Prepaid and ordered a part that would be in the next day, drove there , no part, next day , no part and then the 4th day asked for a refund when they couldn t produce the part and was told to come back with my receipt even though it was in the system prepaid and preordered . What a waste of time and energy.

I went to autozone to get a windshield wiper replaced. The salesman, James Moore went above and beyond to help me. I will visit this store again. Excellent service!

Every time I ve gone in here the staff have been very kind and helpful. It s rare to experience such great customer service nowadays! I rolled in last night just 45min before they were closing with a bad battery and they were willing to test it and place the new one in without complaint. Very thankful and will always go here anytime I need auto parts.

Three people in line at cash register, the person at front had a long, involved return leaving the second employee looking at a computer screen.. looking .. looking.. looking .. took him 5 minutes to look at getting out of helping those in line but lo and behold, customers did mean more than a computer screen. These people are not friendly and take too long to assist at check out. Or finding an item.. "it's on that wall" said the man looking at hundreds of items in that direction. Thanks for the help. Go back to your computer screen.

Night shift manager jeremy is lazy and refuses to help customers. That's the only negative thing I have to say. Other than that the rest of the staff is helpful, respectful, and very willing to lend a hand to get you back on the road.

I ordered online for curbside pickup. When I arrived and called, they refused to bring my things out. I went into the store and the manager, Quinton, wasn't wearing a mask as well as at least 5 other customers. The employees that were wearing masks were not wearing them properly. Super disappointed that they can't seem to follow the basic procedures to keep their community safe.

Variety of items to choose from. But they say they price match but win u take in another stores price for them to match it they say that's too much we ,can't match that. U either do or u don't not at the workers descression.

I was in Spencer today for meeting when my dash lights came on and my car started making a very loud banging noise I panicked. I pulled in to AutoZone expecting not a lot of help. In steps Alex. He knew exactly what to do and because they are not a repair shop he sent me to the best person in town to check out my vehicle. The customer service he provided me was absolutely outstanding. He was knowledgeable and professional. I just cannot say enough good about my experience today. Thank you Alex for being so kind and patient. You represent your company in the best possible way.

Great service. Had a stripped lug nut and needed replacement parts as well as a tool to remove the stripped nuts. The tool was available at the store and they ordered my replacement lugs. They were in store, as promised the next day. Spencer Autozone is my go to place for all my automotive needs.

Extremely helpful staff. They knew exactly where to find what I needed and I was back out in about five minutes. Prices are reasonable and they have lots of generic options if you're price-conscious.

It's an AutoZone, so you know what they sell. The customer service leaves a bit to want for. One was fantastic, and gave me a good deal on a knife to buy. The others are only friendly if they know I think.

Katie made me stay 30 minutes to order car parts, I called the next day and my parts weren't ordered. I had to order them again. Thankfully Quinton ordered them the next day and helped me.

Typical chain parts store...helpfull and stocked...like the tool rental......great for that quick part.....but they cant conpete with the internet if you have time to wait

Just recently had my battery replaced here, the store manager assisted me, he was very friendly and professional. They had everything I needed in stock, and I couldn't be happier with my experience!

I'll never go there again they tell you the part will there at a time and you drive 15 miles to pick up the part and they tell you it will be tomorrow. They don't know anything
