Very unprofessional. I stood there in line behind 1 guy for 15 mins. While another worker walked around. Prices are way too high here.

The experience I had with a young man named Robert at your Wabash store was outstanding for lack of words. He was so friendly and kind. I usually don't get that when I go there there. The world needs more people like him in it. It would be a better place. Please thank him again for me. Sincerely a loyal customer.

Today I came in looking for two items, while searching for my second item I was having trouble deciding which one would work best. An employee happens to walk by me while helping another customer. I gave up and picked my cheapest option knowing very well it was probably not my best option while waiting in line to check out, the same employee comes behind me and says I think this will work better . He noticed what was going on, he noticed I was struggling and helped me, awesome customer service! Sadly, I don t remember his name but everyone at this location is always very nice and helpful when I come here

Purchased a set of headlight replacement bulbs, there are better deals online but didn't want to wait, end up not needing them anyway. Make sure to have your receipt for returns. It will make the transaction smooth. If you don't have your receipt then expect delays or issues trying to get a refund

They LIED about us not buying a battery from them and forced us to buy a new one at full price, when the battery was fully under warranty and we know for a fact we bought it from AutoZone. Scott was incredibly rude to everyone, not just us. They had a kid working there that knew close to nothing, but at least he was nice.

The staff is incredible.After an eight hour drive, with two to go, I stopped here to inquire after their restroom. I didn't not expect to be allowed use of their facilities but none the less I thought I'd ask. Without hesitation, the very kind employee led me to the restroom. I did not purchase anything here. However, if I lived here I would absolutely shop at this Autozone.If the quality of the employees is reflected in their merchandise, I would absolutely say shop here.

Always there 4 help. Never havta go looking 4 sum1 2 assist u. Usually hav wat I (or he's) needed n stock. Not always the correct fit, but, life happens.

Needed a hood lift cylinder replacement part. They didn't have the exact one I needed in stock but they are able to order it and have it delivered to the store by 7:00 p.m. that night. It's really convenient to be able to get it quickly and not have to wait for shipping.Staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. They have diagnostic tools that they can use to figure what's wrong with your vehicle and they will even loan you special tools to help with your fix.

Mitch is the bomb.com! I went here a couple of weeks ago to purchase power steering fluid and Mitch was able to help me out and let me know how severe my power steering pump leak was. I appreciate his awesome customer service!

AJ the store manager knows how to effectively run this store. I utilize this store for most of my commercial business and their customer service is unmatched.

Saw me carrying a car battery and open door for me. Very polite and helpful. Check battery and no charge. Asked if they wanted me to have them charge it. I decided no on that since battery was 5 yrs old. Bought a new one at reasonable price

My car wouldn't start. I thought it was the battery and i had to get to work... so i bought one. The clerk went to put my battery in... noticed corrosion and offered to clean and test my battery. Turns out it was the corrosion on my terminals. So he refunded the battery and gave me my money back! Thanks from a car dummy. :)

Depends which one you go to in Terre Haute. My opinion Wabash and Fort Harrison stores are great. Usually have the parts and knowledgeable people to help you...now 3rd street autozone is a different story. Avoid that one

My daughter's car had a battery problem. Turns out the Neg connection was loose. She took it to Autozone on Wabash for help. Even though they were pretty busy the guy behind the counter was very kind to her and tightened both battery terminals.. He did not charge her anything for his valuable time.She went there feeling frustrated and stressed. She left relieved. THAT is what it's all about, folks. Thank you, Autozone.This occured the morning of June 9th, 2022.

One employee tried to help but was new and didn't know much, which is ok. The Manager however would not give his employee or me the time of day. He had an attitude and would not even look up when talking. Walked away mid sentence and showed zero respect or care.Name? Eric

Always trying to find ways to save you money with warranties especially on batteries. Do yourself a huge favor always ask if a part comes with a warranty you will save yourself hundreds of dollars might even make a little profit you never know

They keep what you need in stock! Went around to 4 different places looking for items for general vehicle upkeep, and they were the only spot that had all 4 in stock, ready to purchase. Friendly staff and good prices.

I have yet to be given the wrong part at this auto zone or the south third store. I never make it up north anymore. But I imagine it is the same service I receive at the other stores.

Very helpful. Always get what I need. The guy helped me find the proper fuse that I needed, and he even checked the fuse box to make sure it was the correct one.
