I took my wife's car to a different shop out of state for an oil change. We got home two days ago and our oil light was on. Took it into Adam's and they did an inspection and fixed all of the errors from the previous shop. They finished it up very quick. After we picked it up I asked to see if we could get our other vehicle serviced and they got it in and got it finished quickly as well. This shop is very professional, personable and reasonably priced. I highly recommend them to anyone needing service.

Absolutely do not take your car here. I left their shop after getting some work done and my tire popped within a couple minutes. They refused to fix it. According to them to replace a ball joint and front tire end rods they don't touch the tires. None of my tires were the same psi even though they were beforehand. They refused to replace the tire and were gonna charge me $350 for 1 tire to replace and balance. That is absolutely ridiculous in my book. They also said that my tires were dry rotted. After picking my car up and putting a spare I took it to Big O Tires and they said they were not dry rotted just a little worn. I'm absolutely mad and will not be taking my car there anymore.

They did a good job with the diagnostic but the prices for the repairs were extremely high and when speaking with friends and family who know more about vehicles, there other options that are vastly more affordable.

O stars. Very rude, unprofessional, and unethical. They have the Perfect Scam setup selling junk cars to people at their Adams Car Sales Lot directly across the street from their Adams Garage that will be needed for the repairs on their junk cars that they are knowingly selling. My niece got a car there didn't even have it 3 months and was only driven maybe 20 times and it started having transmission problems.

Their service was great. I had a broken windshield and they fixed it within an hour of me taking it in and also gave me an oil change!

My husband and brother use Adam's Garage when needed. I just needed their services for the first time this week. They were very accommodating getting me in very quickly. I was able to get my car back the same day which REALLY surprised me as it was several things that needed fixed. I know someone that had this same type of work done somewhere else and it took much longer and cost alot more. The people, service, costs and professionalism was beyond excellent. I am now going to be a loyal customer.

Service on my truck was done within 24 -36 hours which was great. Being retired and raising my grandson I can not go very long without the service of my truck. This was my first time having Adams garage work on my vehicle and I m very satisfied

Kind, courteous, experienced staff, quick work and great pricing. It's a bit of a drive, but definitely worth it. I only had them plug a tire, but I picked up a bolt when I had to be somewhere in less than an hour. I happened to be driving by their shop so I pulled in and they got me in right away and back on the road in no time. They saved the day for me! The shop was clean and professional. Will definitely try them again.

Ashley and the other staff were very helpful on keeping me update on the status of my repairs. The part needed to fix my car was on back order with an ETA of three weeks. They were diligent in trying to find the part and kept me updated on the search. I would definitely recommend their service to anyone

It had a good place to hang out, however, I sat there for over 2 hours just waiting to get a new headlight bulb put in. Friendly staff, but was more expensive that what they quoted me as well.

Adam's Garage internal job tracking system is stellar. Received email with mechanics finds and concise notes, everything itemized and priced out, plus instant confirmation to get the project moving. Expected it a couple days later since the lot was full of vehicles waiting for repair, instead received a call next afternoon that gaskets and plugs had been replaced and done. Very impressive. Then there is Ashley Pine at the service desk, what a sweetheart. Great experience all the way around.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair

Dropped my car in for an oil change, got my car back earlier than expected. Had a very nice experience, the person at the front desk was pleasant and courteous ( sorry I can't remember her name). This was my first visit, I will use Adam's again.

Really really good place to take your vehicle if it's needing work done ! Super nice friendly people front desk woman very nice explains everything really easy to understand , prices are great there for what I had done to my vehicle, very happy with the work that they done to it ! Highly recommend Adam's garage ! And considering whatever you're having done they have a very nice waiting / lounge room .

The over charge they wanted 460 to put away bar links on a 2012 Buick enclave To it some were else and it was only 180.65

Took my explorer to the dealer and another local mechanic who said they replaced the parts and fixed the issue but didn t! Took the car to Adams and it was fixed the first time! And done in a very timely manner. This will be my new mechanic going forward!!

Adams Garage was very professional and thorough when they received my vehicle. They very promptly confirmed suspect issues and helped identify items that were previously overlooked. Ashley who manages the front desk command center was also very professional and knowledgeable and was able to explain all the findings. The shuttle that is provided is extremely convenient. I ve been using Adams Garage for several years but my last experience blew me away! I took my truck in for ball joint replacement and got my usual excellent service. But after driving it for a few days I noticed it still wasn t right. I called and they said to bring it back in. Upon looking at it they found more parts that needed replacing which hadn t been noticed before. They replaced them for only the (discounted!) price of the parts since they d said it was fixed before! And I should also mention that they are bulldogs about getting it done right, whatever it takes. A business that takes great pride in their work, treats customers right, and stands by their work even at their own expense; you don t find this excellence much anymore. These are the people you want working on your vehicles!

Both times that I have come to Adam's Garage, I have felt they treated me fairly! I dropped off my car, and they shuttled me back and forth. One time I needed a loaner car and it was provided. They diagnosed my car problem, checked in with me, ordered parts and fixed the issues, all in a timely fashion. When my A/C was a problem this past summer and I had been dealing with a local dealership, the problem was misdiagnosed and they were not helpful at all. I just happened to hear another radio commercial for Adam's and decided to give them a try. I had spoken to a couple of other friends that had been customers of Adam's and they were also very complimentary of their services. I would recommend Adam's Garage to anyone needing help with their vehicles!! Thank you to the crew at Adam's! You are now my "go-to" Garage! Service: Air conditioning

I have used Dons Service Center for the last 6 years and I have nothing to say bad about them either, they re great. However, their appointment times are usually a week out nowadays no matter what the problem so I wanted to try Adams because they got me in within a day. They use NAPA parts which is what I ve always preferred. Fixed the car, no issues, they were polite and speedy. I see no reason not to use them in the future as well. They also offer loaners which is very very rare nowadays. The only thing I would change is an itemized bill showing parts and labor separately. Thank you!Service: General repairs & maintenance

Adam s garage is a very professional and friendly business. I had rebuilt the front of my truck and had it aligned by them. They let me know that my steering box would need to be replaced in order to get a perfect alignment. They didn t pressure me to have them fix it, instead gave me options and left it up to me to decide. If I do replace it, I will definitely be taking it back there to be re-aligned.Service: Wheel alignment

I started going to Adams Garage because Walmart was incompetent at their job. Most of the employees at Adams are decent. I really like the receptionist - Ashley. My husband is currently battling cancer and I had explained that to the owner - Andy - when he texted me and asked if I could come in for an oil change. He then extended his service FREE of charge for an oil change - which was fantastic - because we use synthetic oil for our car and that's an easy $75-$80 change. Nowhere in the text was fine print or anything explaining anymore on top of the FREE oil change. I made an appointment and showed up yesterday only to be told "The oil change is only free up to $45 - the rest is out of your pocket" Of course there was a catch. What else was I supposed to do once they had my car up and already working on it to tell me that? I had to pay the remaining balance. Which would have been fine any other single time - BUT once again- my husband is battling Stage 4 Cancer and I left my full time job to be at home with him full time and he had to leave his job temporarily as well. So it definitely put us in a bind. I just found it incredibly rude and unprofessional that they - especially the owner - didn't include in the text that the oil change was free up to a certain amount. My coolant had about the biggest leak you could imagine and they sealed it right up while fixing my thermostat. Amazing customer service!! They were able to work with me on pricing for everything I had wrong, Thank you Adams!
