We have done business with this company now for 12 years! Awesome customer service!! Dave and his crew do what they can to make sure things are taken care of and you walk out with top of the line product! Jessica and Missy are both awesome and so helpful!! They will keep getting our business!

Amazing service from all of the employees upon my visit. As well as a wide variety of furniture, decorations, electronics, appliances and much more to choose from. Selections come with all different levels of needs AND wants. Purchase options and payment plan was easy to sort out with the staff and the terms are quite agreeable. 5/5 stars, American Rental ;)

These guys are excellent, I have been doing business with them since 2010, have rented and bought several things During this time. They carry quality items, but should a problem arise with the item they either replace it or fix it. Are always glad to see ya, and even serve lunch on occasion. Terms are very agreeable, 90 days same as cash, or monthly installments if preferred. I heartily recommend giving them a look see if you are in the market for furniture, washer/dryer, electronic, even electric bicycles

This is the second account I have had and both times they have been pleasant and very helpful. I was able to get nice living room furniture affordable thanks to American Rental! Customer service is great.

That chick is off the hook.I was about to go fishing when I realize she was on the hook.No really satisfied did a good job. Nice, friendly people upper can t wait for my install.

The customer service was exceptional. They were very courteous. The quality the customer service and the merchandise was wonderful I was recommend American rental to all my friends. The prices are very low as well.

There were many different good options to choose from. Customer service was very welcoming, helpful, and they explained the financial part of buying in a simple, understandable manner. They delivered the mattress the same day i bought it. And the delivery crew was nice, fast, on time, and was careful with my delivery.

Everything went great. Application was pretty straight forward. Sales team and Missy were very professional and delivered same day. Delivery was excellent and those two guys went above and beyond. Even helped me sweep all the dust and dirt under my old dryer. Great experience and I was top sales manager in state for Aaron's.

American rental treated me good.the staff was very nice to me.but on the other hand belle tire was not so good.they did the alignment on my truck and forgot to tighten a control arm bolt.i found the problem and fixed it but i have go back them so they can hopefully get the job done right.

The staff I talked to today was rude and very obnoxious and loud on the telephone. Definitely not understanding or willing to work with someone even if they got sick and simply forgot to make the payment...check my record this is the first it had happened. I'm still not well but after being told I have until Monday guess I better figure it out ...I'll NEVER rent from you guys again and I'll be telling everyone I know not to..

Extremely helpful the second we stepped in the door!!I believe his name was Mike and he was very attentive and answered all our questions. Just all round helpful. The rest of the staff was also very nice.

They lied to me about everything on a supposedly new electric bike. I got it home and the charger was not the right one and they didn't have any to fit mine.they said it didn't take a key which it did. All a joke. But the star I give them was for them pretending to be friendly ,oh yeah they are good.

I went in to get a washer and dryer. The staff was extremely helpful. The entire process was pleasant. They were fast to greet me and made me feel like I was important. Before I left I had already had my delivery scheduled and they followed me home to drop of my new equipment. I will without a second thought return to this store for more purchases.

They are the nicest people there. They work with you on payments and always have giveaways. If there's something your looking for they will go out of their way to get It for you. I have done business with American rental multiple times and will continue to be a customer.

The staff is awesome!!!!!!! Very friendly, prompt and caring! Quality products and affordable! I won t go anywhere else. They take care of their people! They are like family to me! Paige is the best! Dave is awesome and always helping us out!
