Everyone at Cannonball was so helpful. I didn't come in looking to purchase and needed time to review personal finances before making a decision and the team there helped me feel confident in my decision by providing all the information to work with and the space to make my decision. Once I confirmed my intent to buy, they arranged a time for me to come and the celebration made me and my family really feel special and a part of the community. They made sure I had everything I needed to ride out with my bike that day and I couldn't have asked for a better experience!

This place is under new management and the team is awesome! I bought my dream Softail today and I have to shout out to Brandon, Eric , Sarah and essentially Rob the GM. They worked with me to get the bike I wanted, even let me on the dyno! Brandon took me for a test drive in like 20 degree weather! Got all my accessories put on and they are delivering it to my house and picking up my bike. Highly recommend the team at cannonball!Update: Parts and service department is awesome as well! Brock deserves a raise for as much as I bother him. They really help customize your bike to your needs!

Since we bought our bike at Cannonball we have felt like family when we go in to buy parts, motor clothes, or just to browse. We recently bought a few upgrades for our Ultra Limited and Brian in parts and service was very helpful! He hooked us up with a great sounding set of pipes, road pegs, and a new custom seat from saddlemen. He is always so helpful and friendly!

Every staff member from the sales floor to the loan team to the office manager did a tremendous job helping me find the right bike for me. Even when I went to the accessories dept, they were extremely helpful and helping me find the right jacket and boots. Overall the whole store needs their own parade to ring the bell as recognition or maybe lunch provided for a day as a thank you for what they do. Thank you again Cannonball Harley Davidson for being so awesome and helpful. Definitely will return! :-)

Worked to give me the deal I wanted to make. It was a great experience that made me feel like family. Shad was my salesman and has been in contact with me after the purchase while I was waiting for my new Harley Davidson to get delivered giving me updates. It was his first sale and I couldn't have asked for a better guy. Sarah did a awesome job with the paperwork. I look forward to spending time on my new Harley and at Cannonball HD for parties. The whole Cannonball team was great!

The new team of individuals at Cannonball are really and truly a great bunch of guys and gals. Philip, Brandon, and Adam all worked hard to have me test ride the new bikes and arranged the financing. Also the motor clothes gals are terrific. They have helped me locate stuff in our travels as well as at Cannonball. They really go above and beyond. The staff were more than happy to answer all of our questions and give us all the information that we needed to make an informed decision. The staff made the buying process fun and enjoyable! From our salesperson Eric, to the manager, Brandon, to Sarah in the business office, every single person that encountered, was helpful, informative, and pleasant to interact with. This has been our best experience in purchasing a motorcycle, and we have had many over the years.

I can t say enough about the team at Cannonball HD! Very professional and made us right at home from the start. I will definitely be referring my friends to Phil in the future. Thanks again to Nikki in the riding gear for recognizing I was a veteran and offering us such a great discount on the new helmets. We really enjoyed working with Sarah in the office. She s a fine young lady and kept us in stitches.

Long story short I feel as if not only my hard earned money but a gift for my girlfriend was taken from me, I purchased a Saddlemen seat from here was informed of a 6 to 8 week lead time on seat to be made, no custom stitching just run of the mill seat. Here I am end of February 3 months later after multiple calls being told I would be contacted the following day, to which I was never contacted to know where or when my seat would appear as I never received any information from the manufacturer (email or even a text message) my girlfriend finally got an answer that the gentlemen who took my order never placed it with the manufacturer, options they gave was a refund or a display model and 15% discount on a Harley Davidson gift card, very disappointed customer will Be thinking twice before buying anything from Harley Davidson that has a lead time on manufacturing this includes motor cycles.One very disappointed Harley owner,Jon Zornes

So to state first my fit specialist was Phillip.This man was great, answering all my questions and making sure that I was one the right motorcycle for me. The fiance department was great as well making sure that I was in for what I needed to be with everything I wanted as well. If you are looking for a new or used bike make sure to give Cannonball Harley your first choice when shopping. Thanks again for everything.

Absolutely the best customer service I have ever had. I have dealt with 2 other harley dealerships and was treated like I wasn't worth there time but at cannonball I felt like I mattered and the team really went above and beyond to get my wife and me on the bike of our dreams. Major call outs for Phillip, Sarah, Brandon, Adam C, and all the others that helped find and get the best bike that fits my needs and my budget.

I ve been a pretty consistent customer at cannonball since fall of last year. I can t say enough good things about this dealership. It s cliche to say but they really do treat me like family down there. They always take care of me whether it s a new bike, parts, service, motorclothes, they always get me squared away quick and with the best pricing they can. I wouldn t go anywhere else.

When I walked into Cannonball HD, I was really nervous. I didn't know anything about motorcycles, and I still kind of don't. However, the team there, although looking the part of hardened bikers, were so incredibly nice, kind, educated, well mannered, and accepting folks. They saw this nerdy guy with no knowledge of motorcycles, and welcomed me into this culture. They informed me, taught me, and helped me every step of the way. I urge all of HD to follow this example, because they're fighting the good fight, spreading this culture to people from all walks of life. I couldn't be more thankful for Shad and Brandon Carty. These two, as well as the rest of the team gave me the experience of a lifetime. I can't wait to feel the therapeutic freedom of riding, and I have Cannonball HD to thank for this. So from the bottom of my heart, thank you all so much for this opportunity.

Truthfully, I have had very few positive experiences with any of the Harley Davidson dealerships I have visited which is 6-7 in total. This also included Cannonball in Terre Haute initially. The general attitude of sales is Whatever, the next guy or woman behind you will pay full price. Unless I was willing to fork over MSRP, no one wanted to talk to me and most all were rude on top of that.After sending a complaint letter to HD corporate, I was contacted by the general manager of Harley Indy West. She was responsive, as was the salesman and I ended up purchasing a 2022 Road King Special. That was a positive experience overall. Once I put a few miles on the RK, I decided that I wanted a bike with a fairing.As Cannonball is the closest dealer to my home, I stopped in from time to time to look at bikes but again no one really wanted to discuss a trade-in, even though the RK had only 100 miles on it.Finally, I told my story to a newer manager there, Adam Carter. He assured me that he wanted to repair the bad interaction with Harley and would work with me on getting into the bike I wanted. After multiple meetings, Adam made good. He worked more than one deal, was responsive, proactive, and sincere. He definitely took care of me, and we were able to come to an agreement on a 2023 Street Glide Special. His service was excellent.Additionally, I would like to acknowledge the service I received from Fit Specialist Kylee Ramon who was a pleasure to deal with as well. She was professional and responsive. Lastly, I want to note that Business Manager Sarah Chatman, who handled the financial paperwork was a pleasure to deal with. She, like Kylee, and Adam represent the dealership well.- MC

I ve purchased three bikes so far in my life and without a doubt this was by far the best experience start to finish I ve ever had. I m a salesperson myself so I put a lot of value on customer service. And Mike killed it!!! Met me near the door when I walked in listened to what I was thinking and had me throw my legs over a few bikes to find one right for me. Would highly recommend.

SARAH was absolutely fantastic! She went above and beyond and it's sales people like her is why I will only buy bikes from Cannonball! She called to invite me to bike night and I gave her the challenge of finding me a Rocker in great condition and within 3 weeks She delivered exactly what I was looking for! Someone give this girl a raise!!!!!
