Blackburn Collision Center came highly recommended when I needed some collision repair done in the fall. Really great experience! Smooth working with my insurance and the job was done in 4 days. Looks new!

They had to do more work on my car than expected. They got hold of my insurance company and got a rental car right away saving me the hassle of having to do it myself. They replaced the bumper on my car, I was scared the paint might be a bit off color...(I used to work where car parts are painted) so I am very picky, and I can tell at a glimpse seeing what parts came from different factories by the paint shade.. most people can't. Paint jobs are allowed 3 shades darker or lighter than the original. Their paint job matched PERFECTLY! If I ever have to get body work done again, Blackburn will be the place I go!!

My husband is hard to surprise and shop for. For Christmas, I thought about getting him a specific part for his truck. I called Brad and he helped me with everything. He ordered the part (which came in within 2 days). Brad's team is the true definition of quality, service, and professionalism.

They never fixed my car because the insurance company totaled it but, their customer service was very nice and went out of their way to help me a couple of times.

I took my 2018 Chevy Equinox to Blackburn on Monday April 25th to have the bumper and rear of car repaired due to an accident. I assumed it would take quite some time for the repairs to be completed, much to my surprise, they called me Thursday April 28th to let me know it was ready to be picked up. My car looks AMAZING! I am completely satisfied with the work they done and quickly my car was finished. To top it all off, they also cleaned it inside and out. If I could give them 10 stars I would. I highly recommend Blackburn! Jennifer and Staff are awesome, kind and professional. My car is flawless, can't tell it had been wrecked! Paint is matched perfectly! Dropped my car off late Wednesday evening(right before closing), it was ready for pick up early Monday... and had been cleaned inside and out! Blackburn has handled all my auto repairs and pulls through with excellence EVERYTIME!

Not only did they repair my car from someone else sideswiping me, they even washed and cleaned it out too! Wow. What a terrific surprise. They are all so nice and accommodating. I HIGHLY recommend them.

Supposed to be 4 days. It took 7 days due to some wrong/defective parts. When we went to pick it up the 7th day the bumper lines didn't match and we left it there an 8th day to get a few new clips. Why would I leave 5 stars you ask? When we brought the bumper lines to Brad's attention he immediately apologized and said it was unacceptable. He started talking about picking one of us up the next day to get the car to make it easier. I hope I never need this service again but if I do...back to Blackburn.

Had my top and my windshield replaced back in October on my Jeep. I have 2 vehicles and the jeep is my secondary. Most of the time it is parked in my garage. I work out of state so I tend to drive my primary vehicle. I get my jeep back, she looks great. I dont seem to have any issues, other than my sunroof doesnt vent. It still opens fully, but the vent feature doesnt work anymore. Didnt think it was a big deal. Fast forward to spring time when I get her back out, the first rain we get, I notice either my windsheild, my roof or sunroof is leaking. I call Blackburn, they tell me to bring it in for a water test on the windsheild. If it isnt the windsheild they cant do anything about it, because they dont work on sunroofs. I cant take my jeep out in any rainy weather because it just pours rain inside. Needless to say I am not happy and will be taking it to a different shop to get fixed.

They do a great job. Being a State farm preferred shop makes it super easy. Get an estimate and your agent doesn't even have to look at the car. Easy

While repairing collision damage, they broke one of the door handle covers. We only found out it was broken when the weather turned cold, and the glue they used to "repair" it let go. Extremely unhappy with this.

Fairest Auto body prices in town by far. Make sure before you do any body works in your car that you get a quote from Blackburn collision center. You owe it to yourself and your bank account
