Very trustworthy, kind, and thorough. If they miss something like while doing an oil change, they're great about quickly fixing it. They care about their customers and have reasonable prices. I've been going here for over 3 years now, and I will definitely keep going back here for my vehicle maintenance!

Fair prices and great service. We became stranded in Syracuse because of a breakdown with our vehicle. Kendall did everything he could to get the parts and repairs done as quickly as possible so that we did not have to extend our stay.

The guys are always nice and very polite and if I have questions they answer them for me and they take care of my car for me if I need it they usually get me in within a couple of days if I need something to do on my car and I've always trusted them with all of my cars

I had a wheel bearing go out on my Nissan Frontier near Syracuse on a Friday afternoon. I live an hour away from Syracuse and was in a jam. Monteith"s worked we in , found my part and had me on my way so that I was home before 5 pm. Thank you very much. My dog thanks you too.

Long wait time for front end alignment. 25 Nov dropped off the car for the alignment, they were suppose to call when it was done but didn't so I called only to find it was ready to be picked up for quite a while. That's not the worst part. The work was never completed, and I payed $75, and I had to drive all the way back to Wyoming with an unsafe alignment. when I got back to Wyoming I took it to Brakes Plus and was told the front tires toed in, which is what I told Monteith's when I dropped the car off.

Mike and his team do a great job. They've never steered us wrong and we raised four kids so lots of tires have been repaired and replaced there on a budget!

The Monteith brand is still family owned with excellent customer service, and employees that actually seem to care about your experience. To top it all off, prices are fair.

Helpful and courteous. Got me in and out quickly. Be sure to ask about out the door prices. Extra fee are added to the cost of the tire.

They went WAY out of their way to patch my daughters tire even though we got there at closing time and they still had 4 more vehicles to do. Highly recommended!!

We had gone in to get something fixed and they tried to get us to buy something that had nothing to do with the problem and they didn't actually do anything besides mess around and the problem is stillessed up I talked to a retired mechanic and he says not to go back!

Tire rotation for 13.00 and they always work fast, on time. Same staff for years and years. Nice waiting area.
