very good and took care of me. Sales on the other hand nothing good. Had appointment with Jay and he knew I was coming into town and completely ignored me.

Best service department I ve ever had to deal with. Always professional, reliable, and I trust what they say as far as what needs to be done with my car. These guys don t push unneeded maintenance on you.
