Our son's transmission quit on his Toyota C-HR, and my wife called All-Tran and spoke to Brian.He did extensive research on it. He did his best to track down some options for us.He went out of his way to make sure we understood all the details and what it would take to repair his transmission.It's nice to know there are good people left in this world, Thank You Brian for your help!Should we need transmission work in the future, we will definitely call!

I highly recommend All-Tran . We were traveling home from Chicago to Alabama over the Thanksgiving holiday and the Transmission went out on our truck . We were stranded and did not know what to do . We ended up leaving our Vehicle at Enterprise and renting a car to make it home . Monday morning I called All-Tran and spoke with Brian . He was amazing he had our truck picked up and brought into the shop. He called me and gave me our options and ask how we would like to proceed .He was very Professional explaining the process to me . They had our truck ready for pick by that Friday . When your from out of town its hard to trust that you will be treated fairly by a business. I can not say enough good things about Brian and All-Tran . He treated us fair and even came in on a Saturday morning to meet us to pick up our truck. I would like to say a huge Thank You to the All-Tran staff for there help.

We had an issue with one of our pick up trucks from Hoosier Heating and Cooling - the transmission put the truck in "limp-mode" after it was warming up.Brian and his team did try everything possible (including new programming) to get the issue resolved. Unfortunately we found out it was more severe than re-programming or flushing the transmission.We had to take the truck to a GM Garage and there the valve body was changed with solenoids. Since the truck was only 3 years old GM chipped in to pay for part of it.After we went back to All-Tran / Brian we told him what was done and we were trying to pay our bill but Brian "refused" to take our money because he said "I couldn't fix it"!The entire experience with All-Tran / Brian and his team was more than pleasant. Fantastic group of guys very knowledgeable and very easy to work with I will take any future transmission or transfer case issues to them tried to save me money but my truck needed extensive repair but they still saved me some and that's better than trying to get me for everything they could I greatly appreciate their service

I am really truly grateful to the staff here at all tran. They go above and beyond and I wish I could give more than 5 stars. When other places told me I needed another transmission, All Tran fixed my wife's transmission and saved us a lot of money. Really appreciate the good customer service they provided. Most of all, really appreciate them being able to diagnose and fix the cars transmission. Thank you Brian, Aaron and the crew at all tran. Also want to add that all tran blows everyone else's warranty out of the water. If you need a transmission fixed, I highly recommend taking it to all tran. Only place I will go.

I can NOT praise the fellas at All Tran enough! We were told by the dealership that we needed a whole new rear-end and was quoted a ridiculous price for it. Thankfully we got a second opinion with All Tran because we most definitely did not need a new rear-end.Quick, respectful service, prices were extremely fair and they literally rescued this momma from a few dilemmas.Thanks guys!

I recently used this business to replace the transmission in my car and from start to finish it was a wonderful experience! Brian was extremely helpful and very courteous with every question I had about the job. I live one town over and they came to my residence and picked up my vehicle free of charge, and used a highly rated local company to do so. Once I received the transmission and took it to the shop, they had my car fixed the very next day! I couldn t be happier with the service I received. If you re needing mechanic work done don t hesitate to call them. The prices are fair and the quality of work and customer service is second to none!Service: Transmission

Took my 2016 GMC canyon in to All Tran to diagnose my engine lag problem. Brian recommended me using their new Tuning program and Terry the Technician there got it all squared away and the truck runs way better than before. Great customer service and talking to Brian was like having conversation with my Grandpa. Great guys working there. I highly recommend going here if you don t trust any shysters like most car dealerships here in town.Services: Transmission, Auto engine diagnostic

