If you're reading this and have an exceptionally large truck these are the guys to take it to for all your alignment needs.It seemed impossible to find someone that had a rack big enough to fit my truck on.I had some initial concerns when I first arrived and may have came across a bit abrasive, but they quickly put my mind to ease and were respectful.Great group of people at Burke and I will definitely be back.Thank you for your hard work Burke, and helping me to protect my investment.See you all next time.

Or mechanic sent our truck to Burke for a drive alignment. I hadto stop by to pick up something and was not at all happy to find that my truck was sitting there unlocked and with the key in the ignition.

Burke Springs is the place to go for any suspension problems. With fine professional people like Clint and Kevin you will be provided with outstanding customer support and excellent service. Great Business!

Had the pivot bushings on my 85 ford f150 twin I beam and the rear pinion seal fixed. Extremely happy with the way my truck is. Less slop in the driving and am very happy with the price. Just under $300 I heard about them by personal recommendations. Not many people would take on the twin I beam but they did a awesome job. Got right on i70 after I picked it up. Highly recommended.

It was an absolute nonsense experience where tight-knit employees become far too confrontational over any other options besides what they recommend. They cannot handle air suspensions at all, and will only recommend a traditional suspension kit ($1200 w/out labor on my Merc). One phone rep had the nerve to hang up on me and tell me to come to his shop to "take it up with him." These people are not professional in the least

On Sunday while Driving home, to Michigan, from our winter stay in Az., my husband discovered that the main leaf on one of the springs on our RV was broken. I Googled "auto spring shops" and chose Burke Spring and Alignment, in Terre Haute, Indiana. Being sunday we new they wouldn't be open until Monday and it was only 11:00am. So we drove to the shop and parked in their parking lot for the day, and night. At 6:30 Monday morning my husband heard a vehicle so he walked over to the shop and explained our situation to a gentleman there. The gentleman told him that the person in charge would be in in about 20 minutes and he would come over to our rig and knock on the door, and that he did. In 1 hour and a half the problem was fixed and we were ready to hit the road. The repair cost was very reasonable, the service was quick and efficient and all the people were professional, friendly and very pleasant. We give the business, which is the people and the service, a 5 star review and totally recommend them.

They mounted and balanced my tires, they also told me about other problems they I need to fix. There prices were affordable an there staff was great

After taking my RV to another shop in town to get alignment the initial problem only got worse. The original shop had not room for me but Burke did last minute. After a few minutes in the shop Burke took me in the back to show me that the last shop didn't even tighten my tie rod ends! Don't skimp when it comes to getting your vehicle fixed!
