I was on the way home from a road trip when my car started rattling. I pulled off at an exit, and Davis happened to be there. I explained the situation and asked if they could look at it to let me know if it was safe to continue driving. Two of their mechanics spent 15-20 min looking under the hood and under the car. They assured me it was nothing dangerous and could wait to be looked at further. I fully expected to pay them for their time, but they told me there was no charge and sent me on my way. Businesses like this are hard to find these days, and I will definitely keep them in mind should I need something in that area again. Grateful for the peace of mind they gave me. Highly recommended.

While traveling for work we had a tire blow out! Davis was very helpful on the phone, Excellent response and customer service. Our driver confirmed the tire shop had the proper tire to get us back on the road before he off loaded us. I was shocked at our bill as I expected it to be extremely higher! We appreciated the assistance and everything they did for us!

How can you charge me $257.25. for doing absolutely nothing??? These repairs shops doesn t care about truckers. I specifically when in for a particular issue, I wanted my cooling sensor problem solved. But the mechanic ignored my request and decided to diagnose my truck just to tell me I needed to be towed all because they will be the same people that would have towed the truck. If I told you what is wrong with the already isn t that what you supposed to work on fixing? RIPOFF SMH.

Getting work done on the road is always a bit nerve racking, worrying about getting the work done right for a fair price. No worries here. Excellent group of people and company. Did great work finding the electrical short in my trailer and repairing it. Everyone was pleasant and professional. 10/10 would recommend

Had a transmission problem in my tractor trailer and had to get a tow from Davis. The response time to me was insanely fast, and the driver couldn't have been more friendly and professional. Highly recommend to anyone who needs their services.

We were driving through Indiana on our way to Ohio and we were hit by a loose tire on I70. Luke took great care of us. He got us and our car where we needed to be quickly and easily. 2 weeks ago, hit a deer. Called our roadside assistance. They sent out Davis Towing. Very grateful for the entire time with the guys from Davis.My truck needed towed. The wrecker came out. They arrived to help me with a flat tire quickly I was surprised how fast they got to me. I wish I could remember their names but they were very kind to me which meant a lot being as I was stranded pretty far from home. Every single emoloyee I encountered was very very kind and so helpful. Great people!

Caught a bolt in a tire on I70 EB... Wrecker was there within 15 minutes. I didn't have tool to remove my spare on my truck so they towed us back to the shop, and quickly got us back on the road. I highly recommend Davis towing and tire service.. professional, friendly, and reasonably priced...Give them a call!!!

We were traveling with an RV when the radiator sprung a leak, Davis Towing offered to repair it when I called after a recommendation from the Ford dealer in Richmond. They kept it plugged in so food in our refrigerator would not spoil as we continued with our trip. All the men who checked it out when we pulled in were cordial and helpful, explained what was broken and how long it would take to get parts. Especialy enjoyed visiting with Sean. They had no problem with the RV setting on their lot until we returned. We would highly recommend their services.

I'd give them more than 5 stars if it was an option! We had a tire blow out on our uhaul trailer traveling from Sout Carolina back to Indianapolis on Easter Sunday. We were only 40 minutes from home and luckily this facility was where we pulled over at. They were able to replace the damaged wheel and tire with a new one and did it extremely quick!! Very professional, friendly, and fast! Thank you for getting us back on the road so quickly! I hope we didn't pull you away from your family for too long.

Our hitch broke off our coach on I 70 west just inside Indiana. Scott cut the small amount of metal holding hitch. Secured coach so we could drive it. Towed our car hauler while we followed. I had a flat tire on 70 tonight ,it was dark and cold and I was alone. Called Davis Towing, they arrived quickly. I was so glad to see them! Jordan was amazing and was so nice. They had to tow my car and when I arrived at their shop everyone was so nice. I can not thank you all enough. They did not have a tire to fit my car so they put my spare on for me. I would highly recommend using Davis Towing, amazing customer service!Service: Tire change

KINDHELPFULEFFICIENT!My husband pulling a 24 foot trailer from Illinois to North Carolina. Tires started smoking and he pulled in. Intentions were to buy a grease gun, but they provided a grease gun and grease. NO CHARGE. He left but didn't get far and the tires started smoking again. He went back and they had him pull into a bay. They went right to work! Explained his brakes were shot and they replaced his wheel bearings. 45 minutes later, he was back on the interstate! These guys take care of you! Customer service is their priority! Thank you for taking care of my husband!!

Meeting the staff at Davis towing came by unideal circumstances. My truck engine blew on the highway. I feel the staff went above and beyond normal assistance to help me out .. from driving me to a hotel, finding a diesel specialist mechanic, arranging a ride to the bus terminal for me toget home .. and making sure i had something to eat.. wonderful helpful people i now call friends

10% and many new charges will be added to your Bill.The worst shop in US and Canda .Do go don't go.A trailer tire was 150 at the phone call.I ended up with a bill of 725$.What is this.

Great service team! Online callback was extremely quick and always professional employees that have been nothing besides respectful and thorough work! My go to for alot more than just tire and tow. I order my auto parts from Davis too!

Warning don t even think about letting them touch your truck, there just going to take your money and run and tell you a bunch of lies, there isn t anyone there accountable they will run you around in circles with excuses and flat out lies, I came there a simple fix had to find my own part they claimed there s a part shortage, I left with multiple codes and my issue wasn t fix as they claimed, made it to Highway the compressor they installed brand new blew out, take your chances if you want....

Excellent service! We had 2 flats on our travel trailer sitting on the shoulder of I-70. After several calls to our insurance roadside assistance, I realized they had no clue and would be no help... they actually asked me to reschedule due to lack of available assistance in my current area! I called Davis Towing, they said they could be out soon, changed both tires, lead us back to the shop to check our break system and remount a spare and even offered their lot to park for the night! Great group of guys! Highly recommend!

Went directly to their facility to check on a low pressure tire on the trailer. It came out to be the stem valve. Then I requested to check the pressure on all tractor tires and make them 110psi.Thank God and His Holy Mother I did that because in the afternoon, Wisconsin state police made a level 4 inspection at the weigh station on I94, checking my brakes.Good job for the Davis personnel! Thank you!!God bless you!!Safe roads!

Just don t . Find a better place than these guys. I had a starter problem, the maximum hours to change a starter is 2, but these guys charged me for 6 hours. Who the hell changes a starter for 6 hours? At one time, they all left but still said it was on working hour zone.A chamber takes maximum an hour to change or around 30 minutes, but charges me for 2.5 hrs.That was not the worse part. After they change the started, most engine lights came on, and they told me it is not their job.

I know a few people that work there and I know Bruce. I was going to get a tow but was told there was a two hour wait. And I do understand that they get really busy at times. I was stuck along 40 with a blow out on my bike in 90 degree weather of course on new black top. But I got ahold of my son to bring a trailer for us. I will still use Davis in the future.

My transmission was starting to go out. They willingly checked everything for free and if it wasn t gonna take over a week I would ve had them fix it. Instead I took it home. Extremely friendly people
