What can I say? This was my 9th vehicle purchase from Dorsetts. The experience they offer has been so great over the years that, I drove 3 hours to purchase our current vehicle. Jay and Josh were incredibly communicative, helpful, and there were no surprises. A+ customer experience. We will be back for a 10th vehicle at some point.

Just purchased our second Hyundai Palisade from Dorsett and it was a pleasant experience!Grant Harpole was our salesperson. We have traded many cars in the past 50 years and this experience would have to be rated in the top three of those. Grant was very easy to work with giving us time to think over our options with no pressure. He was also very helpful in answering our many questions about the features on our new Palisade.Happy to have made another Dorsett deal.

i was breaking a lease early at honda and decided to go to dorsett to look for a new vehicle because they have an abundance of amazing cars on the lot! brandon ringwald along with the other staff at dorsett were amazing!! very friendly and efficient service! I was in and out in 2 hours. brandon knew after I drove the car once there was not going to be another car to compete and he was right! couldn t say enough great things about my experience at dorsett! definitely recommend them to anyone in the works of getting a new vehicle!

My wife and I were in search of a new SUV with a 3rd row for our family to replace our minivan. We couldn t be more pleased and appreciative to the folks at Dorsett Automotive, specifically Derek Carroll for helping us find EXACTLY what we were looking for! Buying a car has normally stresses me out but thank you Derek for great customer service, guiding us through the process and answering all our questions as well as Kevin King for helping us with our financing. We are so thankful we decided on the 2022 Hyundai Palisade from Dorsett Automotive. It has all the features, technology and warranties that we were looking for and more! I would highly recommend Derek and the folks at Dorsett for any of your automotive needs!

Jared Lucas did an excellent job selling me my new Mitsubishi Mirage. He handled my questions through emails , texts, calls and in person. Knowing I didn't even want to go to the car lot due to being afraid I wouldn't qualify. He wasn't overly pushy but wanted me to come up and give him some time to work with me. The Finance department did an amazing job getting me approved with the payment I wanted with Gap and Service Warranty included! Back to Jared he even delivered my car to me at work and gave me his cell number if I have any questions, issues or concerns to text him directly. Now that's Customer Service! Very Thankful I went to Dorsett! And had Jared Lucas as my car salesman.

Anthony Zachary and the Team, Brittany, Brett, Brandon, Adam and I'm sure others, were on point! They treated my wife and I like we were part of their family. Anthony was patient, informative and very knowledgeable about every vehicle we looked at, he even knew about the sister stores products (Nissan) and helped us find the one that fit us! I have to say that I was impressed with Grant and his ability to answer all my questions and his patience when I thought I needed another vehicle choice after already settling on a vehicle. From the beginning, he was able to match me with a vehicle that had all the options I wanted in a price that fit my budget. He made me and my family feel welcome and introduced us to many people on the Dorsett team. He proved that he was knowledgeable about different vehicles and amazed me in his ability to talk me through the trade and purchasing process. We got a great price for our trade and it was nice to work with Chris again.When I pulled into your lot Friday afternoon I had no intention of buying a car. Before I left Friday we were well on our way to getting a new family vehicle.I want to thank Grant for all his hard work and patience. Buying a new vehicle was the right thing for me and I am not disappointed in my purchase.

Isaac Wright sold us a brand new 2023 Elantra! He was fantastic.. we did not feel pressured at all, he was very down to earth and made us feel comfortable immediately. He was also so patient with us as we test drove several vehicles. Even Mr. Dorsett came out to greet us to ensure all of our needs were met! I would definitely recommend Dorsett Automotive!

We worked with James Ellingsworth today to turn a terrible situation into a wonderful one! He worked for hours to really find us the best deal for our dream car within our budget and did not stop until he found exactly what we wanted in our price range meeting all of our wants and needs and I was truly impressed and blown away! Plus their warranty is hands down absolutely incredible!

I recently bought a vehicle from Dorsett Nissan for the first time! Grant did an excellent job! He was extremely patient with me through the process! He answered every question I could have possibly came up with. He didn't pressure me into anything! My credit was not the greatest but he still managed to get me into a vehicle quick, fast, and in a hurry! I would give 10 stars if possible! Outstanding customer service! Don't find to many places like this anymore! I will definitely be coming back! Thank you!

BEST EXPERIENCE BUYING A VEHICLE EVER!! My salesman, Dan W. was fantastic. I never felt pressured or that anyone was trying to swindle me. Brett, the Sales manager, is equally fair and personable. He got me to a price even lower than I was expecting to pay. And to wrap it all up, Chris the business manager was thorough, gave great advice and has the process streamlined. I felt like I was buying a vehicle from people that cared about what I wanted and answered every question I had. They re like family now!!

I've purchased 3 vehicles from Dorsett Nissan and everyone there is extremely pleasant. In addition to best in class sellers, they also have a great service crew as well. Luke whom works in service department helped me today and really provided a white glove experience. He was so kind and respectful and so attent to my needs. A+ rating!

Never bought a car from them. However, this past Saturday I was stranded in Terra Haute heading to TN with my children and dog when my nissan rental broke down friday evening. Travis, Dave and Tracy were my Guardian ANGLES! They worked so hard and didn't stop till I was picked up from the hotel and back on the road safely. If I lived near that area I would definitely do more business with them. Thank you all so very much!! Also,I made it back to Valparaiso safely on Wednesday! THANKS SO MUCH!!
