Not good to have work done by them they don t do there job and won t warranty there mistakes. Very rude. Horrible place

This place has really gone down hill I had taken my vehicle in for four new tires and I had an appointment and it took over two hours to get the job done.I had also taken it down here to get front end enlighnment and had an appointment and it was over hour and half of waiting and they still not got to my jeep.I do not recommend this place.And when they put my lugnuts on,they were all way to tight

My girl friend took my car for tire rotation, They told her they found some spot on my tire that we have to get a new set of tire for the safety. I went ahead got 4 tires and alignment. My car came back with 3 new tires NOT EVEN THE SAME BRAND THEY TOLD US, and 1 old one on, and alignment is still off. They told her they didn't have 4 new tires in stock and one old one is like new, it would be waste of money (really?).

I have always had a good experience with Tell City tire. Went in today for a simple tire rotation right before they closed, and they were able to squeeze me in.

Bill was very helpful. They took my vehicle right away and put new tires on it. Will use them for all my tire needs.
