I just wanna give a shout-out to Harley,Amanda & Allen for all of their knowledge and experience they have truly been a huge help with me working on an older Dodge so definitely rates more than 5 stars but they earned it!

These people can and do......give you Good news....or even the bad news immediately...as far as a check engine light goes...is it a minor code ? Loose gas cap is what I got this morning. Could have been much worse....but I have time to arrange a maintenance shop visit... financially plan on a major fix....but not today ....piece of mind with O'reilly's diagnostic on the spot of my check engine light.

Just stopped in for a 36 mm socket to remove the fuel filter on my semi truck i had the filters changed yesterday at a truck stop and they failed to put the oring on the filter housing these guys didn't have the filter or oring in stock but they called a local truck maintenance guy who did he brought the oring i needed to me and didn't even charge me for it thank you for going the extra mile.

Usually if the competitors act a fool or parts not in stock, flip flop. Although, o'reilly's is my favorite. Especially the tell city store.

Will not go back in there unless absolutely no other choice counter people don't have the slightest idea of what is going on computer don't show it . It's not available any longer even though your looking right at it
