Patrick, the owner, is attentive and conscientious. We drive older cars to avoid car payments, so we need more than routine maintenance sometimes. He discusses things with us first and we trust him.

Best auto service best curb apeal and the best owners patrick is an awesome guy has come a long way and looks to b doing something with his life way to go the place needs a little more advertising its kinda hidden but im sure their already overloaded with work just people need a good guy like patrick to be honest and truthful and fair. Theirs definetly no other mechanic like him keep it up

These guys are honest mechanics who will give you a fair price and get the job done right the first time. I recommend them highly. Most especially if you are looking for a go-to mechanic that can be trusted.I ve lived in Kosciusko county for almost 48 years and tried just about every mechanic/shop here and more. Parker Brown s Garage is probably the best in northern Indiana and more. You won t regret taking your vehicle to them. Ask for Patrick.

I will not return, I had a question about brake repairs Parker performed. He said he does not appreciate me questioning his work. The brakes went out after he "repaired the brake system" after 500 miles. He charged me almost $2000.00 and used bailing wire to rig up existing springs rather than fix properly. I'm just glad I didn't get killed or another motorist wasn't injured or worse because he thought it was good enough.Services: Brakes, Brake service & repair

Had a new clutch put in our jeep. Didnt seem right so we took it back. Was told clutch was fine but needed more work done. After 2 years and the ability to shift deteriorated took it back and was told it needed a new transmission at a price tag of over 2000. Because we had over a 1000 dollars in it already we took it for a second opinion. Found out the clutch had been installed incorrectly. 2 out of the 6 bolts were loose, missing clips and it was a cheap clutch. Paid 800 for a new clutch and the Jeep drives amazing. This business didn't return my call once I had the information on how the clutch was installed incorrectly. THIS BUSINESS DOESN'T STAND BY THEIR WORK!!
