They were supposed to get my side by side in for a recall three weeks ago. Said they would call in a week. Still waiting. Recall said I can't drive side by side until fixed. Also ordered parts for a mower a while back. Waited for them to call me when they came in. I finally called to see status of parts and they said they were in. They forgot to call. I know supply issues are tough, but a simple courtesy call would be respectful.

Ho-hum attitude of employees make u want to make a quick exit. Heaven forbid u don't have enough cash & need to use a card for.the remained if balance (or vis-versa)! They can NOT accept 2 forms of payment, why not people?! Is this world that incapable of thinking & figuring out math?! There is a crazy invention called a computer that helps with these problems. But if u can't do math, can u operate a computer??Ok, I received a response from the company in regards to this review. They are looking into this "difficulty" that I experienced & they thanked me for bringing this to their attention. So "kudos " for their reply & trying to accommodate & correct this problem.

I stopped in to get some information on a new kubota tractor, trade ins, etc... The salesman was great. Showed me around answered my questions in detail and didn't rush me. Very calm and fun experience. We'll be going back when ready to purchase. Thanks guys!

Equipment seems good. Paperwork processing very slow, some differences in what was verbally told and amounts on final paper work. Delivery was about a week after promised. Salesman seem busy and overworked. Nice man but worked kept him from delivering on promises on time.

Bane Welker has a great service department! I bought my subcompact Kubota there in 2014 and they have provided excellent service every year. They understand my business and are very quick with pick-up, service and returning my equipment.

This is Dave Dix from Robinson IL. I just wanted to complement your guys at the parts counter for today. I came up to get parts for my father in laws kubota lawn mower. And the 3 guys working the counter was very nice and very helpful. They got the parts i needed very quick. Did not get any names (sorry) but one of them took the time to help me with trouble shooting the issue if the new part did not work. Thank you guys for all the help. His mower is up and running again.

Bought a cub cadet zero turn mower here years ago. They now will not even order blades for it. I brought it in for a repair work and spent 1200 dollars only to have it returned to me spinning in circles when I start it. I told them about it and they brought it back to shop and adjusted it and then tried to bill me. I called them and talked to the repair manager Tim. Next thing you know I start getting bills mailed to me again. I paid the 1200 to have the linkage fixed in the first place.

Was going to rate this as a 4* but gave it a 5 instead and the only reason in doing so was for the simple fact of the guy at the counter was on the phone and didn't address us in anyway at all instead he ignored us until someone finally came to help us but once he did we had our part and out and done in less than 5 mins.

We purchased a new Kubota with grader box first of June. They didnt have the grader box at the time said was on back order. I called every week to check on status of grader box. Greg would tell me each time still on back order at Land Pride. Im still waiting for this and it is middle september. I finally called Land Pride myself and found out Greg has several of these in his Terre Haute store but will not contact me or deliver to me. They guys at Land Pride are working with me and said they will get this to me even if they have to deliver it. I appreciate all Land Pride is doing and give them a 5 star but for Bane Welker in Terre Haute I will never purchase anything from them again and rate them -5 star!!! UPDATE: received email from the owner that he talked with Greg. Suppose to get this delivered today..well guess what..its 731pm om 9/20/17 and didnt get delivered...remind you I purchased this equipment 6/1/17. So...not sure why this Greg still has a job...i guess they dont care how customers are treated??

Great shop! I use them for my lawn and garden equipment. Fast service and not too bad pricing. Off season service is the best way to go.
