So rude made me sign a form saying if anything was stolen out my vehicle they weren t responsible which is crazy to me ? Told me I would be there for 4 hours but wouldn t give me my keys to go to my car for any reason unless I forfeited my place in line so I just left. I couldn t believe the attitude and unwillingness to help. Definitely better places to go for your auto service. Don t waste your time here.

Nobody at counter until 735. 2 customers left because wait was so lomg. Online listed 6 different tires for my vehicle. In store they had absolutely nothing. Horrible all the way around. Do not recommend going here for anything. Unless you like wasting time.

Today I hit a pothole pretty bad one coming off of Maryland getting on the 31 and there were no other tire places open the guy at the tire center was super helpful in calming me down because they were no other tire places open today and my roadside assistance for my insurance did not respond I just wanted to give a good review to all the guys in the tire center for helping me out and a Bad situation. They let me in right before closing and kept assuring me that they would fix my tire I would recommend them that was a really good crew tonight thank you so much againService: Tires

Honestly, I went in with not the greatest expectations and was pleasantly surprised!!! Instead of giving me the runaround and making me just sit around and wait, I was immediately told that they may not have a filter for my vehicle because my engine is a diesel and I would have to go to AutoZone or a part store to get one which was no problem at all!!! BUT INSTEAD OF just hurriedly checking in my vehicle and taking the keys to be put in a line with other keys, the gentleman actually took his time to inform the customer (Me) instead of having me wait two hours and then telling me when it was my turn in line to have my vehicle serviced that they couldn't do it. Ended up having the filter we needed anyways but it was truly appreciated that I was informed prior to sending my vehicle back just to make me leave and get back in line. And the service was so much faster than I had expected!!! My car was serviced and waiting on me before I was even done with the rest of the store!!!Service: Oil change

I entered the car service area with my phone holsters on my hip. I requested for an oil change, the worker took care of the paperwork gave me my ticket and told me my phone would vibrate when my car was ready,I went to the front of thr store before I realized I did not have my cellphone, I immediately went back to get my phone and insure I had left it in my vehicle,I realized I didn't have my phone when I was looking to buy hair care products & was going to call my beautician first.I asked the service worker to retrieve my phone he said it was in the air, I asked was it being serviced he said no not yet.I again asked for my phone, i.asked him, if he told me it would vibrate to notify me my car was ready ,He said I would hear a call over the store speaker , I walked around the store well over enough time it takes to drain oil, change filter, at least1 1/2 hour. When I went back again I asked for my phone thinking it was not ready because it was not announced over.the loud speaker it was ready for pick up.I was told it was still up in the air.I told him the model of the car and he said it was done parked outside.I'm feeling really leary about the service so I decided to check to see if the oil was new and full. Before I could lift the hood I see oil splatter on my head light oil in my paint with.a gnat in it.When i raised the hood I could not believe hold filthy my engine cover was I took it back inside and told the service guy , he said he would take care of it.He spoke with the oil Changer and they.stood there looking at the engine cover another employee grab so paper towels, once I realized the individual responsible was not interested in correcting this issue.I cleaned it myself, I left my hood open from the time I took it off until I put it back on...I then go get I'm my vehicle and there's his finger print smudged on my driver door handle.I suggest this returns to WORK DAY APP and be retrained on tHis job description.YES I TOOK PICTURES OF THE OIL MESS HE LEFTService: Oil change

Waited a half hour to be asked what I needed. Then was told they wouldn t take a rotate and balance. This was 4 hours before they closed. The said they only had 3 technicians and 4 cars in front of me. I used to do this work. One technician can do 3 cars in an hour. What an absolute joke. Take your business elsewhere.

Even though they were slammed, they still honored my appointment I made. They broke a valve stem while changing the tires, and offered to fix it at no charge. Quality work. Really great price.

The auto center was scheduled to open at 7am. The doors were locked I saw 2 workers talking through the glass I waited 16 minutes and then knocked. The worker came over and showed me a hand written note saying they were waiting on the manager to open. They finally opened at 815. At that time they had 7 people waiting to get in. The staff was not apologetic.

Terrible service. Needed a new battery and a tire. Waited an hour then noticed they hadn't touched my car. Their bays were empty except for one vehicle, and one of the mechanics is outside on her phone smoking. Two hours and the car still hasn't moved. Got the keys and left. I won't be back here for auto services.

One lady in the auto care center was very nice and helpful. The boy who was working the register act like he completely hated his job and when he answered the phone when I called before I arrived he was barely any help at all. They did not check any of my fluids like they were supposed to. But when I realized it the lady did have them pull my car back in to check my fluids. Was not very satisfied with this oil change

Terrible service. I showed up at about 6:10 PM, almost an hour before they closed at 7 PM and said they had too many people ahead of me and couldn t help me with an oil change. When I was walking in from the parking lot they didn t look busy at all since there were no other vehicle parked outside. After pressing them it turns out they had 2 vehicle they were currently working on and that was it. I asked to speak to a manager. No manager ever came out to talk to me, they just checked me in and said it would probably be several hours for them to finish (sometime after 8 PM). I knew that was bologna so I let them check me in and sure enough they finished in probably 45 minutes. What was really going on was they were lazy and didn t want to do it. I have went to Walmart for a long time for oil changes and every time I go in I wonder why I come to Walmart for oil changes. I almost always have a bad experience no matter what location you go to. After this, I am done with Walmart changing the oil in my vehicles.