My truck was making a ringing noise that sounded like a loose heat shield. I took it to Terre Haute Chevy and they told me I had a cracked flywheel, and for whatever reason that required a transmission rebuild? So they quoted me $6,159. I had a motor and drive train warranty they got me on but that s neither here nor there. Alltran quoted me $2,000 to fix the same problem. I was so happy to hear their quote. I take my truck to them and they tell me it is simply the starter going bad making noise on my flywheel. New starter and my truck sounds like normal. That news was the best because I didn t have to pay $2,000 either! Simple starter replacement at a fraction of that cost! These guys are truly honest people that I can t recommend more. Knowledgeable and trustworthy! I was heading out for a road trip in a week and was having my usual oil change done prior to leaving when I was told they had noticed my transmission was leaking. I was referred to Brian and his crew at All-Tran from my local mechanic who talked highly of their work. I dropped off my vehicle that night, slipped the keys through the dropbox and before I had my first sip of coffee, Brian and his team already had my vehicle in, diagnosed the problem, took pictures to send to me and called to describe the problem at hand. I was impressed to how detailed and helpful they were.Thankfully, the issue was small and easy to fix. Brian also helped me on another mechanical issue they found that needed addressed that I had not noticed. But you know the best part was, after all of that, they didn't even charge me. Where can you go these days to have honest thorough work done this quick and not be charged?!I am very grateful and would HIGHLY recommend this place if you ever have any issues. You will not find a more honest and helpful place for your transmission service.Service: Transmission

Was concerned I had a rear axle diff issue. Brian had a Tech do a quick diagnostic check, mind you I was a walk-in(no appointment). Tech advised it wasn't the rear-end & suggested a repair. Upon asking what I owed Brian advised $0 "we diagnose at no cost" With a handshake & a Thank You I was able to make the small repair myself and keep the truck rolling. Great customer service & conversation, very professional local shop ... Thanks again ... be sure to give Brian a shout ... great people!

Recently took my vehicle to this shop and the owner and one of his mechanics told me the issue was not an ignition coil. They informed me that the torque converter needed replaced. They replaced the converter and charged $1500. The same issue continued after the work was completed. Took the vehicle back to the shop and the head mechanic informed me that the issue was most likely the coil (as I was initially told was not the problem). I replaced the coil and the problem was fixed. I informed the owner of the initial inaccurate diagnosis and that the part they stated did not need replaced, actually did need replaced. The coil was $50 and took 5 minutes to replace. The owner stated that he would no refund any of my payment or compensate me in any form. Unprofessional doesn't even begin to describe this business. I would not recommend anyone to take their vehicle to this shop.Service: Transmission repair

I had problems with my transmission and took my vehicle to my normal repair shop. They checked it out and told me that the computer was spitting 4 pages worth of codes and the transmission needed replaced. They gave me a quote for replacing it. I took the vehicle to All-Tran to see if I could get a second quote, just to compare prices.When Brian and crew checked, they said that the 4 pages of codes must have been from a glitch from when I recently replaced the battery because it would be impossible to have that many issues happen all at once. So they cleared the codes and took it for a 10 minute test drive. Only 2 codes came back and the transmission worked just fine. They told me that my transmission still had quite a few miles left on it, and would probably need rebuilt in the next 20,000 miles or so, but for the moment, all I needed was getting my ABS system checked out (those 2 codes that came back after clearing). THEY DIDN'T EVEN CHARGE ME.On top of all that, Brian sat down and talked to me until I understood everything that was going on and gave me information to know what next steps I needed to take. It was literally the best service I've ever received from a car repair and they've earned a lifetime customer. If anyone local ever asks me for a recommendation for transmission work, I'm definitely going to recommend All-Tran. Such good people. Such good service. Wow.Service: Transmission

In your description you say you treat everyone with honesty, courtesy & respect.. really?? Do you actually?? Because my diabetic nephew who had to have a leg removed is NOT a diabetic cripple in a wheelchair TELL ME WHY I SHOULDN T REPORT YOUR SO CALLED BUSINESS TO THE BBB!!!?

