The staff was knowledgeable and friendly. We had great service. We broke a leaf spring on our 5th wheel travel trailer with the other 3 about to break. We pulled in at 8am on July 3rd without an appointment. They got the parts and had us back on the road that afternoon. We were from Michigan on our way to Oklahoma. Thanks for saving us Here and There RV.

They all were amazing ! Had a slideout issue on my 2022 grey wolf, with multiple camping trips coming up I was worried I wouldn t get it back in time. They had me fixed up and back on the road in just a week! The mechanics came out and talked to me before service and after it was complete which I thought was above and beyond, this will be the only place I ever take my camper. Great people and great service! The whole team was great for me, thanks guys!

Set an appointment to get an inspection done, making sure the company was aware the rv is our home and we couldn't drop it off. Please be aware we have had the same inspection done in 2019, forever warranty. When we arrived we were told there would be an additional $75 charge to get it done the same day. Please be sure to ask about extra charges before you pull in the drive. The office personnel accused us being entitled, really, I believe when you make an appointment for time and date to have work done that's what it means. Be aware of extra changes

We dropped our high end fifth wheel of for some routine maintenance and have a few other concerns looked at. They seemed very organized at the the time of drop off with forms to fill out for what we wanted done during the visit and contact info for us. We received a phone call two business days later with an estimate for repairs. These repairs covered several of our concerns however the largest concern which was a water leak in the slide out area was not mentioned. Instead of diagnosing where the water was coming from they attempted to sell us on replacement of the slide out floor for rot which there is zero evidence of. We told them we would pass on this large repair now until we investigate it further. The other largest item we had requested at time of drop off was to have the roof re-sealed. The quote for this work seemed reasonable so I authorized them to proceed. I called back moments later and confirmed that matching color roof sealant would be used. Without hesitation I was told yes. A few short days later I was called and told we could pick up the unit. Upon arrival I climbed on the roof to inspect the work. While overall quality of the workmanship looked good it was the complete wrong color. We have a tan colored roof and now we have bright white lap sealant on every seem. When I went inside to discuss the matter with the staff I was met by an owner the was extremely rude and went as far as to try and throw me off the property and curse at me. At the completion of the argument I did not pay for the roof work only the other services. I trusted these folks with my vacation home and would strongly discourage you from doing the same.Service: Body & Trim

We've stored our camper at Here or There since we bought it in 2018. In fact, we were their first year-round storage customers. They are always very helpful, going above and beyond.They always have RVs there working on them, but I think their turn-around time for repairs is pretty quick (provided needed parts can be obtained quickly).Tony, Tammy, Tom and the rest of the gang will take care of your RV!

My wife, two young kids, dog and I were in a bind being 5 hours away from our hometown. We recently started full time RVing and had some plumbing and electrical issues. The amazing team at Here or There RV Repair made us a priority and got us in within a few days. All issues were resolved within the same day including new tires which we didn't plan, but noticed was much needed. If you are in need of RV servicing and are in the area, this is a MUST USE repair shop!Services: Tires, Electrical

I have to say up till 2 years ago the service was great and Tony and his staff were great to deal with I would have given 4.5 stars. In the past 2 years everything we have had worked on has had to go back to be corrected. In some cases more than 1 return trip. We will not be using their facility going forward.

Had a slide problem on a 2017 Solitude. Tom said they could fix it - came in a little under the estimate- in half the time they said it would take. Work was great and complete. Here or There will be my go to shop from now on! Thanks Tom and team. Well done!

Friendly and honest service put us on the road with our (new to us) Motorhome ! The reasonable price on the 90 point inspection put us at ease with our purchase. The repairs needed were completed quickly.The wonderful staff were just what this newbie needed to step into the realm of first time RV owner! They saved us both time and money !!!!!

The main door to the camper unlocked and left open. They lost the battery cover for our battery. My husband was quoted to different prices for our forever warrenty inspection. Antifreeze was all over the counter from them testing water and dewinterizing. Sloppy!

We paid $1,800 for a 90-point inspection and to fix a vent on the roof that was leaking on our camper in late March. Before our first trip May, my husband discovered that the water filter was cracked (would have been discovered during an inspection of the water flow). Then when we got the part, my husband tried to run water through the camper and found a leak where a hose had broken in the bathroom (something that also would have been discovered during a 90-point inspection). So we had to drive back to the dealer and pay $180 to fix it. When we camped last weekend, it started raining and leaking in the camper from the same vent we had paid to get fixed. When we got home and called, they asked us to bring the camper back a third time. We refused so they sent a repair guy to our house to fix it. Luckily, they didn t charge us a second time to fix what they were supposed to do in the first place.I would not waste your time or money here. They are very unreliable.

I had a problem with my Oasis hot water heater periorder heater. No one else would help me and I'll and I pulled off the highway and they fixed Me up liquidity split. I was so grateful and appreciative. Customer service at its best when no one else does it anymore

This place rocks!!! My step-father was stranded on the side of the highway with locked RV brakes. Apparently a pin connector had disengage and got lost in his journey (his words..not the mechanics...in case I said that incorrectly).My step-father didn't know how to fix the situation without the part, and couldn't abandon the trailer in the middle of the road. I called several places within 20miles of my step-father while he contacted a state trooper.This was the ONLY place where an actual person answered the phone (and on the 2nd ring)! And on top of that he called my step-father directly, so he could talk him through a temporary solution to get off the hwy safely. You just don't get great human service like this anymore, so if you need some place knowledgeable, kind, and helpful with you're trailer and RV needs...I would say without hesitation to call this location.Service: Brakes

I was beyond lucky to find these guys! We were staying at Camp Jellystone, Lake Monroe (Bloomington). My wife and the golf cart had an incident with the camper's awning. I got a hold of these guys 10 minutes before they closed on a Saturday morning. And they still made the hour trip to us in order to make the repair.I'm very pleased with my experience with these guys, and I will definitely keep them on speed dial in case I ever need them again.

We took our Keystone Montana in for service here. The main reason was a refrigerator that was flashing a L1-OP code. After we received the bill and attempted to turn this into GoodSam for our warranty The refrigeration company they used (Etters Refrigeration) to fix this gave some shady excuse as to why we could not get a parts and labor breakdown so GoodSam denied our claim. We swallowed this and moved on. We went to Nashville this past week and soon as we hooked up, you guessed it, the same code flashed and our fridge was dead. After some qualified help at Camping World and Cullen RV in Nashville, we got it resolved. We are very dissatisfied with the service, we feel we were gouged on the price and we fell the entire deal on the refrigerator repair was shady at best. When I left the RV there the last thing that was said was that we will take care of you. YES YOU DID !!! Problem for you is we tell 10 people about good service and 100's about bad.

Absolutely the best rv repair shop in Hendricks county (Indy west side). Fair and honest with great pricing for work done. Traveling through from Montana going home to Florida they solved our problems.

These guys work on just about anything that has wheels but if course RV's are their specialty.Eric was very helpful, got me in and out in a timely fashion even gave me direction on my camper roof even though it wasn't what I went there for.I would definitely go back & also recommend Here or There.

The guy that answered the phone was nice but they couldn't help me with a replacement Key for my 5th wheel. He advised me to go on EBAY & type the # on my key in to get the right match. Had no problems

Once again Tony and his crew took great care of us...they have that mom and pop shop feel..friendly, helpful and resourceful. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM FOR ANYTHING YOU NEED DONE!!!!! Not like other "big Rv service" they are knowledgable and very professional but still personable. Quick reliable service that won't break the bank.. we will never go anywhere else and strongly recommend everyone to check these guys out..THANK YOU