Employees are doing their best to honor the "Black Friday" tire deals today. My online order had been cancelled but they had tires in stock in the store. My service was quick, thank you

I will never return to Walmart Auto Center.I had a flat tire, so I took my wheel off of my car and took it in. They did not appear busy when I arrived. The employee at the counter took my information down and told me that the techs would need to look at the tire to determine whether it could be repaired or needed to be replaced. We discussed the price of a new tire, and I told her that I was fine with it being either repaired or replaced - I just needed to be back on the road today. She said that they would give me a call to let me know whether the tire required repair or replacement. I left Walmart shortly after 2PM.At 4:30PM I had yet to receive a phone call. I attempted to call them and was placed on hold. After waiting for 10 minutes, I hung up and called back only to be put on hold again. Both times the employee who answered the phone did not give me an opportunity to say a single word before placing me on hold. At this point I had a bad feeling that my tire was not going to be fixed today. I looked and saw that both Belle Tire and Discount Tire nearby closed at 6PM, and it was nearly 5PM at this point. I called Belle Tire and explained my situation and they told me that if I could get my tire to them ASAP they would try their best to get it fixed.I drove to Walmart. They were quite busy, with many people waiting in line. One employee was at the counter assisting a customer, and another one was on the way to get behind the counter. I stopped him and asked him what was going on with my tire. He told me that the sidewall was damaged and they could not repair it, and that they had been trying to reach me. I informed him that I had received no phone calls and that I tried to call them only to be put on hold for 15 minutes. I didn't make any attempt to hide my frustration and I don't think he really wanted to deal with me because he went behind the counter and began talking to someone else, I believe another employee. I stood there for a minute to see if he would come back or if I was on my own once again. It didn't seem like he was coming back, and since I was on a bit of a tight schedule I walked behind the counter, grabbed my wheel and left. I got to Belle Tire at 5:10 and by 5:45 I was on the way home with a new tire.Look, I get that sometimes things can get hectic. It just didn't seem like getting my tire fixed was a priority to any of the employees. There was no real reason that I even needed to be called, it was the employee's suggestion to do so. I was fine with getting a new tire if repairing it wasn't an option. It's not good practice to place callers on hold without giving them at least the slightest bit of attention first, especially if you suspect the person you've been trying to reach about their tire may call you...I remember a young man standing at the counter near me shaking his head in frustration. An elderly woman said she had been waiting there for 2 hours. You could tell by the look on everyone's face in that place that it was just a total shitshow. It didn't seem like anyone was in charge on either of my visits. I'd stay as far away from this place as possible unless you believe my experience was a complete anomaly. I'm pretty sure it wasn't, and THANK GOD I was only looking to get one single tire fixed - I wouldn't want them touching anything important on my car.

This was possibly the worst service I have ever had anywhere for anything. I came in for an oil change and a new battery. I was told it would take about 40 minutes. 40 minutes later, they still had not even started. After about an hour I asked how much longer and was told it would be 20 more minutes. It ended up taking over 2 hours. At no point was I given an update or explanation as to why it was taking so long (it was not busy and there are no extraordinary issues with my car). Nobody ever apologized and I left with the sense that everyone there was incompetent There is no chance I would ever go here again under any circumstances.

Walmart's auto care is the only good thing about Walmart. Their oil changes are cheaper than most places, but they still use quality oil.

Such disappointment to see a general manager (Brian) treat an elderly person with disrespect. I got to view how it caused such disgrace to him to honor a price off the rack on a tire. From avoiding eye contact to hitting the keyboard keys so hard.. Very unproffesional however employee Vicky always greets and manages situations with proper etiquette.

Wow, what a fiasco. This place kept my wheel/tire overnight, never called me, lost the paperwork, and discarded my old tire despite my request to return it to me. The worst.Service: TiresService: Tires

If you like waiting around Walmart for hours for your car to get serviced, ok. But that's not my thing. They need a better system for their services.

The Walmart on Ireland Rd. needs to be better with people they're trying to work with. I had to go to a different store to have my tires put on because of lack of work people wanting to work. never go back

These people took great of me yesterday. One of the guys had recommended me to buy a portable inflator and return it because I had two flat tires and I needed to get there somehow. I did as he said and got my car in and out. Thanks guys!

Came to buy 1 tire do to nail in the side wall. And I told them what tire and where the nail was and then they changed the wrong tire. It's a whole bunch of non schooled idiots that work there.. Except the women at the front desk.. NEVER AGIAN HIRE PEOPLE WITH AN EDUCATION!!

Got there at 6:30pm on a Saturday with a flat tire on a tow truck. Went in to buy tires and the guy at the counter stayed on the phone until after 7 when they close to avoid any more work. Had to leave the car there overnight unattended so they could slack off at the end of the day.

Prices are decent, as is the tire selection and oil change, but that's about it. Apathetic staff and sometimes long wait times. Not to mention the fact that it's in Walmart, which is depressing enough.

The management at the south bend Ireland tire and lube is the best service I've had in a long time. Professional and courteous. I recommend highly!
