I was looking for something bigger that would make me feel safe, and also fit my lifestyle. Nicole Pickett did exactly that! She took time to set with me to find something that I loved but most importantly made sure it would fit in my budget. Making a big purchase comes with many questions and she made sure to provide me with answers. The whole process was smooth and if you are looking for something, ask for Nicole! She will make sure you are taken care of! Shout out to the whole team for being friendly through the whole process! 10/10

Our experiences with Brandon Ringwald have been nothing short of exceptional. This is our third purchase in three years with Brandon, and each time he has gone above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. In this particular instance, I had been anxiously awaiting the release of the 2024 Santa Fe for several months, even though it was more of a want than a necessity since I was trading in a 2021 Palisade. Despite the specific color and trim package I had my heart set on not being available on the lot and not scheduled to arrive for another month, Brandon introduced us to Eric, who went the extra mile to arrange a dealer trade and secured exactly what I wanted within just a couple of days.Throughout the entire process, whether through phone calls or text messages, I was kept well-informed and involved in every step. Brandon's dedication was evident even on his day off, as he took the time to send me pictures of the car's arrival.When the time came for us to pick up the vehicle, Brandon ensured that the appointment was scheduled to fit our work schedule. He conducted a thorough walk-through of the car, explaining all its features and demonstrating how to set up the Bluelink and digital key systems. Additionally, he took us on a tour of the service department, providing us with valuable insights and ensuring that we felt comfortable and confident in our purchase. The entire paperwork process was swift and efficient, and within approximately 45 minutes, we were out the door with our new car. To top it all off, Brandon sent us a follow-up video on the same day, expressing his gratitude for our purchase, and followed up with a phone call the following week to ensure that everything was running smoothly.Brandon's attention to detail and exceptional customer service is what keeps us returning to Dorsett's he always makes us feel valued and appreciated as a customer even if we aren't purchasing and are just there for servicing.My car is exactly everything I had hoped it would be and has quickly become one of my favorite vehicles I have owned.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! The whole process from start to finish was super easy! Isaac was my salesman and Josh was the manager that I dealt with. Both have been fantastic and very friendly! Isaac kept me up to date when my car would be here as it was in transit when I decided that was the one that I wanted. Again, I highly recommend Dorsett Automotive in Terre Haute! I am a very happy customer with a brand new 2024 Hyundai Elantra Hybrid Limited!

Had a Hyundai Palisade previously, now in a Santa Fe. Both from Dorsett and both excellent vehicles in every way. We really like to work with James, but the whole team supports each other and the customer very well. I ve also been very impressed with the service department here. They know what they re doing, and they always seem to do it with a great attitude. I think it s rare to find such a well run dealership!

Amazing sales team!!!!No run around!!!I contacted Brandon Ringwald earlier in the week explained what I wanted and my budget. I made an appt for Thursday and was able to drive off in MY BEAUTIFUL New 2024 Hyundai Tucson!!!

Brittany Cox went over and above in her service advisor role for us recently and she s always there to answer any questions. She made it so easy we were able to drop the car off one night before she had our car installed new tires and alignment during the day we picked it up that night without ever seeing anyone it was perfect. I ll tell you I couldn t ask for a better dealership Experience if you need anything to do a service in your vehicle definitely go see Brittany Cox at Dorsett Hyundai!!!

Everyone was very efficient and kind. Our new car was given a detail inside and outside. Lady Salesman was very knowledgeable and explained all the features on the car to us. She was excellent. Always have wonderful service with Hyundai, whether it is buying a vehicle or just having routine maintenance done.

If I could give more stars, best believe I would. I say that because of ONE person. Briana Craft! Don t know where to begin, we started working together almost a whole year ago and each month she helped me find something closer and closer to my dream truck. Without ever pushing to get into something that was fit for me and always made sure I would be financially sound with my purchase. Without her, don t know how this process could be so EASY.

