Great experience they told me I would be there for 3 hours I was only there for 1 hour and ten minutes Gave it 3 days like they informed me. Went through a car wash, not one leak. excellent job and only one Person doing it. Another company told me it would be 4 hours with 2 people. Have already told my friends about it.

They are very nice pleasant and got right down to work and got things done and made things very pleasant for me I came in the morning and even offered me a table to eat my breakfast on there's some awesome people and if I ever need glasses what class for my garden I will go to that 100%

Abe from the Terre Haute branch was great! He had patience & was nice. Laura from the Bloomington branch got the ball rolling by finding the glass. She was nice too! I'm happy I chose them! I called them after Safelite screwed me over. Champion Chevy in Avon, IN recommended them.By comparison, Perfection Auto Glass was able to very quickly confirm they had the windshield available and were able to come out the next day to my work to do the replacement. The phone call and in person interactions were friendly, communication was good, and they were MUCH better in price compared to Safelite (I saved over $200!). Definitely give them a chance before you go with the big name first.Service: Auto windshield replacement

Got a rock chip on the windshield on a coast-to-coast road-trip. They fixed it and got us back on the road. The windshield has also been working great since!

Fast friendly clean service cody was amazing and it was cheaper than any other glass repair place for 100 miles hopefully never need to use them again but if I do I'll be back

They came to my work and replaced my windshield for significantly less than other places wanted to charge. So convenient and the guy was very nice. My windshield looks great and I have had no leaking or other issues yet. I highly recommend

Very friendly and helpful staff. They had someone at my house within 24 hours of calling for an appointment. Not only did I get my windshield replaced, but I also got some tips on how to now break it again. Great price, great quality, great customer service. I would definitely recommend Perfection Auto Glass!

We attempted to use this business for a replacement windshield because it was recommended by our insurance agent. We called on Wednesday and they said they would be out on Thursday morning. They weren't here by 11:30 AM so my husband called to be sure they were coming. The tech said he was in the south end of Terre Haute and would be on his way as soon as he finished that job and that he would call first. He still hadn't called or shown up by 2:30 PM so we cancelled the service and went with another company. We have to wait a couple of days, but it will save us $140.00 and I think they'll actually show up. Not pleased with this experience.

Took me in before my appointment and got my windshield fixed in a timely manner. Their receptionist has a very good eye for detail as well.

They came out and fixed our window in the motorhome. They did not clean both panes of the window so I have dirty marks between the panes. We called about this and have never received a call back. I would be cautious about hiring them again.

Set appointment time, No call/No show. Had to call to find out why, they cancelled because of weather. Would`ve like to be informed of this. Rescheduled to later date. Hour an half after appointment time and no show/ no call from company to explain why, had to call them. Not the way to win customers. Cancelled job. They did do a good job of price matching though.

I got a rock chip in my front windshield. I called this place and they were able to get me right in. I expect a little bit of a wait and brought things with me to do. They had a tv to watch and it only literally took 5 minutes. Great customer service, very friendly, and would definitely recommend.

Just picked up my car. Perfect job. 1 year warentee and free chip fill. Dropped off at 8am done at noon. Even kept in the bay to keep it from getting dusty. Will be recommending to everyone I know!

Previously came to get my windshield fixed and had some problems with the receptionist with my time and was sitting in the parking lot for an hour , I was highly upset . BUT the GM reached out to me and wanted to slove my problem . I brought it back in and fixed my problem immediately. Ryan was so nice, sweet & went above & beyond to make sure I was satisfied.

I was EXTREMELY impressed by this company. I mistakenly scheduled for the following day with the branch in Bloomington. They were able to coordinate and get the necessary glass to their branch in Terre Haute and fix my car. I dropped my car off at 8am and it was ready by lunch. All of this for $100 less than having Safelight fix it. I highly recommend this company based on there speed, quality, and customer service.

Called and a human being was able to give me a price that was great . Getting windshield replaced this week.came on time did a great job. Price was excellent. They are the best.!!!!!

They're reasonably priced and we're able to quickly diagnose the issue I had. They got it fixed much faster than I anticipated.
