Dons is amazing , they had my car done in an amazing timely manner , very polite , my whole family gets their cars worked on here and very affordable and they definitely know what they are doing , worth every penny . So if you re looking for someone to work on your car definitely go to dons. Highly trustworthy!

On top of a high-mileage full synthetic oil change at a reasonable price, the team at Don s provided a thorough and informative courtesy inspection. They explained the cause of other warning lights/codes clearly and compassionately. I ll definitely be returning to Don s for future service needs.

This was the first time I have been there because I live in Lafayette. However my father is near Rosedale and he has a 2004 Highlander that needed service. Brandon was always incredibly polite, understanding and answered all of my questions. It was a great value and they were so efficient. I appreciated the explanations for the service that was done and the phone call with it was finished. I will definitely return!

We have a college student, far from home, who needed assistance with his vehicle. Don's was honest, quick, wonderfully helpful, and communicated with my young-adult in a respectful manner.As a mother, I would highly recommend any college students in the area use Don's for prompt, trustworthy service.

Son is a student in Terre Haute. Called late night this week with a severe oil leak. I m 10 hours away. Called Don s the next morning and Don arranged a tow and service appointment. Brandon kept in touch with me throughout the day as he worked on the car. Turned out to be an easy and inexpensive repair. The tow fee was so much less than I expected. Brandon had it finished and set up for pickup with no worries. Being a parent with a student far away, these little things can be a worry. Don s team made it very easy. Thankful for the whole team. Highly recommend.

I was referred to this place by a friend and local mechanic. To be honest I had never heard of Don's service center before, but everyone i know will hear about them now.Great timely service at a fair price. Truly a pleasure to work with.

Took my son s BMW in for an oil change as well as various warning lights (check engine, brake etc). All were cleared with a new brake sensor installed as well at a fair price. Everything thoroughly explained before work done and couldn t be happier.

I was visiting town. They got me into the shop within a day. Diagnosed problem and fixed it for a reasonable rate. And gave me a free ride across town as well!

Excellent experience! Major repair to my truck has so far been good. Need to put a few more miles on it to be sure no new fluid leaks but otherwise I am very impressed with the thoughtful, professional treatment by my service writer and have high hopes the mechanical repairs will be long lasting and problem free. Called to get a quote on a throttle body replacement. They called back with a lot of research and two options. It was an inexpensive and they fix it fast too. Amazing place this will be my mechanic for now on

We are traveling cross the US. Our wipers were acting up. When towing a trailer 3k miles you are always worried about vehicle trouble. Don s was about to help us out right away and didn t take advantage of the situation. Diagnosed the issue and had us back in the road. Staff was friendly, listened and provided top notch service. Thank you to all the staff that helped us!

Jason was absolutely amazing. I went to Don's to get a second opinion on a tire rod repair on my driver side. They gave me a decent price for both sides which included an alignment plus they were able to get me in the same day. I appreciate the honesty and great customer service. I will definitely be back for any other auto repair needs.

My 1970 Ford F250 highboy had been sitting for over two years. Carburetor issues as well as fuel pump, steering, and braking were all in need of repair. I had asked around town for quite some time before someone had suggested Don's. I have had great service from Don's on other (newer) vehicles but hadn't thought of them when thinking of this 50-year old truck. Don and Jason were exceptionally responsive, polite, and knowledgeable. They had quite a bit of work to over several weeks and kept me updated along the way. Drove it home last night. Nothing but positive things to say about my experience at Don's over the years!Services: Carburetor cleaning, Steering & suspension repair, Auto engine tuning, Engine repair, Brakes

I recently took my car to Don's Service Centre with several issues, including a missing fire, engine light ON, loss of power, exhaust leak, clicking rear passenger side, steering shaking, and an e-brake problem. While the service I received was great, I have to give special recognition to my service advisor, Branden.Branden was an exceptional advisor who went above and beyond to ensure that my car was well taken care of. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and always kept me in the loop about the progress of my repairs. He listened carefully to my concerns and addressed them with the utmost care and attention to detail.While the repairs did take almost a week to complete, Branden made sure to keep me informed every step of the way. He provided detailed explanations of the work that was being done, as well as the cost and timeline for completion.The customer service at Don's was excellent overall, but Branden's exceptional service truly stood out. He made a stressful situation much more manageable and left me feeling confident that my car was in good hands.However, I did find their service to be expensive. While I understand that quality work comes at a price, I was a bit surprised at the final bill. That being said, the work that was done on my car was thorough and professional, and I feel confident that it was money well spent.Overall, I would highly recommend Don's Service Centre, and I would specifically recommend working with Branden. His expertise and excellent customer service make him an asset to the team, and I will definitely be returning for any future auto repair needs.

I've had exceptional service every time I've been to Don's Service Center. Most of my interactions have been with Jason, and he's been very helpful and understanding. I love that everything is explained thoroughly. They make sure I'm not paying any more than I really have to. I'm so grateful that I found a place I can depend on with professional people I can trust. I highly recommend it.

Great and speedy service! Needed to replace my clutch and I believe Mike is the one who completed the replacement. Don s gave me a better price than the honda dealership by a whole $600. I picked my car up very pleased!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! By far the most outstanding customer service I have ever had, anywhere. I was recommended by another mechanic to go to Don s when I took my car in for a diagnostic test and they discovered my 2017 Ford Escape was leaking coolant. I was originally told my water pump needed replaced and it was going to be $1,500-$1,900 to repair it. Every place I called for estimates told me $1,600-$1,900. Don s told me it would be a little under $1,500. They never tried to overcharge me. I am a 23 year old woman and was worried to go to a mechanic because I ve been treated like I was stupid before and had other mechanics try to convince me to pay for things I didn t need done. This was not the case with Don s. I was treated with respect and was informed on every single thing that was going to be done to my vehicle and they kept me updated throughout the process. They told me the exact cost I would be paying before I dropped it off. After they had my vehicle, they realized it wasn t my water pump that was leaking but a hose that went to multiple things that needed replaced. They ran multiple tests on my vehicle to be absolutely sure. My total ended up only being $437. They had to keep my vehicle longer due to needing to order a completely different part. They finished it but said they wanted to keep it until the next morning/early afternoon so they could drive it again and double check their work. They never tried to up-charge me due to the repairs being $1000 less than what they originally estimated. They also discovered that part of my coolant issue was due to a recall that some of the Ford vehicles have on their transmissions due to the EcoBoost engines. They researched it and discovered that this repair will be covered by Ford due to an extended warranty and they provided me with all of the information I needed explaining this recall and the severity of the repair. They gave me paperwork to take to Ford and said if Ford had any questions about the work they performed at Don s, that Ford could call them and they would speak with them.I will be a lifelong customer at Don s! I will be returning here for any other repairs I ever have and have been recommending them to others already.
