We had a really bad week. We moved from Michigan to Missouri. We lost our trailer on our way to Missouri with our sawmill in it. They were so kind and really helped us out. We couldn't be more grateful to everyone at this business. So thank you.

Four of us were on a girl's weekend when our alternator went out. We were barely able to coast into the parking lot when it died completely. The good Lord definitely directed our path because they were able to order the part, install it & get us back on the road in less than an hour!!Thank you & please let Matt know we're praying for his recovery.

This is a thief towing company, the truck cab was stolen, I can only suspect this towing company, because the towing company has the only key, we lost the truck navigation, a mobile phone, and of course money in the wallet!As a full-time employee of a trucking company, which truck driver would carry $5,000 in cash on behalf of his company? As a full-time truck driver, it is common for trucks to break down on the road, and I often need tow truck service. I have never encountered any difficulties or obstacles when it comes to payment, but this tow truck company has set up various payment obstacles to make things difficult for me. , It also makes things difficult for my dispatcher and boss, no credit cards, checks, or commercial drafts. In short, various hints that the towing company hopes to collect cash. In the final operation, I had to go back 6 hours to pick it up. Cash, finally you only have one option to pay in cash! My boss has called to inquire before, but this towing company has no reminders about paying cash. They want you to delay more time so that they can charge more. I seriously suspect that this towing company is evading taxes. I I will report it to the IRS!There is only one lady who is relatively polite, and all the men are rude. I never ask Indiana to be as tolerant as California, but basic politeness and morals should be there, right? Unfortunately, the answer is no!

I had a flat tire on I-70 west bound and limped into their garage. They didn't have a tire for me but they put on my spare. Courteous, efficient and very reasonable. I was grateful they were there

Great Place, I needed my antique firetruck towed home. Prompt service, very respectful of my truck. Dropped it right at my door. No problems, Will use them again.

I had axel damage on my 53ft trailer. Although I was carrying a 47,000 pound load they amazingly got me to there shop & got me repaired quickly, at a decent price. Was coming back from Greenwood and was on 42 in Crown Center there's that sharp turn and I noticed a vehicle in corn field and called them to pull the box truck out

Drivers were proficient at their job and nice. But I work as an independent contractor and had no contractual agreement with Curtis towing for their services. Their agreement was with the brokerage of the load that they took off my trailer. Their driver had no right to hold my truck stationary until they received payment.

I called probably 6 different towing companies in the area. Curtis Garage & Wrecker were the only ones available and able to get this out-of-stater safely to a tire shop. The driver even offered and dropped me off at my hotel. I definitely hope to never have to use them again, but boy am I glad they were there for me. Cannot recommend any higher!Service: Local hauling

I ve had very good experiences using them. They have the latest and best tools for the job, properly trained and experienced mechanics and operators. Very hard to find these days. They definitely make safety priority number one. Highly recommend! They also have a rare superpower around there called common sense.

Don t believe the hype this man is not a good person!!A free tow turned into this guy being a real piece of work. Kept changing the price on us, would only take cash, My mom who at the time had recently suffered from a stroke was on medication for bleeding in the brain was forced to sleep outside in the rain because the owner wouldn t let us get her meds or the money out of the van he towed. Which was supposed to be free mind you. Two days of this "man s" mind games until his employees took pity and let us take the van and afterwords made threats that he was "going to get that van" and "we re never going to get back to California if he has anything to say about it " he even had an employee follows from Indiana to Missouri and he tried to run us of the road.

They go above and beyond. Sam was professional, courteous and helpful. I was stranded along the side of Interstate 70 with a flat tire after hitting a pothole in the road. He made sure I got out of my car safely and into the wrecker, loaded my car and got us off the interstate. He called three places to find me a new tire and took me to that town so I could get it put on. He was friendly and put me at ease and made the situation not seem as bad. I definitely recommend them! Had a tire stem break. Drove off the interstate and the guys jumped right on it. Had me fixed and back on the road in no time flat... Great group..

Got me and my truck off the road pretty quick and the driver I don't remember his name but he was awesome. Very professional but down to earth. That's hard to find these days.