Best Service ever And Very Kind People !!! , Went in to have my front axles and transmission checked I met Brian i told him the car was making a loud noise and grinding , the Mechanic test drove the car and came back in and said i know just what's wrong (also i have been dealing with this issue for 2 years and a shop i went to before last summer for the same problem somehow missed) both front cv axles were super bad and , They walked me through everything needed and now my car well for me this is new it has never driven right until now its like a new car smooth. Amazing work. Were told it would be 3 weeks before they could even get it in to look at it because they are booked. Had it towed in and got a call about 10 days later with a diagnosis. Originally we thought it was a transmission and it ended up being a transfer case. Saved us a ton of money. Thanks guys. Keep up the amazing work.

I am a retired Aircraft mechanic, However i do know when to seek out the advice and experience of others. I have had two experiences within a week with All-Tran , both were extremely positive. the first were two driveshafts from a 4 wheel drive, the technician there knew what they were off of before i told him (very impressive) the second is with the transmission of the same vehicle, i did my own transmission repair and ended up with 8 pages of codes, i called All-Tran and within the hour had a wrecker here to pick up the truck, and within two hours called me back and said your done. much to my surprise i did not plug in the main connector . I wonder how many shops would just plug it in for you without stating that you need something expensive to solve the problem. Brain is very polite and honest, and even took me on a guided tour of most of his facility. i was so impressed with the quality of work and their honesty that i asked if i could be a mechanics helper there . highly recommended. top notch quality and service . They go above and beyond. I brought my vehicle in for what I thought was a transmission related issue. They inspected it for free, determined it was not actually transmission related, and diagnosed the root of the problem. They even got me in contact with another place that was well suited for my repair. Brian & Aaron's knowledge saved me money and prevented me from further mechanical issues, all for no charge!Services: Transmission, Auto engine diagnostic

Fast forward 2 months and Brian and his team, yet again the miracle workers. Have helped me again.By far the best in town. They are all about you and your vehicle. Money is the least of their worry.Fast and friendly and on time. Brian had my vehicle towed at no cost. Only downfall was being the 2nd 48re that week, and the ups guys showing up late. But, Brian told me everything that was being done to it, and everything that was being installed. Between Brian and his transmission techs. They re by far the best around!!!!!Service: Transmission

My truck transmission started failing near Terre Haute while traveling from St. Louis to Ohio. Advance Auto Parts checked the codes and recommended I take it to All-Tran. Brian and his crew checked the codes and explained what was going on. It was clear they had a lot of experience with this particular transmission (from my 2012 GMC Sierra). Brian made a bunch of calls and found a reman transmission that he probably could have gotten and installed the following day.Ultimately I chose to chance and it and drive the truck back home 3 hrs away. I've since gotten local quotes and Brian's was in-line or better than theirs. I'd be more than happy to give All-Tran my business if I lived in the area or had a more serious issue at the time. Thanks Brian!

My car was fixed and I got it back the next day as promised. Brian is awesome!! He updated me every step of the way and his professionalism and respect for customers is a top-notch. Brian even suggested sending a collegue to pick me up from my house in order to come to the shop to pick my car when it was ready! Thank you Brian and all the staff! The best place to get your vehicle transmission done at a very good price!

So let me start by say absolutely amazing company.So on Thursday I was heading home from Colorado Springs to Delaware and I broke down on the I70. My vehicle was first towed to a shop that could not do my repairs but they recommended a shop that could.All-tran was that company.They towed my vehicle from Goodyear to there shop free of charge (as long as you have work performed there)They were booked up but was able to get a transmission and transfer case ordered and delivered on Monday morning and had me on the road by end of day. Something they didn t have to do.This company has been around for 55 years next month and every person I spoke with in town over the weekend had nothing but wonderful words to say about Brian and his employees.Not only did they do quality work but also he was able to help me with extra stuff that was needed that I just couldn t afford.They dug around and found parts that were laying around that I needed.I want to say thank goodness I broke down in such a warm and friendly town.
