Good family owned business. Friendly and helpful people. I use these guys over the chain places for many reasons. They seem to carry at least two levels of quality products for their customers. One to compete with the chains and one to cater to the customers looking for quality.

I go in here for the comedic effect, but the knowledge is the main reason... these guys know me and my cars and ready to do whatever it takes to get what I need.

Very helpful people very considerate they usually have what nobody else does when I go to AutoZone and I need something they don't have AutoZone always sends me there I recommend them highly

Needed a battery in the 91 Mark VII so I went to Schaefer and Paulin. I was waited on immediately upon entering the store by Al. I was out the door and on my way in 10 minutes. It can take that long waiting to be spoken to at AutoZone or Oreileys.
