I wanted to thank you for providing friendly, well informed and conscientious employees such as Chris and Tony at the Terre Haute, Indiana Big-O-Tire store. Even the manager (I forgot his name) came out of his office and greeted me and asked if I was being taken care of. I m a senior citizen and I appreciate the nice experience I had at this store. Came to Big O with an issue in the front end of my truck. They went to work right away found out that the previous company that said they did an alignment did not do it right. They also told me the wheels were not balanced like the previous company said they were. Ended up getting a whole new set of tires and very happy with how they turned out. Definitely happy to drive the truck again. Thank you.

I love this place! Today was my second time visiting and just like the first time it was a great experience!While I appreciate that they are pretty fair on prices, they are also very friendly and informative without being shady and trying to make money on things that aren't absolutely need, as most other places do. (When you're a woman )I will definitely be returning to this location for all of my automotive needs.Thank you Big O!!!

I love going to Big O Tires in Terre Haute. Always treated with respect and honesty. Love the new tires we bought and the service. Chris Archibald is very professional and I always enjoy working with him! Also all the other shops there that could be very helpful with whatever you might need.

Nics in wheel from getting valve stem fixed , tried to tell me they were pits that were already there ! I am not stupid ! I just took the wheel off ! They were NOT there . I wanted no compensation , but was looking for 4 new tires , they said OK go somewhere else ! No problem, DONT GO THERE !!!

My tired blew 10 miles from Indiana during PCS was able to get 4 new tires for a reasonable price the same day. Thank you!

My local for Ford dealership claims they could not do an alignment on my car. Even though it is a Ford. I took it to big O, and they were able to professionally do it and provide me with a read out of all of the numbers. Very happy with the service.

I take my truck there whenever I need maintenance. Great waiting area. Coffee and vending machines. TV. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. I wouldn't take my truck anywhere else.

The place was very clean. I like the new update that they have done to the place. Taylor was very nice and went above and beyond to get me the right tires. Great customer service I will 100% be back.

Called looking for used tires they don't sell used tires. So asked about there new tires. Expensive.But the person I talked on phone seemed friendly and was helpful. Which is why I gave it 4 stars.

Had a tire go flat and then my donut tire blow out. I had to be some place in an hour. I took the tire to Big O and with all the people waiting I thought I would be there for a while. I told Chris at the front desk, the situation and he had my new tire mounted and ready in 20 min. He completely saved the day! I've had work done there before and they have always been great.

Very friendly, they found the problem with the tire and had to replace a tire. Had a awesome experience. Going for a front end alignment in the morning. I had excellent and friendly service! Thanks all!

I was on a trip to see my sister and her husband. I had a tire that blew and managed to hobble off the interstate to a small garage that was only able to put on my spare. I was about 40 miles from Terre Haute and this location of Big O tires. When I arrived the gentleman at the desk looked at my car and we discussed best options. I decided to purchase a full set. By the time I had lunch and got back, I only had to wait about 30 minutes and my car was ready. Rides great and he contacted me yesterday to make sure everything was good. This was a good choice.

Incredible service! We had just started our vacation pulling our 30 travel trailer and experienced a blowout on one of our trailer tires. Got us right in, sent a crew outside to dismount/ mount new tires on the trailer giving us peace of mind for the remainder of our vacation. Shop guys were friendly and courteous and our customer rep Chris was fantastic. Thanks Big O!!

The guys in the showroom were awesome. Only complaint is the amount of time I had to wait in the hot waiting area. My car rides so smoothly it s hard to believe it s the same car!!

If you want to be talked down to or treated like you are beneath them this is your store.If you like Jerks and B-holes you will love this place. Way to many other places to get tires. Never again with these guys!!!

Charged $40 for 4 valve stems. After reviewing my bill I noticed a tpms valve stem rebuild fee. My TPMS (tire pressure monitoring system) is aftermarket, and screws onto the STOCK, run of the mill valve stem. I called and asked what the charge was for and apparently, I got a rebuilt valve stem system .... really? Added photos of my fancy new $10 valve stems, maybe I could resell them on eBay and get some of my money back? The best part is, I asked what the * FREE VALVE STEM was on my bill and was told that is for non tpms systems. I assure you, they are all the same.

Scheduled an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. Received confirmation of appointment time. It s been 1 hour and 45 minutes. Very little communication from staff. Eventually they told us they are down staff and had to order a filter. We understand, but don t offer online appointments if you cannot accommodate.

We were traveling to a birthday party in St.Louis from Greenwood, IN. Around Cloverdale we experienced a sudden flat. I changed my tire with the spare and learned the spare had a leak around the bead. We searched tire shops and big O was the only one reasonably close however gps says we would arrive at 3:00, when they close. My wife called and told them our situation. They said come on in we ll get you taken care of! We made it at 3:05 less than 30 min later we were on our way to St. Louis. The entire team up front were exceptionally helpful and the techs Tyler and Ramone went above and beyond hanging up my spare and putting the jack back in its place! Great job well done fellas!

From the first time I went here several years ago, I have loved the work the guys do and the customer service. They truly do care about doing a good job and making sure the customer is well informed of everything going on. I continue to visit regularly not just for my tires, but other jobs my vehicle may need. They can do quite a lot. Nate and TJ at the front counter will make sure you get the best care and I ve interacted with Dustin and Frankie in the service area and they are so knowledgeable and keep you informed. I trust them all with my vehicle. They offer a great waiting area with coffee, water and Netflix! Free WiFi and even an area for children! Highly recommend!

This place is consistently the best place to take my car in the area. They do great work in an amount of time that's reasonable for what needs done, and the staff is unmatched. They're incredibly helpful, very friendly, and they don't look at you like you're stupid when they have to explain what it is that's going on with your vehicle. I took my cars here in college and will continue to do so, as they do great work and take fantastic care of their customers!

Wonderful experience with courteous staff. An employee named Chris assisted me in getting an alignment for my vehicle. He was friendly, very knowledgeable, and answered all my questions. He was even nice enough to check in with updates throughout the wait. I am happy to refer them and even happier with their work.
