My truck is in being repaired by them. They are very informative about where things are and the ability to text back and forth is great as well. I have a 2 hour drive to work and 2 hours back so depending this is a great thing since most of my drive I don't have cell service.

I have brought my vehicle there twice and both times they have done excellent work! Everyone in there is super nice and just down to earth people! From the moment I went to caliber, I had great customer service! They took care of everything with my insurance and made sure to keep me informed the entire time. Very pleased with the work that the shop did on my car. They was quick to get the parts in, replaced all parts & painted my car. They did a great job. First time ever- HIGHLY RECOMMENDING! After another deer hit the same side of my car, and my other body shop closed down, i had to find another shop. My insurance gave me suggestions & i did research. I am an older lady and dont like being taken advantage because of it. My car had a few nicks from years with rust starts, nothing to do with the deer attack. But the kindness and helpful crew took a little extra and erased it all! WHAT A MAJOR BLESSING!!! Then to pick up my car in less time than i thought it would be done, WOW! It looks brand new!Please, know that from the minute you walk in through their doors to the minute you are handed your keys, you are being help with the upper most helpful, kindest, respectable people in this business. Thanking God for them.

My car was in an accident and they did a great job! As a matter of fact, I am recommending this place to anyone who has auto body work to give them a chance, you would definitely not regret taking your car there! After fixing my car, I couldn t figure out where the car was badly damaged, it came out perfect like seriously! Their services was amazing, courteous staff and very attentive! To say the fact, I am taking my other car to them for repairs! Love you guys and please keep up the good job please!

Ian and his team at Caliber Collison were very attentive to our needs. When one is in an accident and not their fault, it is an inconvenience to be out of a vehicle. He made sure that we were aware of the turnaround time and kept us up-to-date on any changes. Ian and his team answered all of our questions and made sure that we were comfortable with the repair process. We had an issue with the insurance company regarding the rental, and Cassandra at their main desk took the time to arrange a rental car for us. Our car looks great and beyond pleased with the finished repair. Caliber Collision did amazing on my Toyota repair. They got my car done 4 or 5 days faster than expected in less than a week, so I was extremely happy with that! They were also very responsive to my concerns. I definitely recommend going to them!Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

The work done was excellent. It was completed in a time frame which was told to me at the time of the estimate. I was kept informed daily of the progress. Customer service was excellent. Ian gave me a ride to get my rental car when they weren't able to deliver it to the shop. I highly recommend Caliber and I will not look anywhere else if I need any body work done in the future!Service: Body & Trim

i would rate this higher than a five if i could. i recommend caliber to anyone but specifically people who are new to getting car repairs or any car work because i knew nothing before i came in. i absolutely loved my experience. i have been to caliber about two times and each experience was great. The staff were extremely friendly, efficient, and respectful. I was nervous before I came in because i did not understand much about insurance or car repair. The staff at caliber made sure to explain every detail to me so i can fully understand everything which is very important to me. Also, i came in needing my car done as soon as possible and they made sure to get my car done earlier than expected! I greatly appreciate the team and highly recommend. this is definitely my favorite place in terre haute to go to for car work.

Great place! The lady at the front desk was absolutely amazing. The damage assessment was very thorough and even addressed problems I couldn't see. I even got to meet some of the workers and after joking around with the guys I knew my car was in good hands. I hope I never need to visit another body shop.
