Nice people like going to them because they are affordable and reasonable with prices an overall they did a great job with my car so I'll keep going back to this place everytime my car needs something like i said good on prices

Pete's shop was able to correct the issues my car had after someone stole my catalytic converter. Among other things. He showed me exactly what needed to be done and finished it in a timely manner without emptying my bank account. Thanks Pete

Stuff never gets fixed if you take it in there. My niece took her Jeep in there three different times and I still never even fixed it her 3 to 400 dollars she went in there and let you never did get fixed the check engine light still on and she still has no heat that was the reason why she went in there and it never got fixed. So I took it upon myself to fix and it was an actuator for the blend door was what was wrong with it the whole time and I didn't charge her any thing. So watch where you take your vehicles

Trash ! He supposedly fixed my heater 3 times . Still broken. Took my converter as he does many . Fixed my husband car 3 times brakes 2 times free because of shoty work . He had husband jeep for months nothing fixed had to go get it and he admitted he failed. Shoty work and women hater

Great service.I ve been here twice for different vehicles and have always received great service and a beyond fair price for the jobs performedJobs were done quick and efficiently and held well.Welds didn t look bad or like they d fail anytime soonThey basically did the entire exhaust2 new catalytic converters and brand new true duals and x pipe from the exhaust manifold out to the back for under 400 dollars.I d recommend strongly for any exhaust needs you may have.Service: Exhaust

My Dad is a long-time customer of Pete and his crew, and I can't tell you how much these guys mean to me; they ensure my Dad, who will be 80 in 2 weeks, gets back and forth safely with the quality of work they do on his vehicles-at very fair prices!The most amazing thing about Pete and his crew is their personal service; I live far away and only get to see my Dad on the weekends, but I know, from his own mouth, that"Pete and those guys down there treat me just like family, and I can always count on them."

Pete's shop is a joke now I paid them 400 dollars to do make brakes on my suv and they forgot to tighten the bolts that held my brakes on so i went back to them and they rigged it and then 4 days later my back driver side brake came off the car as I was driving with my kid in it please if you have family or people you really care about don't send your car to Pete's because they rig alot of stuff or if you leave something in your car someone will steal it this place should be shut down for the safety of people the only reason why this place is still in business is because it's in a small town

I drive from Bloomington to Spencer to have work done on my car at Pete's. Super Friendly and super affordable. This shop saved me hundreds both times I have had my car serviced here

Visited Pete's Muffler after a friend's recommendation. They started on the car immediately at the scheduled time. Precisely found the root cause for the leak and repaired it for a very fair price. Highly recommended.

This shop is a diamond in the rough. I have a 2006 Toyota Prius which required a fair amount of repairs... there was an issue with the air conditioning, an issue with the motor constantly idling when it usually turned off at stop lights or waiting in traffic. The final issue was that the brake light, ABS, (!) and VSC lights were on. Pete was able to address the issue related to the air conditioning (bad o-ring) and the issue with the engine idling (carbon buildup in intake) for a total of $50 and everything is working well thank you Pete s Economy Muffler! The issue with the brakes had to be addressed by another shop because he did not have the machine that was equipped to reset the sensors and computers within the prius which was understandable. Would 100% definitely come back if something I cannot fix becomes an issue in the future! A++++++++++++++++

I have been gone from Spencer for almost 9 years and have yet to find an auto repair that even begins to compare with what Pete and Ed do. Best I have ever used.

I have always taken my vehicles to Pete. The guys always have done a good job at fixing the problem and getting me on the road again.