The guys over at Curtis were very friendly and fixed my issue. I thought I had some major damage to my truck but after they looked it over they called the same day to let me know what the issues were. Turned out to be minor and I was able to pick it up the next day. The price was completely fair. Mike was awesome and up front. Definitely will take another vehicle there again if needed. My truck is running like brand new!

One of our driver had a brake issue on his trailer. Luckily he was right on the exit where Curtis garage located. Called them,they said they were about to close but they decided to take him in. Out within 15 minutes.Good pricing too!

We were on I-70 and had a flat tire and couldn't get the tire to come off. We called several garages and no one wanted to help, too far for them. Then I got ahold of Curtis garage and he didn't hesitate to help, but as he was on his way a trucker stopped and removed the tire. I am still very grateful that he attempted to come and help and would have. Thank you Curtis garage.

They are wonderful. We dealt with JT after our car broke down in Indiana on our way home to New York. He dropped my husband and daughter off at the motel and picked my husband up when the car was done. They drove to go get the part so we could get back on the road. You should definitely give them your business.

The lady that answers the phone and takes your money is the rudest person I've ever dealt with. We had to travel 3 hours to come to pick up a vehicle. She made us wait until it was closing time and told us that we owed more than what she said we owed when we called her. Her comment was well I get about 35.00 you'll have to come back tomorrow. Do not use this company, very unprofessional.

I broke down 1/2 mile from their shop. I was trying to use all kinds of nationally recognized road services but no one would come help. So I got on google as you who are reading this review may yourself be doing. I give them a call and the Owner jumps in his truck to come and see if he can help. He did come up with a solution and got me repaired enough to limp down the ramp to his shop. They repaired it next day. FAIR prices and EXCELLENT service..PS the night I broke down the owner even ran me to a hotel 20 mile round trip for him.

I was told my car would be towed to the shop in the morning, and by the time 3pm rolls around my vehicle is still sitting in the driveway. I call and they go on to tell me that they are behind because of a heavy volume of wrecks they have been responding to. Now that is completely fine, but from a customer's standpoint I would expect that the business would call to let the customer know this. They tell me they will be out later for my vehicle..okay fair enough. Now here it is 8:55pm and my vehicle is still sitting in the driveway...no phone call from the company. To say I am disappointed is an understatement.

Driving from MI to MO on a Sunday I got a flat and couldn t get one of my lug nuts off no matter what I did. These guys did me a solid. Good people! I am so thankful for their help.

Josh and Sam were very caring and courteous and were able to get our vehicle, our car trailer, along with me, my husband and our dog, towed to a facility that could service our needs. We are truly grateful for their diligent efforts which helped to ease our weary minds

Great service, I was stranded on 267 in Plainfield last night and the wrecker arrived very fast. I was prepared for a 40+ minute wait coming from Little Point up to Plainfield but he arrived in about 15-20 minutes and was extremely helpful and courteous. I was pretty upset considering my baby (my car) had just died on me, I don't know his name but he calmed me down and made sure I had a ride home. Great people. I will continue to do business with them and reccomend others to use them. Thanks!!!

We had just passed Cloverdale at about 10 pm on a Friday when a trucker flashing his lights alerted us to the fact that a were trailing a long line of thick, black smoke, which was pouring from one of the wheels on our 5th wheel camper. We immediately pulled over and called for roadside assistance.It wasn't much later before Mike showed up from Curtis Garage & Wrecker. He took the wheel apart and showed us that the brake adjuster became unseated, which heated the wheel and led to the smoke. We needed new brakes, but the mechanic wouldn't be on duty until Monday. We explained that we live in our camper and were just passing through. Mike said we could camp in the lot at the garage (no charge) until the mechanic fixed the brakes on Monday. That worked out perfectly for us, so Mike made the wheel safe for the quick drive to the garage, we enjoyed a weekend of free camping, and Deacon got us on our way Monday at 4 pm.They did a great job on the brakes, and also replaced two older tires for us. It was especially great that they were willing to accommodate the additional needs of full-time RVers.

My truck broke down right at there exit. I limped it to their shop. Hose had blown. The fixed it and had me rolling in an hour. Great job!! Great service!! Fair price.

Curtis Towing responded to an accident we were in on westbound I-70 out of Indianapolis. Very professional & courteous. There office staff was very helpful & professional. I would recommend them for all your towing needs. Thanks once again. Steve & Debby Kuhn
