12/11/23 I stopped in for an evening PM. Billy Wilson and the boys took good care of me right away. They had great communication and were very thorough. Billy took me to inspect the oil level and also a quick peek that all filters were new and properly installed. They checked all my heavy fluids. I was very impressed not only with their professionalism but the way they actually cared about doing quality work. Southern Tire Mart is lucky to have these boys! I am quite lucky to have had them take care of my truck.

Excellent service, my experience today @ this Southern Tire Mart was great! Sean, Tyler and the wonderful young lady (I didn't get her name) that works the front desk were all very helpful. They answered all of my questions, gave me great advice on tire maintenance for my truck and you can tell that they really cared about making sure I had the best experience there and they accomplished it. I was also happy they had a huge inventory of the brand(s) of drive tires that I was looking to purchase. They were very knowledgeable of each brand that I had a question about. 5 Star experience!!!

My parents were returning to Ohio from a trip to Kansas when the battery on their jeep died on the highway around 7pm. The staff at Southern Tire mart was kind enough to drive my parents to a local auto store to get a new battery and helped my dad with replacing the battery on his truck even though they were about to close. They later discovered the alternator needed to also be replaced and the staff made sure to take my dad back to the auto store to get a new alternator as well. Much appreciation to the staff at Southern Tire Mart! The secretary and mechanic were very professional and very willing to assist. I would recommend their company to anyone in need.

Well, it was the first time I have stopped at a Southern Tire Mart and will be the last. I needed to get my fuel filters changed out and was shocked to hear that they charged $187.00 to do a 15-20 min job. If I wasn't pressed for time, and didn't want to take a chance in breaking down on the road, I would have changed them myself. I really didn't have any other choice. Not to mention they charged $37.00 for garbage Baldwin filters. Sorry but you won't be seeing me stop at any of these shops in the future. Heads up, if any of you drivers need to get your fuel filters changed, simply go to TA or Speedco. It will cost you under $50.00 and you will get your choice between quality Luberfiner or Fleet guard filters.....not the up charged garbage Baldwin filters.

Amazing shop to work with. Had a major issue with trailer and they on a weekend uninstalled a hub enabling me to find the parts that I needed so I could get it repaired. They installed the parts I brought them and were more then fair with the pricing. Every employee I spoke to was great with communication easy to understand and able to have a conversation with. I would recommend anyone to stop in if you need any work. The techs in the weekend Brittany and Brian were very quick uninstalling parts and getting me out of the shop and back on the way to getting home for the holiday. The tech (Billy) who installed the new parts was thorough and made sure things were installed correctly. The office staff Kathy and Anthony were amazing to work with and communicated with me through the whole thing. I will be stopping back in and giving them as many referrals as I can. Thank you very much and I appreciate everything you did to go above and beyond what you needed to do.

The staff here is priceless! A fellow volunteer Fireman, and myself flew to New York from missouri, to get a donated firetruck after a horrific fire, took out our station and all seven of our trucks. We ran into trouble, And the staff here didn t hesitate to jump right in and help. Sean and Tyler, the two technicians got busy assessing the situation, and looking for parts on a late Saturday as well as Jennifer at the front desk. Typically a firetruck is not something that they normally work on but after a call to the manager, Anthony, and some insight from him they jumped right in and got us back on the road to missouri.

So I had a load from Houston, TX to Shelby,OH. Weather at this time got down to -11. So Saturday I made Flying J my reset point. Throughout this weather freeze my air dryer froze. I woke up Monday to get fuel and never made it past the fuel pump. To tow my truck 100 yards was $250 which seemed quite reasonable considering other quo. I finally had my trailer dropped and truck pulled into the shop. I was helped by Wezlee, Chris, Kathy and Billy whom were very hospitable. Sat there all day and finally reached a decision that o had to get a motel. Wezlee kindly drove me to Walmart and then a motel for the night. I m very impressed with how they treated me. Thank you team!!!!

Billy Wilson came out and replaced a tire on my trailer on Memorial Day. He was on time professional and knew what he was doing. In my long career of driving it was nice to see someone actually use a torque wrench to be sure everything was secure. Great job Billy

Stopped in to get my mid trip inspection. Krystian did a thorough job, doing a REAL inspection. Top notch professional from the mechanics to Amanda, the receptionist. Friendly and fast, reasonably priced. Am a true customer for life. Thanks you made my day!

I blew a tandem tire about 90 minutes ago and was stuck on and Lip off ramp. Southern Tire sent a technician out less than 45 minutes after it was called on. Billy was skilled and competent. He changed the tire, straightened out the mud flap bracket and replaced the mud flap in about 30 minutes. Thanks, Billy, now I'm back to turning miles!Randal RaszickShaffer Trucking

Book a room, it will be a while. Almost 6 hours for a wheel seal. Between putting first tire back on and second tire on and jack taken out it was only 42 minutes. With three guys on the job. Will not be returning, and would not advise anyone that has to be anywhere that day to stop there

I showed up for PM SERVICE. They told me to drop my trailer and come inside with bobtail. They opened my hood and went in. Than the lady called me and told me that they don t have oil filters for my truck and we have to CHARGE $220just to bring the filters from market. Really???? AVOID THEM Don t waste your time here

Tried to charge me $120 extra to balance 1 steer tire because it was Saturday but if it was a weekday it would only cost $36 and didn't tell me until the truck was jacked up in the air
