Had a good experience with buying tires online and having them installed! One thing to watch, online scheduling may cancel your installation but just call and make your own appointment. The managers were responsive and very competent.

Good, friendly customer service. The guy that helped me was understanding of the situation and didn't try to sell me the wrong tires. The turn around time was exactly what they told me it would be when I handed over my keys. Overall, a great experience.

I needed a new battery for my car. I generally would go to Auto Zone or mw car dealership. But while I was shopping at Walmart, I knew they had auto center. I spoke to a sales representative about car batteries. He was very helpful. He showed me the battery that my car needed. He removed my old battery and replaced the new battery for me. I also asked him if he could show me new wiper blades for my car,mine were not cleaning like they should. He found the blades that fit my car. He also removed my old ones and put on the new ones I just purchased. He was awesome!!!@

had a 5p appt for 2 tires, was texted at 456p saying we've canceled your appt cause tires aren't in stock, since I was already there at that point, I asked which tires are in stock? they found tires in stock and they were more expensive (go figure) but I said hey ok let's do it and since they're in stock, let's do 4 instead of just 2, he said I can't do it today it'll be late morning tomorrow, possibly. my frustration is not with the employee, but rather the Walmart system! if I had known at 2 when they confirmed they didn't have the tires in stock-i could've went elsewhere, but no they waited until my appt time, then I was going to spend more money and was told no I don't have time today, well, why did I have an appt for 5p then?? it's absolutely frustrating when I'm supposed to be on the road by 7a for a trip and I have a donut on my car, I could've gone to another tire place if they had simply called me when they found the tires out of stock!!!!

I am an avid customer of Walmart. There are certain items that can't be purchased anywhere else but Walmart. I discovered the Auto Care Center almost a year go when I moved to Indiana. Marvelous manager and excellent employees that you can tell enjoy their jobs. I will definitely recommend this to family and friends.

I went had my oil changed and 2 new tires put on car. This took about 2 half hours. Got home went outside on porch about an hour later. Tire was flat and no sticker was put in window with the information of the change and mileage of vehicle.

I didn't get any information given to me about all the extra charges with fees just the total for four tires each being $55 each. My end total was $356 and some change. I expected there to be some disposal fee for the old tires and such but I still don't understand what some of the the fees mean and also don't have any idea of any warranty on the tires. So guess I'll call and find that out also don't know if they do the rotation stuff is about the tires there for free don't really know anything except for the basics of what I had to.

They treated me very well Mark was very helpful and accommodating they got me and and out fast but they didn't put the spare tire back kinda disappointed in that but that was it

Always fast, and always gets the job done right. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Always greets you, and takes care of you, before you can get all the way in the building.