When I first got there I felt welcome but after that it went down hill. First off it took 1 hr and 30 mins just to do and oil change. Then I ask the associate about getting new tires and he blew me off. All he care about was some safety recall that I was not worried about. But he kept pushing it and pushing it and I kept declining. Even after I was paying for my car he kept pushing the safety recall. Even after I declined several times and I was trying to see about getting new tires. He was not listening or trying to help me. Terrible service. Adding more terrible service and care. Had to wait and 1 hr an 10 mins for a oil change and tire rotation. Also they broke my windshield wiper fluid reservoir. When Dustin told me that it was broke and said I needed to fix it. I was shocked because I already had a new one replaced it. After I had it in the shop from someone already breaking it from backing into my car. When I told Dustin that one of his mechanics probably did it he just brush me off and told me that they didn't do it. Well of a course their not going to admit that they did it. Then when you want to talk to someone about it. Their busy. After these last times going to them they really have suck at taking care of my car. I think it probably time to find someone else. It sad that not even the dealership want to take care of you. They keep telling me things are wrong with my car but they don't want to fix it and take care of it. Why would they. It's not their car.

Brought my car here and was price gouged. Came in for an alignment and they found that there was a bigger issue. They fixed it and did another alignment on the wheel that was repaired but as charged for two alignments. An alignment is a part of that repair and should be worked into the price of it. When I asked them why I was being double charged I was told they discounted both alignments but I was charged what the website says the price should be and told that it actually cost $30 more than listed.After getting my car back I found the issue was not fully resolved because they hadn t noticed the poor drive quality even though they drove it after the original repair. I brought it back in and rode along with who I believe is the service writer. He curbed my wheel while driving it and just said whoops and moved on. When we got back he quoted me $650 to repair my wheel bearing. He said the part was $500 alone and I found it brand new for $125. When I pointed this out to him he was visibly flustered and gave me a poor excuse about quality.I ended up doing the repair myself and found that he told me the incorrect part and after getting the correct part for even cheaper than the one he said I needed I did the repair for a total of $75.This place overcharges for the simplest thing and most of the employees that I talked to seemed incompetent and to not have a clue what they were talking about. Will never be returning to this location.Only good thing is the new service receptionist was nice and helpful!

Had a great experience at Dorsett Hyundai just with a simple oil and filter change. Dustin was very professional and went the extra mile by opening doors for me and keeping me updated throughout the service of any issues. They even washed my car and swept the floor mats which was greatly appreciated.

We went to the dealership on Saturday to test drive a new car. When we got there,the car was still in transit and there was miscommunication. We met Nicole and explained the situation and she was great. We told her what we were looking for and she found the exact car we wanted and told us we could pick it up today. She answered all of our questions and made this a great experience!

We just had a great experience at Dorsett Hyundai. Issac was a great sales consultant! He was patient, kind, and answered all of our questions. Most importantly, he didn't pressure us into anything or make us uncomfortable. We had such a great experience with the whole team at Dorsett Hyundai that we ll be coming back when it s time to get my wife a newer vehicle!

We just had the best experience at Dorsett Hyundai. We couldn t have had a better sales consultant in Isaac. He was patient, kind, and answered all my questions. He was easy to contact through text for additional questions I had. Josh, sales manager, offered a fair trade in allowance to make our payments affordable. A great place with pleasant people to work with in buying a new car.

Brandon Ringwald was extremely helpful through the whole car buying process for my 2023 Hyundai Palisade. He gave thorough details, answered all our questions, and was super friendly. Had car trouble on interstate. Called. Roadside assistance but was going to be charged $480 after a 30 minute conversation. Left the car beside interstate and called again the next morning. Was told it would cost $157.50 to get my car towed to my dealership. I agreed and received a text it would be taken to dealership and I could call towing service. I did and was told the order had been canceled. Called dealership and Jason, service manager, help solve this problem. He made several phone calls but got the job done. Jacob was caring, kind, patient and professional

The best customer service I ever had. I didn't think I would ever own a car like I have. I didn't have credit or nothing. I'm like wow is all I can say. A dream come true. I was walking to work and working 60 hrs a wk. I don't know to many ppl who would do that. I'm the happiest girl alive. I just want to thank Eric Michael's and Brandon Ringwald and Kevin. These guys went above and beyond. If you want a car go to them.

Great place. I was able to get a nice Toyota Rav4 Prime and they made it pretty quick and easy. Was able to do most of the paper work over the phone / Internet which really helped because I'm over three hours away from the place. Thanks to Briana for the help with that.
